Lock-in and Unlocking of Technological Innovation Path

技术创新路径锁定是一个历史依赖过程,路径锁定的根本原因在于各类技术之间存在巨大转移成本和潜在不同市场均衡。报酬递增效应、自增强机制以及群体博弈均会影响到市场对技术的选择,这种选择会使技术发展陷入固定轨道。研究了技术创新路径锁定机理、锁定效应以及解锁模式,从提高参与人认知能力、改善外部环境、实施利益诱导和外部冲击四个方面提出实现技术创新解锁的途径。     

苹果高效育种技术创新体系的建立

建立新时期适合我国国情的苹果高效育种技术创新体系与方法,对提高我国苹果育种技术水平有着重要意义。现在对多年育种工作进行总结、回顾的基础上,提出并探索了在"少组合、大群体"的杂交育种思路下苹果高效育种技术创新体系的概念及操作实践。     

A typology of agricultural production systems: Capability building trajectories of three Asian economies

Analysing the agricultural sectors of Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore, this paper examines the capability‐building process that encourages productivity and innovation. It describes and explains the origins and subsequent evolution of three forms of agricultural production system, each generating different farming capabilities and distinct forms of competitive advantages. The paper argues that Taiwan's rice‐oriented agricultural production system stimulates both productivity and innovation, helping Taiwanese farmers raise their income level and living standards. The active deployment of state institutions and a malleable labour force, evidenced in the Malaysian palm oil industry, is effective in raising farming productivity but not the ability to innovate. Singapore's aquaculture‐oriented agricultural production system is somewhat useful in stimulating productivity and innovation. Yet the city‐state's inherent lack of space and open international trade regime have circumscribed the potential of its aquaculture industry. It now relies on the regional ethnic Chinese business networks to expand the aquaculture industry's knowledge base and its industrial commons. The principles discussed in this paper provide policy lessons, or at least some initial guidance, for other developing economies aspiring to modernise their agricultural sector.     

试论中共领导核心关于粮食思想的继承和创新

“民以食为天,食以粮为源”。抓好粮食这个基础性、战略性资源的生产和供应,对中国这个人口大国的重要性不言而喻。通过评述中共领导核心关于粮食问题的忧患意识,既归纳了他们在处理粮食与工业的关系方面所持政策思想的传承性,即坚持农业的基础地位不动摇;又分析了中共领导核心紧扣中国国情,在调动农民的生产积极性方面所提出的办法以及在如何加快粮食增长方面所采取的方式,他们的粮食政策思想有颇多创新之处;在对中共领导核心粮食思想进行比较论证的过程中,提出了在保持农业政策连续性和稳定性的基础上,依据国内外形势变幻不断创新粮食理论的观点。     

坚持和落实科学发展观 努力破解农民增收难题

以科学发展观为指导，针对安徽省农民增收和农业发展中存在的资源约束等问题进行分析，提出了抓住时机，依靠政策调动、布局优化、市场带动、科技拉动，提高农民增收的稳定性和持续性,大幅度提高农民增收的对策和发展思路。     

百合种球活力改良外源技术研究进展

为了提高百合种球活力研究的系统性,文章从种球活力外源改良技术研究的有关进展入手,包括种球品质复壮技术、采后处理技术和播前处理技术等三大方面,系统阐述组织培养、脱毒、扦插、种球更新、提纯复壮、冷藏处理和播前处理的理化调节技术等应用进展,认为这些外源技术的应用直接受品种、类型、状态、环境、处理等因素影响,改良效果存在差异,建议百合种球外源改良技术的研发应用宜依托种质创新、种球活力生理等基础研究,形成较为完备的种球品质精准改良技术的研发体系,以推动中国百合种球国产化繁育工作健康发展。

针对乳品科学与技术精品课建设的主要问题,从课程特色、教学方法和手段、网络教学环境等方面,综述课程建设的基本内容,探讨了课程改革的方法和途径。     

新工科背景下“食品分析”课程教学模式的改革探索

为培养新工科背景下食品分析检测人才,满足规模日益扩大的食品行业需求,在总结传统教学模式"重结果、轻过程、重理论、轻实践"等不足的基础上,提出了丰富授课模式、发挥政校企实践平台优势、完善考核评价体系等教学改革探索意见,为提高高校教学质量、培养食品类技术性人才提供参考和借鉴。     

Value Innovation Method in Product Scheme Cost Design

Product design now has a significant influence on the profitability of a business. Enterprise simulation can not only overcome the limitations of current product scheme cost evaluation methods , but also support Product Scheme Cost design of Dynamic Enterprise. Product Scheme Cost Design basing on Value Innovation Method aim at value increase , and use Enterprise simulation as Product design tools. To evaluate different design options, a series of runs are performed in Enterprise simulation system for each design variant. In this way , Product design face on enterprise business. This paper focus on value chain,and use it in Product design, provide a new way for Product design of Dynamic Enterprise.     

杂交水稻品种创新质量管理研究

通过开展杂交水稻品种创新质量管理研究,对杂交水稻种质资源鉴定与创新,不育系、恢复系和保持系的选育与技术控制进行了总结,规范了杂交水稻亲本及组合选育程序的工作流程,最终形成了杂交水稻品种创新质量管理体系。
