海南特种野猪肌肉组织特性与胴体肉质性状的相关性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究海南特种野猪肌肉组织学特性及其与胴体肉质性状之间的关系,试验测定了海南特种野猪骨骼肌不同部位肌纤维形态和胴体肉质性状指标,并进行了相关分析。结果表明,海南特种野猪肌纤维直径较小,肌纤维密度较大,肌纤维面积适中;肌纤维等效直径、面积、密度均与剪切力呈显著(P0.05)正相关;肌纤维等效直径和面积与肌内脂肪呈显著(P0.05)负相关;肌纤维长径与肉色和大理石纹均呈显著(P0.05)正相关。结果揭示了海南特种野猪肌纤维等效直径、面积、密度与肉质性状存在显著相关关系。其肌纤维细,肌纤维密度高,肌肉表面纹理细腻致密,嫩度好,肉质优良。  相似文献

系统研究了来自浙江临海黑杨派南方型新无性系试验林20个无性系的纸浆材主要木材性状。结果表明:黑杨派新无性系树干的纤维长度自上而下逐渐增长,树冠上部枝条的纤维较中、下部枝条为短;树干木材的基本体积质量则以下部的为高,上部稍大于中部;树枝条的基本体积质量,以树冠下部的为最小,自下而上增大。不同树干部位木材纤维的长短频率分布均匀且遵从正态分布。树干纤维长度均值差异主要表现在组中值0.7mm以下和1.3m  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the interaction between maltodextrin/starch of different molecular weight distributions and soy protein isolate (SPI)–wheat gluten (WG) matrix during high-moisture extrusion. Two maltodextrins (dextrose equivalent (DE): 10 and 20) and wheat starch were extruded with SPI–WG blend in a system of 65, 70, and 75% moisture to investigate their effects on texture and thermal stability. Incorporating 5% maltodextrin (DE10) in the SPI–WG matrix improved the fiber structure and thermal stability. When wheat starch was thoroughly gelatinized during subsequent sterilization, the fiber structure and thermal stability were also improved. It was found that the plasticization caused by small-molecular weight saccharides and enhanced phase separation caused by large-molecular weight saccharides changed the melting temperature of blends and significantly improved the texture and thermal stability of extrudates.  相似文献

ABSTRACT:   As part of a study to clarify the differences in the temporal change in K -value among fish species, the temporal change in K -value and the 5'-inosine monophosphate (5'-IMP) and p-nitrophenol phosphate (p-NPP) degrading activities in the red, pink, and white muscle fibers in the dorsal muscle of the carp were compared. The temporal change in K -value was fastest in red, followed by pink, and white muscle fibers, at both 0°C and 32°C. Moreover, the 5'-IMP and p-NPP degrading activities were highest in red, followed by pink, and white muscle fibers at near optimum pH concentrations. The 5'-IMP degrading activity at pH 7.0 had a positive correlation with the increasing rate of K -value at 32°C for all types of muscle fibers. These results suggest that differences in increasing rates of K -values between red, pink, and white muscle fibers corresponded to the 5'-IMP degrading activities.  相似文献

ABSTRACT:   A small number of fishers in Chiba Prefecture of eastern Japan use cotton gill nets to catch Japanese spiny lobster Panulirus japonicus. To examine the advantages of cotton gill nets, we analyzed changes in mesh breaking load of a new cotton gill net used in a fishing operation. A new cotton gill net was also soaked in a seawater tank to simulate ghost fishing conditions. The average mesh breaking load of new cotton mesh was 50.3 N. This value decreased to 19.0 N after 38 days (∼912 h), and after 82 days (∼1968 h) the mesh could be easily torn (breaking load 0.07 N). Under fishing conditions, the cumulative soak time was only 744.4 h over 19 months. The average breaking load at the end of this period was 43.1 N, a strength 86% that of the presoaked mesh. The mesh breaking load of a cotton gill net continuously soaked for 744.4 h was 26.1 N, as estimated from tank experiment data. Thus, a cotton gill net maintains reasonable strength under typical use conditions, but will degrade if lost at sea.  相似文献

Abstract –  Our study assesses swimming capacity (speed and stamina) and possible morphometric determinants of locomotor performance of juvenile brown trout ( Salmo trutta L.). We addressed these issues at the individual level to have an approach of the functional significance of intraspecific variation in morphological design. Both swimming speed and endurance time showed significant positive relationships with fish length. Size-corrected values of speed and endurance time were negatively correlated suggesting a phenotypic trade-off between burst and prolonged swimming. Size was also highly correlated with all the morphological variables measured. Therefore, we used the residuals of the regressions of those variables on fish length to remove the effect of body size. A principal components analysis (PCA) summarised the 12 morphological variables into two factors, which accounted for 44.3% of the variance. PC1 combined several measures of body depth and width, whereas PC2 represented mainly postanal length relative to abdomen length. Relationships between the scores of the two factors and size-corrected values of maximum swimming speed and endurance time were weak. PC2 showed a significant positive relationship with endurance time; that is, individuals with longer caudal regions were able to swim against water flow for longer periods of time. Stoutness (PC1) showed a marginally significant negative correlation with endurance time. The lack of stronger relationships could be because of the low morphometric variability among the test individuals, all proceeding from the same population, reared in a common environment, and measured at the same ontogenetic stage.  相似文献

常规编制与更新林相图的方法要求昂贵的光学机械纠正仪器、较高的操作技术和成本。文章提出一种利用计算机辅助纠正航空象片更新林相图的方法,可以降低成本,提高成图效率。为了实现这种方法,首先根据航空摄影理论分析,推导出适合编程的航空纠正数字化线性模型和算法。该模型要求在底图和航片上有四对控制点坐标,求算纠正参数。采用数字化仪测定这些坐标,求解参数,然后根据该线性模型对航片上编图要素的数字化坐标进行非共面变换,进而更新林相图。为完成这一过程需要四个程序模块和处理流程。使用这种方法更新林相图既能保证精度要求,又具有操作简单的优点。  相似文献

以不同年龄苹果幼树为试材,研究了几种植物生长调节物质对幼树营养生长、越冬抽条、花芽形成和座果的影响。结果表明,对定植当年和第二年的幼树,点涂含有细胞分裂素和微量元素的制剂——点枝灵软膏,可以定位促进当年生芽萌发抽梢,增加1~2次新梢发生量,从而促进幼树营养生长,使其迅速达到早结丰产所需的枝量(比对照至少早1~2年);对1~2年生幼树于早春2~3月喷施2次100倍防抽灵,可以防止苹果幼树越冬抽条,而对照抽条率达40%。应用烯效唑和刻芽环剥技术可以使苹果幼树适期成花或提早成花,而且达到丰产所需的成花数量。应用多效唑或烯效唑和果丰素技术可以明显提高苹果座果率(比对照增加约1倍)。  相似文献

以桂朝2号和叠加占为试验材料,以总氮、蛋白氮、叶绿素氮、可溶性蛋白氮、Rubisco-N、游离氨基态氮为指标,研究了氮肥运筹对水稻植株不同形态氮素含量的影响。结果表明,上述形态氮素含量对氮肥运筹表现出相同的趋势,即水稻抽穗期和成熟期植株总氮、蛋白氮、叶绿素氮、可溶性蛋白氮、Rubisco-N、游离氨基态氮含量均随施氮水平提高而提高,在相同施氮量条件下,重施穗肥时其含量较高。氮肥运筹对不同形态氮素含量的影响程度是不同的,其中,对Rubisco-N和游离氨基态氮的影响明显。两个品种早晚季无论是抽穗期还是成熟期不同施氮水平下Rubisco-N和游离氨基态氮含量差异均达到显著或极显著水平。相关分析表明,早晚季抽穗期和成熟期水稻植株总氮含量与蛋白氮含量均呈极显著相关。  相似文献
