竹下脚料制备吸附黄金用活性炭

以竹下脚料为原料,通过正交试验法制取不定形颗粒炭,经检测其强度好,碘吸附值高,优于LY/T1125-1993《提取黄金用颗粒活性炭》标准A类(椰壳原料)指标,可作为椰壳活性炭的替代品用于黄金吸附,为黄金生产提供了新的活性炭品种。     

卡拉麦里山有蹄类野生动物自然保护区金矿生态恢复区的土壤理化性质和植被群落特征

[目的]调查实施生态修复措施后的矿区土壤状况与植物群落的恢复情况,为矿区修复治理措施提供评价依据。[方法]以新疆卡拉麦里山有蹄类野生动物自然保护区的金矿生态恢复区为研究对象,通过样方法和室内试验,进行研究区植被特征、植物群落多样性调查和土壤理化性质检测分析。[结果]与原生对照区相比,经过生态修复工作的金矿生态修复区土壤pH值、电导率、有机质、总氮、全钾的含量普遍较低;植物物种较少,以人为撒播草种的藜科植物占优势;植物群落多样性指数低,与原生对照联系紧密;植物群落主要受土壤有机质、有效磷、速效钾等含量的影响。[结论]在进行生态修复措施后,青河大沙沟和富蕴大沙沟的土壤理化性质和植物群落改善较明显,恢复效果显著。金矿恢复区由于恢复时间较短,所以植物种类稀少,群落稳定性低,土壤理化性质的含量普遍不高,还需要时间进行恢复。     

新城疫快速诊断试纸条的研制及初步应用

以红色胶体金标记鸡新城疫(ND)抗体，兔抗鸡ND抗体和兔抗鸡二抗包被于硝酸纤维素膜上，研制出快速诊断鸡新城疫的免疫层析测试条。将试纸条插入样品中，利用滤膜的层析作用，使加在膜一端的样品，向另一端移动，在移动过程中抗原与抗体发生反应，产生肉眼可见的红色条带。该法具有操作简便、快速准确、特异性强、重复性好，无需任何仪器设备等特点，对于鸡场中快速诊断及防治本病具有重大意义。     

Establishment and Application of Colloidal Gold Immune Chromatography Test Method for Detection of Canine Parvovirus Hemagglutination Inhibition Antibody Titer

The study was aimed to use colloidal gold immune chromatography technology to establish a rapid method for detection of canine serum canine parvovirus (CPV) hemagglutination inhibition (HI) titer and CPV vaccine immunization effect assessment.Double antibody sandwich method and monoclonal antibodies of anti-CPV hemagglutination antigen were used to prepare CPV antigen test strip.Canine serum with different proportion respectively was mixed with quantitative CPV antigen for full reaction,then dropped the mixture into the CPV colloidal gold test strip,so according to the highest serum dilution ratios when the test strip line T (line T) vanishes,it was to judge CPV antibodies in serum of the HI titer.This method had been used to detect 86 canine serum samples,at the same time,analyzing and comparing it with traditional hemagglutination inhibition test method.The results showed that the CPV antigen detection test strip was successfully prepared,and the reaction conditions and results of the test strip for detecting the titer of CPV-HI in canine serum were determined.The results indicated that when detecting CPV antigen after the dilution of different ratios of canine serum,the highest serum dilution ratios when the strip line T vanished and the HI titer had positive correlation.The highest dilution ratios of canine serum multiplied by 4 was the HI titer.The results of two methods had 90.7% consistency.This experiment established the colloidal gold immune chromatography test strip for the detection of CPV-HI titers method initially.This CPV-HI detection provided a simple and fast test method for the effect evaluation of CPV vaccine immune.     

水库种草养鱼与防淤的试验初报

为了充分开发利用水库水资源养鱼和减少库内泥砂淤积，保护和改善水库生态环境，作者在库内消落区、荒山提坝及幼林间人工种植杂交黑麦草、象草、扁穗牛鞭草等鱼用高产优质饲草养鱼与防淤进行了试验研究，获得成功。库内鲜鱼产量由种草前常年1000公斤左右提高7000-8000公斤，泥砂淤积每年减少0.516万立方米。结果表明，采用这一方法对解决库内养鱼长期饵料缺乏，提高库内鱼产量，减少库内泥砂淤积，具有投资少、周期短、效果好的优点。     

金属阳离子夹心三核金咪唑基化合物的电子结构和光物理性质

采用混合密度泛函方法,对一系列包含金属离子(Cr2+、W2+、Fe2+、Ru2+、Cd2+、Cu+、Ag+、Au+、In+、Tl+、Li+、Na+)的咪唑基三核金夹心化合物基态分子结构进行了优化;并采用含时密度泛函方法对这些夹心化合物的垂直激发态进行研究,描述了与发光过程相关的前线分子轨道特征.计算结果表明:夹心金属离...     

农村合作金融的国际比较分析以及对中国的启示

农村合作金融是农村金融系统的重要组成部分，可以成为农村经济发展的重要助推器。尽管在发达国家，商业银行的发展已经非常的成熟，但合作金融组织在这些国家尤其是农村仍然有其存在的必要性和合理性。本文以美国、德国、法国和日本作为研究对象，采用规范研究和实证研究相结合，理论分析与实际案例相结合的研究方法，综合分析这些发达国家农村合作金融组织的组织架构和运作特点，进行由点到面、由局部到全局的逻辑推理，最终提出中国农村信用社的改革路径，即“官退民进”；多元化经营战略；建立存款保险制度和完善相关法律法规等。     

华东某铀矿区稻米中Cr元素含量及其空间分布特征研究

利用等离子体质谱仪测定了某铀矿区周边稻米中重金属元素Cr的含量,重点对铀矿区稻米中的Cr元素含量及其空间分布特征进行了研究.结果表明,铀矿区内67.80％的稻米样品Cr含量超过国家标准（GB 2762-2005）;已经对环境造成了危害.铀矿区内稻米中Cr含量变化范围是0.37 ～ 13.20 mg/kg,平均含量为2.08 mg/kg.道路沿线区域、尾矿堆积区、水冶厂和矿床开采区下游及周边区域内稻米中Cr元素含量明显高于上游地区或远离上述区域的其他地区.矿床开采产生的废水与废渣、水冶厂的废液渗漏、尾矿露天堆积以及矿石运输过程中的矿渣洒落等原因可能是导致Cr元素随地表径流发生迁移进入稻田,从而使矿区稻米中Cr的含量较高的重要因素.     

Development of Colloidal Gold Rapid Detection Method of β-lactams and Tetracyclines in Milk

Colloidal gold immunochromatographic was uesd for the determination of β-lactams and tetracyclines in milk. Tetracyclines hapten was obtained by chemical synthesis. Immunogen and envelope antigen were prepared by cephalosporins and tetracyclines hapten coupled to carrier protein. Monoclonal antibodies were obtained by immunogen immunizing mice. A rapid and simple colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay was established for the determination of β-lactams and tetracyclines in milk. 12 kinds of β-lactams and 4 kinds of tetracyclines were detected at the same time by the strip. The milk sample could be used to be detected without dilution. The detection time could be 3 to 5 min. The method could be efficiently used for mass samples screening in primary laboratory.     

基于GARCH模型的黄金指数与美元指数波动性研究

近几年的黄金市场与美元指数市场波动都比较大,但波动的方向不一致。通过对两者的波动进行研究,主要有单位根检验、ARCH效应的检验、GARCH模型分析以及因果关系检验,结果表明,黄金指数GARCH(1,1)最适合描述其市场波动,美元指数GARCH（2,1）最适合描述其市场波动,美元指数的预测对黄金指数的预测会有帮助。
