苹果果实日灼人工诱导技术及阈值温度研究 总被引:10,自引:3,他引:10
使用自制的日灼诱导设备,在无风或微风的晴天对活体果实进行田间日灼诱导,通过改变诱导室内的气温来控制和调节果面温度,从而确定了不同苹果品种果实发生日灼的阈值温度。试验证明: 自制的诱导设备运行平稳,诱导期间可保持果温基本稳定,大多数情况下,处理期间果面平均温度与实际设定温度的差异小于0.12℃ ,温度变化幅度一般小于±0.5℃ 。本试验所测定的9个苹果品种日灼阈值温度为(45.9±0.5)℃ (48.5±0.5)℃。光照对日灼发生有重要影响,即使在同样的阈值温度下,有光的处理果实发生日灼,而无光的处理则不发生日灼。 相似文献

在黄瓜幼苗子叶期及第1真叶期用苯酚、水杨酸、无水对氨基苯磺酸和氯化钾进行诱导接种,可使黄瓜植株产生对霜霉病的抗病性。在自然病原激发病害的试验中,经上述4种化学物质诱导的植株,其病株率比CK分别降低30%、0%、20%和20%;病叶率发别降低20.61%、6.80%、31.62%和20.72%;相对免疫效果分别为21.73%、35.19%、59.61%和40.84%。在人工接种病原激发病害试验中,经上述4种化学物质诱导的植株,其病株率分别降低28.57%、42.86%、57.14%和28.57%;病叶率分别降低89.13%、63.13%、72.96%和82.75%;相对免疫效果分别为91.15%、33.33%、55.99%和52.81%。 相似文献

以银条‘二细一粗’品种为试材, 研究了蔗糖浓度、激素组合对茎尖培养和快速繁殖的影响及温度、光照、蔗糖浓度等因素对根状茎离体诱导的影响。结果表明: 茎尖培养较理想的培养基为MS + 蔗糖4 % + 6-BA 0.5 mg·L - 1 + NAA 0.1 mg·L - 1 , 成苗率可达74.0 %。茎尖增殖较适培养基为MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg·L - 1 + NAA 0.5 mg·L - 1 , 每个外植体平均可产生5.6 个芽。根状茎诱导以MS + 蔗糖10 % + 6-BA 510 mg·L - 1+ CCC 500 mg·L - 1培养基, 20 ℃全黑暗培养效果最好。 相似文献

Chlorophyll fluorescence induction curves of isolated thylakoids were measured in the absence and in the presence of various concentrations of photosystem II-inhibiting herbicides. A mathematical program was applied to simulate the curves. Based on these simulated curves a new method is developed to determine the concentration effect (pI50) of the herbicides. The results of the new method correspond well with reported values in the literature. The method is very convenient and time-saving. 相似文献

生长激素释放肽-6缓释微球的制备及其对动物生长的影响 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以生物降解材料乳酸乙醇酸共聚物(PLGA,LA-GA 8515)为载体,采用复乳-液中蒸发法制备含生长激素释放肽-6的乳酸乙醇酸共聚物微球,并通过体外药物释放试验评价载药微球的释药特征.结果得到收率、粒径大小和分布及含药量均满意的微球,其中包封率为100%,平均体积径为3.45μm,收率为79%.在37℃、pH7.0的生理等渗缓冲液中,首日释药19.19%,其后以平均日释药3.23%的速度释药25 d.小鼠肌肉注射微球30 d后,累积增重比注射生长激素释放肽-6、生理盐水分别高22.56%(P<0.05)和53.17%(P<0.01).结果表明,生长激素释放肽-6乳酸乙醇酸共聚物微球有望发展成为新型长效制剂. 相似文献

将640只1日龄艾维茵肉鸡公母分养,分别随机分为4组,分别饲喂添加大豆黄酮0、5、10、15mg/kg的4种饲粮,于试验28、49d采血和屠宰,探讨了日粮中添加不同水平大豆黄酮对肉仔鸡生长相关激素水平及免疫机能的影响。结果显示,日粮中添加大豆黄酮28、49d,均可显著提高公鸡血清生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、睾酮(TESTO)的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低公鸡血清尿素氮水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对母鸡血清GH、IGF-1、尿素氮水平无明显影响;添加大豆黄酮49d,显著提高公鸡T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率(P<0.05或P<0.01),添加大豆黄酮28d,显著提高公鸡NDV抗体效价(P<0.05),而对母鸡无明显影响(P>0.05);添加大豆黄酮28、49d,对公母鸡免疫器官重量有增加的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。 相似文献

This study was to investigate the effects of in ovo feeding (IOF) L‐arginine (Arg) solution on the development of digestive organs, the duodenal mucosa of broiler embryos and hatchlings, and the growth performance of chicks during the first week post‐hatch. A total of 720 fertilized eggs with similar weight were randomly allocated to three groups, consisting of eight replicates of 30 eggs each. Three treatments were arranged as non‐injected control, diluent‐injected (0.75% NaCl solution) group and Arg solution‐injected group containing 1% Arg, dissolved in diluent. At 17.5 days of incubation, 0.6 ml of IOF solution was injected into amniotic fluid of each egg of injected groups. Results showed IOF of Arg solution increased (p < .05) the chick embryo weight at 19 days of incubation; the body weight gain of post‐hatch broilers during 1–7 days; the weights of liver, pancreas, proventriculus and gizzard; the concentrations of duodenal ghrelin, vasoactive intestinal peptide and glucagon‐like peptide 2; and the duodenum mucosal enzyme activities of alkaline phosphatase, maltase, sucrase and inducible nitric oxide synthase of 7‐day‐old post‐hatch broilers compared with other groups. The IOF of Arg solution also increased (p < .05) the villus height (VH) and the ratio of VH to crypt depth (CD) and decreased (p < .05) the CD in duodenum of broiler embryos and post‐hatch hatchlings, except for the CD at 19 days of incubation. In conclusion, IOF of 1% Arg solution into the amnion at 17.5 days of incubation could improve the development of digestive organs, the duodenal morphology, the releasing of gastrointestinal hormones and mucosal enzyme activities of broiler embryos and hatchlings and finally the growth performance of chicks during the first week post‐hatch. Therefore, IOF of appropriate Arg solution could be an effective technology for regulating early nutrition supply and subsequent growth development in poultry industry. 相似文献

Bovine granulosa cells (GC) vary in their morphological aspect during different stages of folliculogenesis. In this study, 10 morphologically normal bovine ovaries were collected to study the structural aspects of different stages of GC using intermediate filament protein antibodies including cytokeratin AE1/AE3 (AE1/AE3), vimentin, nectin‐4 and desmin. Hormonal immunolocalization was assessed using the immunomarkers anti‐Müllerian hormone (AMH) and inhibin alpha. In addition, tumour markers and proliferation markers using c‐erbB‐2 oncoprotein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen, respectively, were investigated. The immunolabelling of AE1/AE3 in GC was strongest in the early follicle stage and gradually decreased when reaching the Graafian follicle stage. Its immunolabelling increased again as the stage progressed from stage I to stage III. The immunolabelling of inhibin alpha was inversely proportional to that of AE1/AE3 in the developing ovarian follicles as their immunolabelling is opposite to each other during folliculogenesis. AMH was immunopositive in almost all GC stages in different intensities and percentages, except for some negative staining in the atretic IV follicles. The atretic IV follicle is a unique type of atretic follicle that shows Call‐Exner body formation, which was mainly found in older cows in this study. The distinct patterns of immunoreactivity for various types of immunomarkers in the different GC stages will play an important role in diagnostic assistance of various follicle conditions, including cystic ovaries and GC tumours. 相似文献
