引进丹麦先进仪器FAT—O—MEAT’ER(肉脂仪)对中国鲁梅克斯食品总公司名山县屠宰场中5821头猪进行了现场测定,测量性状为最后一根肋骨处离背中线4~5cm处的膘厚(P2)和倒数第三、四根肋骨之间,离背中线4—5cm处的膘厚(RF)以及眼肌厚度(RM),并估测出瘦肉率。对所测胴体各性状的均数和相关性分析,表明本地商品肉猪胴体质量低于国外水平。 相似文献

2008年7月,安徽省北部地区生猪出现疫病,表现为不食、高热等特征,为查明病因,进行流行病学调查,同时采集发病猪群样品进行病原学和血清学检测。结果137份血清样品中,HPRRSV、PRRSV、PPV带毒率分别为25.5%、23.4%、37.9%;PRRSV、SIV(H1N1、H3N2)抗体阳性率分别为86.5%、9.49%和3.65%,仔猪CSFV抗体免疫合格率为50%;6份组织样品中HPRRSV、PRRSV、CSFV、PRV、PPV带毒率分别为50%、100%、66.7%、33.3%、33.3%。表明引起本次猪病为PRRSV、CSFV、PPV等多种病原体混合感染。 相似文献

在完整克隆出猪BCL10基因的基础上,用大引物PCR法构建3个真核表达载体:pEGFP-B(完整猪BCL10)载体、pEGFP-D(缺失CARD结构域)载体和pEGFP-P(缺失Thr-Ser-Ser位点)载体,转染猪血管内皮细胞(SU-VEC),观察其表达情况,以此研究Thr-Ser-Ser位点(富含TS区)对猪BCL10募集功能的影响。结果显示,pEGFP-B仅在胞质中表达,并呈短棒状,而pEGFP-D与pEGFP-P则在胞质和核内均有表达。表明CARD结构域参与猪BCL10募集过程,且Thr-Ser-Ser为CARD结构域中关键氨基酸位点,这为进一步研究猪BCL10功能和作用机制奠定了基础。 相似文献

用感官法初筛出20株菌株,再通过定性复筛试验,最后从猪粪便中共分离出5株除臭微生物,都具有很强的除臭效果,其中假单孢菌属(ZY-1)氨气的去除率高达47.70%,巴氏芽孢杆菌(WJ-2)硫化氢的去除率高达62.5%,显示出这类细菌在猪场粪便的处理过程中具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

An extended disease recording programme in pigs has been carried out by the meat inspection service at Sentralslakteriet, Forus, Stavanger. A data system including 57 disease codes has been applied. In the period 1975–1977 an average of 85,000 baconers were slaughtered yearly. About 39 % of these were given disease remarks; 42–47 % of the lesions were directly related to the parasites Sarcoptes scabiei (rind lesions) and Ascaris suum (white spots in the livers). The thoracic cavity was the most commonly affected part of the body with 30–35 % of all recorded lesions.Sixteen disease codes occurred at frequencies above 0.3 %, and they encompassed approx. 97 % of all recorded lesions. Scabies occurred at an average of 12 % of the fatteners. Parasitic hepatitis of severe and moderate degrees were seen in about 11 %, pleurisy in 7 %, pneumonia — severe and moderate — in 5.4 %, pericarditis in 4.3 %, pyaemia and abscess/-es in 2.5 %, tail lesions in 2.3 %, perihepatitis and other non-parasitic liver lesions in 2.2 %, polyarthritis and arthritis in 1.7 %, tuberculous lesions in the cervical lymph nodes in 0.9 %, peritonitis in 0.9 % and atrophic rhinitis — external lesions — in 0.8 % of the carcasses. The majority of the other 41 disease codes occurred at frequencies below 0.1 %.A seasonal variation was pronounced in scabies, numerous white spots in the liver, and tuberculous lesions in the cervical lymph nodes. It could be noted in pleurisy, pericarditis, perihepatitis and other non-parasitic liver lesions, arthritis and atrophic rhinitis, but not in pneumonias, moderate number of white spots in the liver, tail lesions, pyaemia, abscess/-es, peritonitis and polyarthritis. 相似文献

建立了测定猪血浆及肝脏、肾脏、肌肉等组织中的喹赛多及其代谢物脱二氧喹赛多的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法.血浆样用甲醇沉淀蛋白后离心取上清液进样测定.组织样先用乙腈匀浆,用正己烷脱脂后作HPLC检测.色谱柱为ODS C18柱;流动相血浆样测定为乙腈水(2080),组织样测定为甲醇水(4258),流速为1.0 mL/min;紫外检测波长305 nm.药物工作液质量浓度范围为0.005~0.500 mg/L时,血浆样品及组织样品测定条件下药物质量浓度与响应值均具良好线性关系,相关系数>0.999.血浆中药物质量浓度为0.02、0.10、0.50 mg/L时,喹赛多及脱二氧喹赛多的回收率均大于70%,组织中药物含量为0.05、0.20、1.00μg/g时,肌肉样品的回收率均大于70%,肝脏、肾脏样品则为50%~80%.本试验条件下,喹赛多及其脱二氧代谢物的最低检出质量浓度,血浆样品分别为0.01、0.02mg/L,组织样品2种检测物均为0.025μg/g.测定了工作液3种质量浓度0.01、0.05、0.25 mg/L的仪器精密度,日内相对偏差<8.0%,日间相对偏差<17.0%. 相似文献

猪弓型虫病又称猪弓形体病、弓原虫病。是由垄地弓行虫寄生于各种动物的细胞内引起的一种人、畜共惠的原虫病,该病以患病动物的高热,呼吸及神经系统症状,动物死亡和妊娠动物的流产、死胎、胎儿畸形为特征。暴发弓形体病时,可使整个猪场发病,死亡率可高达60%以上。目前全国各地均有本病的存在,给人类健康和畜牧业发展带来了很大的危害和威胁。本试验对猪临床发病病例经过流行病学调查、临床症状及剖检变化观察、最后经过实验室检查确诊为猪弓形虫病。应用复方蒲公英注射液进行治疗,结果有效率为100%。治愈率为95%,与对照组差异显著(P〈005),可以在临床推广使用。 相似文献

African swine fever virus (ASFV) causes a lethal and contagious disease of domestic pigs. In South Africa, the virus historically circulated in warthogs and ornithodorid ticks that were only found in warthog burrows in the north of the country. Regulations implemented in 1935 to prevent transfer of infected animals or products to the south initially proved effective but from 2016 there have been outbreaks of disease in the south that cannot be traced to transfer of infection from the north. From 1963 there were widespread translocations of warthogs to the south, initially from a source considered to be free of ornithodorid ticks. We undertook to determine whether sylvatic circulation of ASFV occurs in the south, including identification of potential new vectors, through testing extralimital warthogs for antibody and ticks for virus. Results of testing warthogs for antibody and other species of ticks for virus will be presented separately. Here we report finding Ornithodoros (Pavlovskyella) zumpti ticks in warthog burrows for the first time. This occurred in the Eastern Cape Province (ECP) in 2019. Since African swine fever was recognised in the ECP for the first time in 2020 and outbreaks of the disease in domestic pigs continue to occur there, priority should be given to determining the distribution range and vector potential of O. The present study is the first conducted in Spain to estimate the bacteriological herd prevalence of Salmonella enterica in fattening units and to describe the Salmonella serovar diversity on these farms using a sample representative of the entire swine population. For this purpose, 10 faecal samples were collected from 10 different pens containing pigs close to market weight in a total of 232 fattening units. Total sample size was proportionally distributed according to the fattener census in each of the regions of the country and all the samples were examined by culture of 25 g of faecal material. One hundred (43.1%) farms had at least one Salmonella-positive sample (95% CI: 37-49.1%). Salmonella enterica was detected in 290 (12.5%) pooled faecal floor samples (95% CI: 11.2-13.8%). The apparent herd prevalence of salmonellosis was similar among multi-site, finishing and farrow to finish farms. Overall, 24 different serovars were identified, with S. Typhimurium, S. Rissen and S. Derby being the most common both at herd and sample level. Results of phage typing were available for the 91 isolates of S. Typhimurium. A total number of 10 different phage types were identified, with DT 193 being the most frequent. Phage types DT 104, DT 104b and DT U302, which have been associated with several multi-resistant patterns, accounted for 23% and 29% of the Typhimurium total isolates or Typhimurium infected farms respectively. 相似文献
