总结分析了浙江省农业科研单位实施知识产权保护的现状和存在的问题,提出了加强宣传、健全制度、选择优先实施领域、建立激励机制和注重产权保护、信息收集、人才培养、国际交流等11项实施知识产权战略,推进农业科技自主创新的对策措施.     

做好大学班主任工作 创建和谐班级

班主任是构建和谐班级工作的关健点和核心。作者从五个方面总结了担任四年班主任的心得，从新生入学的适应期开始，选拔培养一支具有良好素质的班干部队伍，强调需要做耐心的思想政治工作，关心学生，注重学生的心理健康和就业问题等方面的工作。     

Pattern and determinant of antibiotics used on broiler farms in Songkhla province,southern Thailand

The study was conducted on antibiotics use and determinant of use on 101 broiler farms in Songkhla province, Thailand. Ninety-six farms used the broiler production system under contracting companies and 5 farms were independently operated. All of the farms used antibiotics for disease prevention. Twenty agents in 9 classes of antibiotics were used; the most commonly used ones were enrofloxacin, amoxicillin, doxycycline, colistine and roxithromycin. There were 33 patterns of antibiotics use, the most frequently used being the combination of amoxicillin-enrofloxacin (21.18%). Cluster analysis suggested that the variation in antibiotic usage is mostly under the influence of the companies. Regulation of antibiotics use thus should focus on the company level.     

Protective effect of adiponectin on glucose and lipid metabolism by suppressing MHCⅡ expression

AIM: To investigate whether the protective effect of adiponectin on glucose and lipid metabolism is achieved through down-regulating major histocompatibility complex class Ⅱ (MHCⅡ) in the adipose tissue. METHODS: Adiponectin knockout (KO) mice and C57BL/6(WT) mice were fed with high-fat diet and standard diet for 24 weeks, respectively. The body weight, fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), hepatic histology, and class Ⅱ trans-activator (CⅡTA), histocompatibility 2 class Ⅱ antigen E beta (H2-Eb1) and cluster of differentiation 74(CD74) mRNA and MHC Ⅱ protein levels in adipose tissue were measured at sacrifice. siRNA targeting MHC Ⅱ and overexpression vector was used in 3T3-L1 cells to explore the effect of adiponectin on the protein level of MHCⅡ. RESULTS: The levels of body weight, FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, TC, TG, LDL-C, hepatic steatosis, CⅡTA, H2-Eb1 and CD74 mRNA expression, and MHCⅡ protein expression in the KO mice were higher than those in the WT mice that fed with high-fat diet or standard diet. In 3T3-L1 cells, inhibition of adiponectin reversed MHC Ⅱ protein level induced by specific siRNA. The expression of MHC Ⅱ in adipocytes decreased after adiponectin was overexpressed. CONCLUSION: Adiponectin improves glucose and lipid metabolism through suppressing the expression of MHCⅡ in the adipose tissue.     

A Review on Class D Audio Power Amplifier Control Techniques

Although class D amplifier has high efficiency, its distortion is larger than linear counterparts due to switching behaviour of power transistors. It is the hotspot of power electronics and audio power amplifier that researching new control technique to improve fidelity of class D amplifier. In this paper, a few novel control techniques in class D audio power amplifier are reviewed.     

开菲尔中产类细菌素乳酸菌的分离鉴定

通过牛津杯法,从250株分离自开菲尔颗粒的乳酸菌中筛选出1株有较好抑菌活性的菌株,通过对个体特征、生理生化试验、16SrDNA序列对比,确定此株菌为乳酸乳球菌,命名为L11。在排除有机酸和过氧化氢的干扰后,发酵上清液对金黄色葡萄球菌还有抑菌活性,该菌株经过胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶处理后,发酵液的抑菌活性没有明显变化,说明抑菌物质为非蛋白成分,属于类细菌素,它具有较好的热稳定性,对蛋白酶不敏感,且具有较广的抗菌谱。     

中华松针蚧对云南松高生长的影响

云南松受中华松针蚧危害,当针叶虫口密度≤3只/束时,高生长量无损失;当针叶虫口密度>3只/束时,随着虫口密度的增大,高生长量损失逐渐增大;在同一虫口密度下,立地条件好的云南松受害后,其高生长损失大;据不同立地条件、不同虫口密度水平下云南松高生长损失大小,将发生中华松针蚧林分的林木分为健康、轻、中、重、特别严重5个等级.
