在信息内容图像化、信息互动性强的"微"时代,公共图书馆仅仅作为信息中心无法满足大众多层次的文化需求。从"微"时代公众阅读特点入手,从知识的发现、知识转变为服务、服务的实现三个方面提出公共图书馆知识服务构想,更好地满足微时代背景下公众信息需求。     

Influence of the Expert Effect on Cultural Models

We examined hunters’ perceptions of fauna to see if expert hunters and other hunters perceive wildlife abundance similarly. We used cultural consensus analysis (CCA) to assess the knowledge of 25 hunters in the Bolivian Amazon about the abundance of 38 animals. CCA indicated highly shared beliefs among hunters concerning wildlife abundance (average agreement = .62). However, expert hunters (as judged by their reported successful hunts of rare species, having hunted recently, and consuming more game in their diet) perceived more animals as abundant than did non-experts, although they all shared the same model. Since the expert hunters did not always agree on which species was more abundant, they had low cultural knowledge scores in CCA results. These experts may be unwilling to curtail hunting efforts on key species that they perceive to be abundant.     

Analysis on Knowledge Sharing Under the Incomplete Information Condition

Knowledge sharing is the important way in which enterprises create organizational knowledge and obtain competition advantage.Scholars always have difference viewpoints about the motivators in knowledge sharing.This paper(analyzes) the incomplete information game and the choice of the motivators in knowledge sharing.If the knowledge(acceptant) offers motivators to the knowledge owner,knowledge sharing might make the participants obtain knowledge-sharing incomes.If knowledge-sharing incomes can make up the participants' costs,knowledge sharing can be caught through.Because the information of knowledge's value is incomplete,enterprises need knowledge managers and organizational additional motivators promote knowledge sharing.     

Knowledge Representation for Rotative Machine Fault Diagnosis Based on Semantic Net

Aiming at knowledge representation problem of expert system for rotary machinery fault diagnosis, semantic net knowledge representation is discussed. Semantic net to represent expert knowledge of rotary machinery fault diagnosis is explored. Its realizing method is afforded in computer language, in addition, demostrating model is also developed in Visual C++. The result shows good validity of the knowledge representation.     

A Vovel Constracture of Combinatorial Knowledge Base for the Expert System of Eletrical Switching

By comparing the techniges of the production and the logic predicate for knowledge representation, this paper presents a kind of constructure of combinatorial knowledge base applied to the expert system for switch operation in electric power system . Aimed at soving the problem existing in the knowledge-acquisition directing-operation expert systems, a new method is proposed to acquire knowledge of expert-operation, excluding errors existed in examples and reinforce the accuracy of examples,the goal of knowledge acquisition can be achieved, the method presented in this paper solves the problem of self-enhancement of expert knowledge on line efficiently.     

Review on the measurement theories of enterprise knowledge management during the past three years in China

The implement of enterprise knowledge management gives rise to extensive research on its measurement. Based on the existing measurement theories and evaluation index systems of enterprise knowledge management during the past three years in China, this paper analyzes the problems in measuring target and designing the evaluation index system in the existing research findings, and explains detailedly why measurement target of enterprise knowledge management should be "level evaluation" instead of "performance evaluation", and definitely points out the meanings of enterprise knowledge management level and significance of its evaluation. This paper also indicates that the design of the evaluation index system should be complete, reasonable, proper and operable.     

Study on Application Model of Knowledge Expression

As a key resource, the knowledge management is becoming a research field interested by many researchers. In order to study the mathematics theory base of knowledge expression, in this paper, a knowledge expression model is given. In this model the knowledge system is expressed by multi-tuple, the single knowledge object is expressed by the tuple, a structural expression of knowledge is given using token as example and the application of the model in city water supply pipe network is presented in this paper.

Potential farmer contributions to the design process: Indications from Indonesia

The paper argues that conventional irrigation design processes rely heavily on predetermined design criteria, often without allowing for interactions with farmers and revising of criteria during implementation. Six cases from a tertiary development project in North Sulawesi, Indonesia are described, where farmers altered what had been designed and constructed by contracting and agency engineers. Through field inspections and farmer interviews, the farmers' alternative set of design criteria was elicited to explain why the farmers changed what had been constructed.
