高职公共英语课程改革构想

本文通过分析和讨论高职现状及高职公共英语教学所存在的问题,提出了对高职公共英语课程改革的构想--采用分层教学和交际教学法相结合的教学模式,进而探讨了这种改革构想实施需要注意的问题.     

中国地方层面生物多样性参与式保护机制和方法构想

随着生态环境的日益恶化,生物多样性保护越来越受到国家的重视,但在地方层面,由于地方政府过度关注经济发展,生物多样性保护还没有受到足够的重视.文章以四川省盐边县、云南省金平县作为研究构想地,分析了两地生物多样性现状及保护存在的问题,提出了地方层面生物多样性保护的机制和方法构想,其主要内容包括生物多样性保护工具包、培训体系、跨部门多利益合作机制以及信息交流平台.     

Load Analysis of Butteting Bridges by CFD

An improved computational method for buffeting forces of long span bridges, which substitutes the traditional wind tunnel test with the bridge segment model for CFD method, is proposed. In the case study of Tsing Ma Bridge, the pressure distribution induced by the wind field of the bridge decks was simulated. The nodal buffeting forces were computed and the local stress responses were obtained according to the CFD simulation and the refined finite element model. Preparation for buffeting induced fatigue analysis of bridges and structural health monitoring are provided.     

黑龙江省水稻主栽品种(系)抗瘟基因Pi15(t)的SSR检测

用SSR分子标记RM316对黑龙江省45个水稻主栽品种(系)的抗稻瘟病基因Pi15(t)进行检测。结果表明,检测到45个水稻主栽品种(系)有30个水稻品种(系)含有Pi15(t)抗瘟基因,明确了该基因在黑龙江省水稻主栽品种(系)中的分布情况,为抗稻瘟病品种的选育和利用提供了理论依据。     

宝鸡市中小学生个人生态足迹分析

利用生态足迹成分法对宝鸡市4所中小学校学生个人生态足迹进行了计算与分析,研究结果表明:(1)中小学生个人生态足迹的最大成分是肉类,其次是奶类,两者占个人总足迹的64%以上;(2)中小学生个人生态足迹的大小与年龄并无很大的关系,而与消费水平、个人偏好密切相关;(3)中小学生中男生的个人生态足迹大于女生的个人生态足迹。通过上述分析,希望为宝鸡市建设"绿色"校园、开展生态教育提供一些参考依据。     

贵州省玉米地方种质资源遗传多样性的RAPD分析

采用RAPD分子标记技术对贵州省22份玉米地方种质资源材料进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明，从90个引物中共筛选出18个能够稳定扩增的多态性引物，共产生123条多态性带，平均每个引物6．83条，聚类分析表明，以相似系数0．670为标准，22份贵州省玉米地方种质可以划分为四大类群。其中以赫498-1为代表的第四大类群中的自交系，与其它3个类群中的自交系间遗传基础较远，可能会形成具有较大潜力的杂种优势模式。用RAPD分子标记揭示的贵州省玉米地方种质具有较为广泛的遗传基础。     

论高等学校共青团的工作职能的几点认识

随着高速发展的二十一世纪的来临，高等学校作为培养教育高素质复合型人才的主要基地，肩负的重担越来越重，而高等学校共青团的工作又是此项工作中不可替代的一个重要组成部分，它的工作职能也慢慢地发生着变化。创新、实践、服务等内容正在成为它的职能之一。使之越来越配合学校的全面素质教育。     

Articulating beneficial rhizobacteria-mediated plant defenses through induced systemic resistance: A review

Induced systemic resistance (ISR) is a mechanism by which certain plant beneficial rhizobacteria and fungi produce immunity, which can stimulate crop growth and resilience against various phytopathogens, insects, and parasites. These beneficial rhizobacteria and fungi improve plant performance by regulating hormone signaling, including salicylic acid (SA), jasmonic acid (JA), prosystemin, pathogenesis-related gene 1, and ethylene (ET) pathways,which activate the gene expression of ISR, the synth...     

杂交改良对云南地方黄牛屠宰性能的影响研究

本试验研究了全放牧饲养条件下云南地方黄牛和西门塔尔与云南地方黄牛杂交F1代的屠宰性能。试验屠宰6头地方黄牛和8头杂交牛。结果显示,杂交F1代与地方黄牛相比,体高、体斜长、十字部高、尻长、坐骨端宽、胸宽、管围、后腿围和腹围显著提高(P<0.05);宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、骨重和生殖器周围脂肪重显著增加(P<0.01);胴体长(P<0.01)、胴体后腿围(P<0.01)、胴体后腿宽(P<0.01)和胴体深(P<0.05)显著提高,但胴体后腿长显著降低(P<0.01)。本试验结果表明,利用国外优良肉牛品种西门塔尔与云南地方黄牛杂交有效地改善了杂交牛的生产性能和产肉性能。     

Food Animals and Veterinary Medicine

While there appear to be very clear associations between food growers, the hospitality sector, and educational institutions offering hospitality management or related degrees, to date very few studies discuss those links. In particular, little is known of food growers’ perceptions of educational institutions, also in regard to how those institutions could assist farmers. This study seeks to add knowledge to those unresearched areas, learning from a group of 30 Alabama farmers. The findings clearly demonstrate that educational institutions offering hospitality degrees can play several positive roles in assisting farmers, such as in raising awareness about the “local” element of foods or even involving students in various constructive ways. Several implications are discussed concerning the findings and future research avenues are suggested.
