Testicular tissue maintenance is performed by the testicular artery, and the hemodynamics of this artery can be evaluated using Doppler ultrasonography. The aim of this study was to characterize the peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), pulsatility index (PI) and resistivity index (RI) of five regions of the testicular artery in dogs, including two proposed regions and three that have been previously described. Twenty‐two dogs were used, and the PSV, EDV, PI and RI of the testicular artery were measured in five regions: proximal, medial and distal supratesticular; marginal; and intratesticular. The median values for PSV (cm/s), EDV (cm/s), PI and RI in the five regions were as follows: proximal supratesticular (23.1, 3.7, 2.1 and 0.8); medial supratesticular (17.2, 4.5, 1.5, and 0.7); distal supratesticular (12.2, 5.7, 0.8, and 0.5); marginal (11.3, 6.5, 0.5, and 0.4); and intratesticular (5.7, 3.5, 0.5, and 0.4). There was a difference between the PSV of the medial and distal supratesticular regions. There were differences in the PSV, EDV, PI and RI among the distal supratesticular, marginal and intratesticular regions. Measurements of PSV, EDV, PI and RI of the testicular artery in dogs at the proposed regions showed different results due to the hemodynamic and morphological differences of the artery during its course in the spermatic cord and to the testicles. The assessment of biophysical crop suitability requires datasets on soil and climate. In this study, we investigated the differences in topsoil properties for the dominant soil mapping units between two global soil datasets. We compared the ISRIC World Soil Information Center’s World Inventory of Soil Emissions Potential 5 by 5 arc min Soil Map of the World (ISRIC‐WISE 5by5 SMW ) with the Harmonized World Soil Database (HWSD) in 0.5 arc min. We also incorporated annual mean temperature and mean precipitation from two global climate datasets that were the WorldClim measurement‐based climate dataset and the Kiel Climate Model (KCM) modelled results of global climate from 1960 to 1990. We then applied a fuzzy logic approach using different combinations and resolutions of the datasets to determine the effects on the extent and distribution of suitable areas for 15 crops. We only used the spatially dominant soil class in the mapping units in the soil databases (resampled to the same resolution of 5 arc min), and we found that the estimates of topsoil properties (0–20 cm in ISRIC‐WISE and 0–30 cm in HWSD) of the seven analysed parameters were up to 40% lower in most of the HWSD than in the ISRIC‐WISE 5by5 SMW. Results from the KCM are 0.1 °C (1%) lower in mean global annual temperature and 20% higher in average global annual precipitation compared with the WorldClim data. The HWSD‐based runs resulted in 10% less crop‐suitable land than the ISRIC‐WISE 5by5 SMW‐based results. The KCM simulations predicted 1% less crop‐suitable land than the WorldClim model. Despite generalizations, our results demonstrate that discrepancies in crop suitable areas are largely due to the differences in the soil databases rather than to climate. 相似文献

2019年7月,使用网格法布设了11台红外相机首次对广东曲江沙溪省级自然保护区大中型兽类资源进行了调查研究,调查累计102天,累计回收1 123个相机工作日的数据,共拍摄到兽类独立有效照片数103张,鉴定出兽类3目6科9种,分别为黄腹鼬Mustela kathiah、鼬獾Melogale moschata、斑林狸Prionodon pardicolor、豹猫Prionailurus bengalensis、野猪Sus scrofa、小麂Muntiacus reevesi、赤腹松鼠Callosciurus erythraeus、倭花鼠Tamiops maritimus和红腿长吻松鼠Dremomys pyrrhomer,其中,斑林狸和红腿长吻松鼠为沙溪自然保护区新纪录种;发现相对多度指数最高的兽类是野猪,为29.39,分布最广泛的地栖兽类是鼬獾;建立兽类累积曲线发现前31天兽类种数上升较快,后71天趋于平缓;研究进一步证实了红外相机技术可以作为保护区兽类补充调查的重要手段,可以在保护区兽类物种编目、相对多度指数、分布现状与凭证标本等收集上发挥重大作用。 相似文献

本文研究了土剪切面力学性能。对2种密度的砂和2种固结状态的粘土进行了直剪试验,测得剪切面上剪应力与剪切位移的关系。由试验资料发现,剪切面上的剪切应力与剪切位移关系可分为逐渐硬化和峰值后软化两种类型。对每种剪应力与剪切位移关系研究了变形和强度特性,给出了相应的数学模型,确定了模型参数及其影响因素。根据本文给出的数学模型,可以确定出在给定剪切位移下剪切面发挥的抗剪切应力。 相似文献

Distributed data mining(DDM) is widely used in industrial,scientific and commercial applications to analyze large datasets maintained over geographically distributed sites,which makes DDM a major research issue on(today's) data mining field.This paper discusses the disadvantages of existing DDM systems,puts forward a service-oriented architecture for DDM on the grid and describe the process of mining under this framework.In the proposed,serviceoriented,cross-platform framework,the mining algorithm and distributed data sets are packed into the Web Service Resources(WS-Resource) respectively,which can cooperate to perform DDM as required dynamically.Finally,a grid based on local area network was built with Globus Toolkit 4.0 and take an example of association rule mining to illustrate how to work with the proposed architecture. 相似文献
