随着生物技术的发展,水稻基因工程育种在水稻育种中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在诸多的转基因方法中,农杆菌作为一种天然的植物基因转化系统,以其独特优点而倍受重视。本文概述了农杆菌介导转化水稻的原理,农杆菌介导转化水稻的优点并且介绍了农杆菌菌株、受体材料和培养基成分的不同对农杆菌介导转化水稻的影响。另外对农杆菌介导遗传转化在水稻抗虫基因工程育种、抗病基因工程育种、抗逆基因工程育种、优质基因工程育种、耐除草剂基因工程育种及提高水稻光合效率和延缓衰老方面的研究进展进行了综述。最后对农杆菌介导遗传转化在水稻基因工程育种中存在的问题和发展前景做了简要说明。  相似文献

In vitro cultured vascular endothelial cells (VEC) and mouse 3T3 fibroblasts (3T3) on the acellular dermal matrix , which were made of porcine skins. We made the cell proliferation test with MTT assay and the histological observation after cells were seeded on the acelluar dermis for 1 week with histological section. The cell growth curves showed VEC and 3T3 grew much rapidly on the acelluar dermis.The histological observation revealed VEC had formed a monolayer, some places even had formed 2 to 3 layer. The results suggest that the acelluar porcine dermal matrix have good biocompatibility , it will be widely applied.  相似文献

The authors determine the index system and the index weight of capability of real estate by applying Delphi method and AHP method, and found the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of capability of real estate. They creates the model of capability Vs. price based on value engineering theory. The authors analysis detailedly deciding method of capability Vs. price of real estate combined with a practice example and application. The method adapts to a house as well as the type of the house. Hydrodynamic models have been widely applied to river and coastal engineering projects. Understanding the hydrodynamic process is a prerequisite to modeling the pollution and sediment transport process. Hydrodynamic models of varying degrees of complexity should be selected appropriately according to the object of study, physical properties of the flow domain and hydrodynamic features. The essential procedure of hydrodynamic simulation is described in this paper. The main problems such as selection of model dimension in physical space, choice of variables, boundary conditions, initialization, design of computational grid, model resolution, parameterization of smaller scale fluctuations and sub-grid scale processes, model calibration and verification are investigated.  相似文献

By analyzing the process of enterprise information engineering construction and intra relationship among information system requirement, business process modeling, application system constructing and project management, one of 4 meta model composed of requirement engineering, process engineering, application system engineering and support engineering is proposed for enterprise information engineering. The developments and applications of the business processes and its application systems are integrated into the same development space and application space. Basing on this, a prototype system composed of requirement modeling environment, business process modeling environment, application system modeling environment, and support engineering environment has been designed and built, which is used for supporting enterprise information engineering constructing.
