为了摸清槟榔黄化病在三亚市的危害情况,对三亚市二区六镇(河东区、河西区、吉阳镇、育才镇、海棠湾镇、天涯镇、崖城镇、凤凰镇)的槟榔种植区进行下乡调查。结果表明三亚市各区镇槟榔种植水平存在差异,二区槟榔种植面积由于城镇化己呈减少趋势;槟榔黄化病在六镇二区零星发病,总体危害较轻,除育才镇一个槟榔园发病在50%以上之外,其他地区基本发病率均在3%以下;其他病虫害的发生率与种植管理水平相关。并对外界报道发病严重而实际调查轻的原因进行了分析,提出应对槟榔黄化病的相关策略。 相似文献

通过对福建省德化县早熟砂梨“黄叶病株”及“正常植株”叶片及土壤的营养诊断分析:黄叶病株叶片平均含镁量0.131%,极显著低于正常植株0.328%;黄叶症较重的果园土壤交换态镁含量低12.6~24.5㎎/㎏及土壤酸性强pH3.6~4.5,诊断结论砂梨叶片黄化现象为镁素缺乏所致。矫治试验效果,叶面喷施1%硝酸镁3次,可以叶色转绿;12月份土壤基施钙镁磷肥株1.3 kg,翌年5月份后有明显矫治效果。 相似文献

[目的]为了获得B.bipolaris HD-1胆红素氧化酶纯品,确定酶的同源性及其常规酶学性质.[方法]将B.bipolaris HD-1发酵液依次通过硫酸铵盐析、阴离子交换层析和凝胶过滤层析确定蛋白的纯度、浓度和酶活力;通过基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF)法获得氨基酸序列,并利用Mascot软件在NCBI蛋白库中的比对,以确定同源蛋白来源;用SDS-PAGE方法测其表观分子量;用等电聚焦方法测定等电点;用Linwerver-Burk双倒数作图法测定米氏常数;并对该酶的酶学性质进行了常规的测定.[结果]获得具有胆红素氧化酶酶活性的电泳纯单体蛋白,酶活为46 000 U/L,比活为1.15 U/mg;MALDI-TOF共获得135个氨基酸,该蛋白与来源于Hel-minthosporium tritici-vulgaris的漆酶前体蛋白序列同源性达100%;蛋白的表观分子量为68 kDa;pI为4.1;它对ABTS和胆红素的米氏常数分别为Km(ABTS) =1.8×10-5 mol/L(pH 3.0)和Km(bilirnbin)=2.7×10-5 mol/L(pH 7.5);对胆红素的最适催化活性为36℃,酶在-40℃下可保持2年,酶活保持在90%以上,在pH 8 ~9.5下可保持相当高的催化胆红素活性,能够耐受高浓度的硝酸钠和尿素,低浓度的叠氮化钠对酶活有促进作用而高浓度则抑制,对氯化钠、溶解氧敏感.[结论]该蛋白具有典型的胆红素氧化酶特性,又存在明显的不同. 相似文献

为了指导水稻生产合理施肥,采用田间小区试验,研究了氮、磷、钾、硅锰、有机肥配合施用对水稻养分迁移、光合特性、籽粒产量及蛋白质含量的影响.结果表明:氮、磷、钾、硅锰、有机肥配合施用能促进水稻氮、磷、钾的吸收、转运、累积,提高籽粒氮、磷、钾含量及籽粒粗蛋白质含量;氮、磷、钾、硅锰、有机肥配合施用对水稻产量的形成有明显的促进作用,主要是通过提高功能叶的净光合速率、有效穗、每穗实粒数来实现. 相似文献

Fructosamines are formed when glucose reacts non-enzymatically with amino groups on proteins, and previous studies have indicated that the serum fructosamine concentration could be of importance in the diagnosis of canine diabetes mellitus. Owing to the connection between the protein/albumin concentration and serum fructosamine concentration, it has been suggested that the serum fructosamine concentration should be corrected for the protein/albumin concentration. Thus, the purpose of the present study was to evaluate the uncorrected serum fructosamine concentration and various protein and albumin corrections of the serum fructosamine concentration in the separation of dogs with diabetes mellitus from dogs with other diseases that presented with clinical signs suggestive of diabetes mellitus. The evaluation was assisted by relative operating characteristic curves (ROC curves), which may be used to compare various diagnostic tests under equivalent conditions (equal true positive ratios or false positive ratios) and over the entire range of cutoff values. A total of 58 dogs (15 dogs with diabetes mellitus and 43 dogs with other diseases) were included in the study. Serum fructosamine concentration, serum total protein concentration and serum albumin concentration were measured in each dog, and various corrections of the serum fructosamine concentration for protein or albumin concentration were made. Comparing the ROC curves of the uncorrected and each corrected serum fructosamine concentration indicated that there was no decisive difference between the uncorrected and the corrected serum fructosamine concentrations in discriminating between dogs with and without diabetes mellitus. Hence, correcting the serum fructosamine concentration as a routine procedure cannot be advocated from the results of the study. Moreover, the sensitivity and specificity of the uncorrected serum fructosamine concentration were very high, 0.93 and 0.95, respectively, further evidence of the value of the uncorrected serum fructosamine concentration in the diagnosis of canine diabetes mellitus.Abbreviations SFC

Goats select some browse species more than others, given options. Seasonal trends of diet selection of Nguni goats indexed by intake were investigated in cafeteria-style experiments. The relationships between diet selection and plant chemical/physical traits of Vachellia nilotica, Vachellia robusta, Dichrostachys cinerea, Euclea crispa, Rhus lancea and Ziziphus mucronata, representing abundant species were studied in the dry and rainy seasons. Seasonal changes in browses affected diet selection. Selection of long shoot species, which were concomitantly broad-leafed, was higher than species with short shoots. Selection was higher for spineless than spinescent species. Diet selection correlated positively with increased leaf mass. In the rainy season, cellulose positively correlated with intake, number of bites and browsing time, whereas in the dry season, cellulose correlated with bite size. Diet selection tended to be driven more by shoot morphology and leaf mass than by either spinescence or plant chemistry. Plant chemical influence on diet selection was diverse in both seasons and showed no definite trend, whereas spinescence had no significant effect on short-term intake.
