以安徽农业大学为例,对农业院校大学生在科技创新实施过程中存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了如何发挥学生在项目实施中的主观能动性的几点建议,为促使大创及基金项目的圆满实施提供理论参考依据.     

Analysis on key problems of initiative decompression pre-reinforced structure

In slope engineering, the shear resistance of rock and soil can never be exerted themselves by general pre-reinforced structure, through the coupling mechanism between reinforced structure and slope, an initiative decompression pre-reinforced structure consists of soft stuffing and pre-reinforced structure is presented. The setting and thickness of soft stuffing are both key questions during the design of initiative decompression pre-reinforced structure. On one hand, the setting of soft stuffing assure that parts of initiative decompression pre-reinforced structure cannot interact each other under reinforcing; on the other hand, the thickness of soft stuffing can assure that the shear resistance of rock and soil can be exerted by themselves, the sliding thrust which is endured by pre-reinforced structure alone is changed to be endured by soil and pre-reinforced structure together. Then the sliding thrust endured by pre-reinforced structure minimizes, accordingly the effect of initiative decompression is achieved. In the end, the calculation procedure of thickness is illustrated by a practical project and the result is rational.     

Global‐local initiatives in FDI: The experience of Shenzhen,China

Abstract: In 2002, China surpassed the USA to become the world's largest foreign investment destination. Many Chinese cities, especially those along the coast, have become hot spots for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). The urban development of these Chinese cities, as in most market societies, has increasingly depended upon their global connections. However, it is unclear to what degree the governments of these cities are able to influence the decisions of foreign investors. This paper uses Shenzhen city as a case study to examine how multi‐nationals’ spatial and sectoral patterns have been changed over time and to what degree the local government has been able to influence multinationals’ locational and sectoral selection. It is concluded that Shenzhen has managed to create a strategy to maximise its ability to benefit from global economic forces and to attract multinational manufacturers in the locality, and particularly in increasing its target sector of technology‐intensive industry. This case study demonstrates the importance of a strong city government in managing growth and reacting decisively to globalisation.

主动驱动条件下研磨轨迹均匀性的研

分析了主动驱动方式下平面研磨过程中工件的运动学特性,提出了研磨轨迹均匀性可以通过单位面积轨迹点的数量及其标准差来评价,理论分析了研磨盘和工件的转速比和偏心距对轨迹均匀性的影响.仿真表明,偏心距越小越有利于工件表面研磨轨迹的均匀分布,增大偏心距导致相对转速线速度偏差增大,不利于工件表面研磨轨迹的均匀分布.增大转速比使加工轨迹分布稀疏,轨迹曲线点的标准差大,加工均匀性差,研磨盘与工件具有相同的角速度时,更有利于轨迹均匀性的提高.     

“一带一路”背景下云南食用菌出口贸易研究

食用菌产业作为一种新兴农业,越来越受到国家和地方政府的扶持和重视。我国政府颁布多项政策法规支持食用菌产业的健康发展。在我国的野生食用菌贸易中,云南食用菌产值占比超过50%,出口量不断增加,但是增长的幅度和质量却不理想。放眼当下,不断优化的国内政策环境和在国际上良好的合作关系都在为食用菌的出口快速增长带来积极影响。尤其在"一带一路"的背景下,对云南食用菌出口贸易产业发展进行分析研究,对促进云南乃至我国食用菌产业持续健康发展意义重大。     

Critical upscaling. How citizens’ initiatives can contribute to a transition in governance and quality of urban greenspace

Studies show that municipalities often develop a type of urban greenspace that is rather uniform in its shape and use. Citizens’ initiatives develop different types of greenspace. This article uses concepts from transition studies and identifies what happens during a citizens’ initiative in urban greenspace in the Netherlands in terms of transition of municipal management and development and how these initiatives can lead to a change of practices of the municipality. A single, qualitative study of Diepenheim Inside-Out-Forest in the Netherlands as a critical case is presented, based on 8 semi-open interviews. The study gives insight in how the municipality has changed in relation to this one case, and how such transition of ‘regime’ takes place. The study explains how the different benefits that arise in a greenspace development and management initiative relate to the ‘critical knowledge’ and ‘situated knowledge’ of the actors involved and that the quality of urban greenspace is very much the result of that knowledge. ‘Fit and conform’ and ‘stretch and transform’ are usable strategies for the empowerment of such initiatives through sharing of resources, and policy advocacy by ‘critical niche’ innovators.‘Regime’ is not uniquely a feature of the local state but also of market parties and citizens themselves with their own values and routines. A change among all parties seems needed if greenspace is to be developed, managed and used differently.
