在对全县银杏种质资源普查的基础上,通过初选、复选和高接栽培对比试验,从297株雌银杏古树中发现并选育出了两个具有药用价值高、结实早、丰产稳产、抗逆性强等特点的黑银杏优良无性系———中银黑1号和中银黑2号。黑银杏种仁中总黄酮含量09mg/kg,叶片中总黄酮含量85g/kg,分别比普通银杏高50%和417%。文中还介绍了黑银杏的优良经济性状、生物学特性和生态学特性。 相似文献

Eucalyptus grandis and its hybrids, as well as Acacia mearnsii, are important non‐native trees commonly propagated for forestry purposes in South Africa. In this study, we conducted pathogenicity trials to assess the relative importance of five commonly isolated Phytophthora spp. (Phytophthora alticola, P. cinnamomi, P. frigida, P. multivora and P. nicotianae) from the plantation environment on E. grandis and A. mearnsii seedlings. Overall E. grandis was more susceptible to the tested Phytophthora spp. than A. mearnsii. Phytophthora cinnamomi was the only pathogen that had a significant negative effect on both the host tree species, leading to a reduction in root and shoot weight as well as to death in the case of E. grandis. Phytophthora alticola and P. nicotianae exclusively affected E. grandis and A. mearnsii, respectively. This study updated the current knowledge on the pathogenicity of Phytophthora spp. on two important non‐native commercially propagated tree species from South Africa. 相似文献

旱地小麦黑膜全覆盖穴播栽培的效应与模式研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
本研究通过对黑膜、无色膜、垄作、平作、沟播等因素进行组合,探讨了旱地冬小麦地膜全覆盖穴播不同栽培模式的膜下茎和杂草发生规律、土壤温度和水分变化动态及增产增收效果。结果表明,小麦采用黑膜覆盖,自动出苗率比无色膜覆盖平均提高63.73%,膜下茎密度和鲜重分别降低74%以上和98%左右,杂草盛发期的密度和鲜重分别比无色膜覆盖降低62.03%和96.70%,比露地栽培降低70.00%和92.93%。黑膜覆盖小麦全生育期0~25 cm土壤积温比无色膜覆盖降低108.8℃,比露地降低62.9℃,但在播种至拔节阶段,比露地增加72.8℃,拔节至成熟比露地降低135.7℃。水分利用效率黑膜覆盖比无色膜覆盖提高4.48%,比露地提高45.75%。黑膜覆盖比无色膜增产3.05%,比露地增产47.81%。3种起垄方式中,垄作比平作小麦自动出苗率平均提高44.00%,沟播则降低23.80%;膜下茎密度垄作降低35.59%以上,沟播增加25.64%以上;膜下茎鲜重垄作降低30.62%以上,沟播增加12.09%以上。垄作提高土壤积温90.5℃,沟播降低23.5℃;垄作增产3.24%,沟播增产4.90%。以黑色全膜垄作穴播为最佳模式,较全膜覆土穴播自动出苗率平均提高146.93%,膜下茎密度降低98.74%以上,杂草鲜重降低99.90%以上,全生育期增加土壤积温52.0℃,水分利用效率提高10.75%,增产8.68%,节本4 020元·hm~(-2),增加纯收益5 422元·hm~(-2)。且膜面覆土量减少75%,易于清除残膜。其中通用垄沟半微垄模式具有宽窄行距的特点,较微垄模式增产3.89%,增收11.33%,并且适宜机械化作业。 相似文献

Black locust and alfalfa mulch quality were characterized over a 9-week period of decomposition. Both mulch materials were harvested with a forage harvester. The black locust material was harvested from trees annually coppiced for four years, the alfalfa from a preflorescent second cutting. Two identical, adjacent experiments were conducted, one on each mulch source. A randomized complete block design was used with four replications for this single factor experiment. Fifty grams fresh weight of both mulch types were placed in litter bags, made of 98% shade cloth, a woven plastic with holes approximately 1×0.5 mm. The treatments included two placements of the mulch material, surface and buried. Sampling took place on weeks 0, 1, 3, 6, and 9.The incorporation of mulch materials appears to accelerate dry weight loss. From an initial dry weight of 44.25 g, the buried black locust mulch averaged 4.58 g, while the surface mulch averaged 7.41 g by week 6. The alfalfa mulch initially weighed 40.99g, with buried mulch averaging 1.75 g and surface mulch averaging 4.08 g by week 9.Carbon concentration of alfalfa mulch increased with time in both mulch placements from 43.6% to 57.6% and 51.8% in surface and buried mulch, respectively. Black locust, with an initial carbon concentration of 46.9% increased to 55.9% for the buried mulch and to 53.89% in surface mulch. Nitrogen concentrations increased as well in buried mulch. Lignin concentrations increased dramatically over time for both species of mulch. Black locust lignin concentrations rose from 13.11% to 51.0% (buried) and 32.9% (surface); alfalfa mulch lignin concentrations rose from 6.67% to 31.4% (buried) and 47.7% (surface). 相似文献

以黑液固形物和松木粉为原料,经炭化、磺化制备得到黑液固形物磺化固体酸(BLSBC)和松木粉磺化固体酸(WMBC),采用扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、红外光谱(FT-IR)及元素分析对2种生物质炭基固体酸进行表征,并将BLSBC和WMBC催化对苯二酚(HQ)烷基化合成2-叔丁基对苯二酚(2-TBHQ),考察了原料种类和炭化温度对生物基固体酸催化性能的影响。研究结果表明:生物炭固体酸催化剂200℃以内的热稳定性良好,功能基团—SO_3H被成功接枝;催化剂C元素含量的增加及H~+交换容量的降低则归结于温度的影响,同温度条件下WMBC的H~+交换容量高于BLSBC。HQ转化率随着催化剂的H~+交换容量的降低而不断降低,而2-TBHQ选择性则取决于H~+交换容量与羟基含量的协同效应;与商业催化剂Amberlyst-15树脂、732树脂相比,450℃制备得到的WMBC(WMBC-450)表现出更高的催化活性,2-TBHQ有最高的选择性(83.8%)和产率(57.6%)。 相似文献

Abstract Elevated levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) can directly affect the cold hardening process in evergreens through their effect on the accumulation of carbon and nitrogen reserves. This study investigated the biochemical responses of black spruce [Picea mariana (Mill.) B.S.P.] seedlings to CO2 enrichment during growth, cold hardening and dehardening. Seedlings were grown under 350 (ambient) or 710 (elevated) ppm of CO2 for 12 months in eight mini-greenhouses. Photoperiod and temperature were gradually lowered in autumn to induce cold hardening, and the conditions were reversed in spring to promote dehardening. At regular intervals, cold tolerance was assessed and sugars, starch and amino acid concentrations were measured. The freezing tolerance differed between the two treatments only in early autumn, with seedlings growing under high CO2 being more tolerant. The northern ecotype was more cold tolerant with concomitant higher concentrations of sucrose, fructose, pinitol, glucose and total soluble sugars. The concentration of soluble sugars increased in needles and roots of black spruce along with cold hardening, and the concentrations of the cryoprotective sugars sucrose and raffinose were lower under elevated CO2. Amino acid concentrations were also lower under elevated than under ambient CO2. The lower level of reserve did not translate into a lower level of freezing tolerance. 相似文献
