Potassium (K) fertilization and antioxidant enzymes both positively influence plant growth and development. However, it is not known whether K treatment improves fruit development via increasing soluble sugar. In this study, K-treated apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) fruit was harvested from 60 to 150 days after full bloom and was analyzed for ROS production and trehalose metabolism. The results show that K fertilization improved fruit firmness, increased growth according to several parameters, increased soluble sugar content, and decreased ROS production. The ascorbate metabolic pathway more effectively reduced ROS production than catalase and peroxidase (POD) did under K treatment. Trehalose-treated fruit also showed higher activity of ascorbate-related enzymes (DHAR, GR, and APX) compared with non-treated fruit. The changes of antioxidant enzyme activity in trehalose-treated fruit corresponded to those in K-treated fruit. Moreover, trehalase (TREH) activity in fruit was notably reduced by K treatment. This demonstrates that K influences ROS production via regulating trehalose content and TREH activity in fruit. This study provides new insight into the K mechanism which improves fruit development, including fruit firmness and size. 相似文献

Strawberries (Fragaria × ananassa Duch.) were coated either with chitosan (1, 1.5, and 2% solution, w/v) or aloe vera (AV) gel and the coatings were air dried. Coated strawberries were put in a polypropylene box and stored in refrigerator (6 ± 1°C and 50 ± 5% relative humidity. The success of coating in retaining the postharvest quality of the strawberries was evaluated by determining respiration rate, firmness, weight loss, external colour change, ascorbic acid content, total soluble solids, acidity, pH, microbial decay and sensory quality. The incidence of microbial rot started on day-6 in uncoated and 1% chitosan coated strawberries. Strawberries coated with 1.5 and 2% chitosan were affected by microbial decay on day-9 of storage. On the other hand, rot incidence was initiated in AV gel coated strawberries on day-15 of storage. Aloe vera gel or chitosan coating reduced respiration rate, weight loss, and microbial decay and preserved firmness, ascorbic acid content, and other quality parameters, thus delaying ripening and the progress of fruit decay due to senescence or microbial attack. Furthermore, AV gel delayed the changes in external colour and retained all other postharvest quality of strawberries compared to chitosan coated or uncoated ones throughout the storage. 相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of defoliation frequency (either at two‐ or three‐leaf stage) and nitrogen (N) application rate (0, 75, 150, 300, 450 kg N ha?1 year?1) on herbage carbohydrate and crude protein (CP) fractions, and the water‐soluble carbohydrate‐to‐protein ratio (WSC:CP) in perennial ryegrass swards. Crude protein fractions were analysed according to the Cornell carbohydrate and protein system. Carbohydrate fractions were analysed by ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography. Sward defoliation at two‐leaf stage increased the total CP, reduced the buffer‐soluble CP fractions and decreased carbohydrate fractions of herbage (P < 0·001). The effect of defoliation frequency was less marked during early spring and autumn (P < 0·001) than for the rest of the seasons. An increase in N application rate was negatively associated with WSC, fructans and neutral detergent fibre (P < 0·001), and positively associated with CP and nitrate (N‐NO3) contents of herbage. Nitrogen application rate did not affect CP fractions of herbage (P > 0·05). The fluctuations in CP and WSC contents of herbage resulted in lower WSC:CP ratios during early spring and autumn (0·45:1 and 0·75:1 respectively) than in late spring (1·11:1). The herbage WSC:CP ratio was greater (P < 0·001) at the three‐leaf than the two‐leaf defoliation stage and declined as the N application increased in all seasons (P < 0·001). The results of this study indicate that CP and carbohydrate fractions of herbage can be manipulated by sward defoliation frequency and N application rate. 旨在研究不同培养条件对迎春花不定芽再生和生根状况的影响,并筛选出最适培养条件。以迎春花带芽茎段为材料,通过诱导愈伤组织、愈伤组织分化新芽、芽生根等步骤建立迎春花离体快速繁殖体系。研究结果表明,适合迎春花愈伤组织诱导的培养基为WPM+3.0 mg/L6-BA+0.5 mg/LNAA,诱导率高达100%;适合迎春花芽伸长诱导的培养基为WPM+2.0 mg/L6-BA+0.5 mg/LNAA,诱导率达56.8%;适合迎春花生根诱导的培养基为1/2 WPM+0.5 mg/L NAA,生根率高达85%,根系发达,试管苗生长健壮。培养条件为光照强度1500 lx,光照时间12 h/d,温度25℃。植物生长调节剂种类及质量浓度对迎春花不定芽的出芽时间和再生率以及生根率有明显影响。 相似文献

为探讨激活蛋白对大豆生长、产量的影响,以大豆冀豆17为研究对象,利用光合仪与称重法测量了不同浓度极细链格孢激活蛋白(1,2,3,4,5,6μg/m L)处理后大豆的光合特性、叶绿素荧光参数及产量。结果表明,随着施用的极细链格孢激活蛋白浓度的增加,大豆叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、最大光化学量子效率(Fv/Fm)、有效量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)和光化学猝灭系数(q P)呈先上升后下降的趋势。施用1,2,3,4μg/m L浓度的极细链格孢激活蛋白不仅提高了大豆叶绿素含量,而且增加了大豆叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率,同时还能提高叶绿素荧光的最大光化学量子效率(Fv/Fm)、有效量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)和光化学猝灭系数(q P)。其中以3,4μg/m L浓度的处理效果最好。施用更高浓度的激活蛋白(5,6μg/m L),上述光合特性与叶绿素荧光促进效果下降或者消失。施用中浓度激活蛋白(3,4μg/m L)大豆产量增加了11.21%~14.76%。结果表明,喷洒合适浓度的极细链格孢激活蛋白是一种促进大豆增产的有效措施。 相似文献

为了实现酿造高粱氮肥合理高效利用,以晋杂22号为试验品种,研究了6种氮肥施用量(0,75,150,225,300,450 kg/hm~2)对酿造高粱产量和氮素利用率的影响。结果表明,在施氮0~450 kg/hm~2,施用氮肥有效地增加了高粱产量和净利润,但随着施氮量的增加产量先升高后降低,其关系可表示为y=-0.037x~2+17.759x+5 874.41(R2=0.878 1)。随着施氮量的增加高粱氮肥偏生产力和氮肥利用率显著降低;氮素吸收效率逐渐降低;氮素利用效率大体呈下降趋势;当施氮量为225 kg/hm~2时,高粱产量、净利润最大,极显著高于不施氮处理,增产率达37.64%;氮肥农学利用率和氮肥偏生产力分别为9.96,36.42 kg/kg,氮肥利用率可达到38.70%,且氮平衡为3.07,大体上满足氮素平衡。综合分析各项指标,施氮量为225 kg/hm~2是酿造高粱晋杂22号实现高产、高效益、较高氮肥利用率的适宜氮量。 相似文献

为研究硒浸种对春小麦种子活力和幼苗生长特性的影响,分别设置0,0.5,1.0,2.5,3.5,5.0,10.0,50.0 mg/L共8个亚硒酸钠溶液浓度,通过发芽试验,比较研究了不同浓度的亚硒酸钠浸种对春小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:随着亚硒酸钠溶液浓度升高,春小麦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗和根长以及干鲜重等指标均呈先升高后下降的趋势;1.0 mg/L的亚硒酸钠溶液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长有促进作用;随着亚硒酸钠浓度的升高(≥2.5 mg/L),其各项指标显著下降,并对根和苗的生长表现出抑制作用;因此在实际生产中,掌握合适的硒浸种浓度非常关键. 相似文献

以北柴胡种子为试验材料,分别以0.5%、1.0%、1.5%和2.0%的酵母浸膏液对北柴胡种子进行浸种,在种子萌发过程中测定相关的生理生化指标,探讨酵母浸膏液对北柴胡种子萌发的影响.含水量的测定采用烘干减重法,体积的测定采用排水法,可溶性糖含量的测定采用蒽酮比色法,蛋白质含量的测定采用考马斯亮蓝-G 250染色法,氨基酸含量的测定采用茚三酮显色法;利用隶属函数法对各项指标进行综合评价.结果表明:北柴胡种子在萌发过程中,种子内含水量的变化和其体积的变化呈一定的相关性,都是呈先下降后上升再缓慢增加的趋势;可溶性糖含量的变化呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势;蛋白质含量整体呈先急剧下降后上升再缓慢下降的趋势;氨基酸含量整体呈先上升后下降的趋势.综合各项指标进行综合评价,酵母浸膏液浸种对北柴胡种子的萌发具有明显的促进作用,其中以1.0%酵母浸膏液浸种效果最佳. 相似文献
