基于滑楔法的边坡稳定可靠性分析

使用滑楔法建立了边坡极限状态的功能函数,用中心差商近似代替对功能函数的数学求导,运用一次二阶矩法计算可靠性指标和失效概率,并使用蒙特卡洛法进行可靠性指标校核,算例计算结果表明可靠性指标对土条侧向力倾角的假定是敏感的,可靠性指标对软弱层的内摩擦角敏感性大于软弱层的内聚力和坡体重度。     

Effect of the Silicic Acid Polymerization Degree on the Coagulating Property of Polyalumium Silicate Chloride

Polyaluminum silicate is a new type of inorganic macromolecular flocculants, which is developed as a complex product in recent years on the base of polyalumium flocculant and polysilicic acid flocculant. Sodium silicate is diluted to the concentration of 3.0% SiO 2 with distilled water. The solution was adjusted to pH 4.5 with sulphate acid and kept at quiescency for different time to get polysilicic acid with different polymerization degrees. Using polysilicic acid prepared and aluminium chloride as materials, a series of polyaluminium silicate chlorides(PASC) with different basicities(B), Al/Si molar ratios and polymerization degree of silicic acid are prepared by copolymerization technique. The Al-Ferron timed complex colorimetric method is applied to characterize species distribution of PASC and to study its influence factors. The interaction between hydrolyzed aluminum species and polysilicic acid with different polymerization degrees in PASC is discussed.The flocculant prepared is applied to the treatment of commercial concrete wastewater. The turbidity removal of commercial concrete wastewater is up to 97% when a PASC, prepared with polysilicic acid of 145 min polymerization degree.

吉林省冰雹时空特点及冰雹过程评估

利用1951—2013年50站天气现象观测资料、冰雹灾情资料,分析了吉林省冰雹的时空特征,利用灰色关联度、百分位数、正态分布等方法建立了冰雹过程指数、冰雹过程评估等级指标、气候重现期指标。结果表明：吉林省1957—1986年为冰雹偏多阶段,1951—1956年、1987—2013年为偏少阶段;冰雹多发生在春夏之交;日内多发生在午后到傍晚前后,夜间较少出现;空间分布呈东西少、中南部地区多的特点。冰雹过程的时间变化规律和冰雹时间发生规律类似。对冰雹过程不仅可以进行排位、等级、气候重现期等方面的评估,还可以进行持续日数、覆盖范围、持续时间、最大冰雹直径等的评估,可操作性强,实现了在实际业务中对冰雹过程多角度快速评估的目的,对提高冰雹过程的应急响应和服务能力意义重大。     

The Evaluating Model of the BSC in the Audit of the Capacity of Sustainable Operation

With the increasingly economic competition in the World, the audit industry, numerous investors and the enterprises pay more and more attention on the audit of company's sustainable operation. In view of existing situation that the audit on the capacity of sustainable operation attach main importance to the finance of the audited company, in the result, it is difficult to recognize it completely. The model of the balanced scorecard is used, an indicator system that combine company's finance condition and non-finance condition is built in the sustainable operation audit. Basing on the way to process non-dimensional quantities of indicators, the audit use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of the evaluating indicators and take the degree of gray incidence as the evaluation criteria.

商洛地区农业水土资源时空匹配研究

依据商洛市多年耕地、水资源和人口统计数据,从水土资源总量及二者匹配关系分析入手,构建了农业水土资源匹配分析模型。模拟分析结果表明,总体上商洛市水资源优势明显,但耕地资源短缺问题突出,限制了水资源优势的充分发挥,且区内水土资源匹配差异较大;根据县域水土资源匹配系数的差异性,将商洛各县(区)农业水土资源匹配程度划分为匹配较好、一般和较差3个等级;认为加强耕地资源保护和开发、开展水资源规划和水利工程建设等是提高该区水土资源匹配程度的重要措施。     

应用佳多诱虫灯进行室外昆虫群落调查

利用佳多诱虫灯对菜田与棉田室外昆虫群落结构做了初步的研究,并利用丰富度(S)、优势度(B)、SHANNON指数(H’)、均匀度(E)4个指标和种—多度对数正态分布模型参数对两个灯下昆虫群落的结构进行了对比分析。结果表明棉田灯下昆虫群落中小型趋光性害虫葱蓟马被大量诱捕,该群落优势种突出,优势度较高。佳多诱虫灯是室外害虫调查和物理防治的有用工具。     

采用两自由度结构的最小拍无纹波控制系统

提出了一种基于两自由度控制器结构的最小拍无纹波控制系统的设计方法。通过有步骤地解两个刁番都方程来直接确定控制器的各个参数。这样所得到的最小拍无纹波控制系统在经过有限拍时间后，可以精确地跟踪预先给定任意函数类的参考输入信号。
