Frequency refining is an important spectrum analyzing tool, and is one of the main function of signal processing and the virtual instrument. This paper introduces several typical frequency refining analysis methods including DFT and multiple modulation and so on. It also probes into their advantages and disadvantages, and proposes a new frequency refining method combining subband decomposing DFT and multiple modulation, which inherits the advantages of multiple modulation, needs not to design a specific filter, reduces the amount of calculation, and is fit for real-time refining analysis. Mathematical model of power frequency electric field is established based on Charge Simulation Method(CSM) to analyze power frequency electric field caused by EHV lines with overhead ground wires and its effect, which are entering the megalopolis. Calculative method on the electric field under the transmission lines is analyzed and validated. According to the criterion of environmental evaluation, the distributing characteristic of electric field is summarized, in case of various arrangement manners of lines. The effect of small amounts of gallium on the intergranular segregation of phosphorus in carbon steels is discussed, with the help of the impact test, fracture morphology and micro-structure analyses, combined with composition analysis on the fracture surfaces by Auger electronspectrometer. The results show that gallium in the steel with a content of gallium more than ten thou-sandth can suppress, to some extent, the intergranular segregation of phosphorus and retard the tempering process. Surface irrigation rehabilitation in the South-East of France has shown success ever since the beginning of its development in the early 1980s. The gradual introduction of surface distributors, mechanized or automated has resulted in water savings and above all in decreased labor input. The distributors used are: gated pipes, layflat tubing, buried low pressure pipe and cablegation.
