对沈阳市苏家屯区露地和保护地土壤有效氮、磷、钾养分现状进行了调查 ,对露地土壤有效磷、钾在20年间含量变化进行了分析。结果显示 :露地土壤有效氮肥力水平较高 ,全区平均含量为98.96mg·kg-1 ;20年间 ,土壤有效磷含量递增 ,平均含量从1980年的4.96mg·kg-1 上升到2000年的11.61mg·kg-1;土壤有效钾呈递减趋势 ,平均含量从1980年的128.08mg·kg-1下降到2000年的79.90mg·kg-1,平均每年降低1.90%。保护地土壤有效氮、磷、钾含量随使用年限的增加呈上升趋势。  相似文献

Precise information about the spatial variability of soil nutrients is essential in developing site-specific management, e.g., variable rate application of nutrients. In this study 5 fields (4 grassland, 1 arable land) on a Gleyic Podzol, each of about 1 ha, were sampled according to a 20 m×20 m grid. On these samples pH, carbon content and nutrient status (P, K, Ca, Mg, and Na) were measured. The variogram analysis of the different soil fertility parameters revealed quite different ranges for these parameters. Carbon content, pH and calcium have high ranges, between 110 and 170 m. On the other hand, ranges for potassium and sodium are much smaller, 60 m and 30 m respectively. For the elements potassium and sodium, high coefficients of variation are found, especially on the grassland fields. These differences in ranges of spatial relationship indicate that the sampling strategy for estimating variability of soil fertility, should be adopted to the different selected soil parameters and the soil use.  相似文献

依托GIS技术,利用土壤图、土地利用现状图和行政区划图叠加制作评价单元,采用特尔斐法从立地条件、理化性状、土壤管理、刨面形状4个方面取10个因子构建评价指标体系,运用AHP和模糊综合数学法对醴陵市耕地地力进行评价.结果表明:醴陵市耕地中,一~七级耕地面积比例分别占1.64%、15.96%、29.31%、11.38%、23.31%、17.07%、1.33%,耕地地力等级的高低与土壤类型,基础设施密切相关,评价结果对土壤改良具有指导意义.  相似文献

Different relationships between soil-test methods results have been reported in several agricultural regions. Differences in the same soil-test procedure (e.g., soil/solution ratio) exist between soil-testing laboratories from different agricultural regions. Our objectives were to (1) determine the effect of soil/solution ratio on the amount of phosphorus removed by Bray 1 and Mehlich 3 methods, (2) compare the amounts of phosphorus removed by Bray 1 and Mehlich 3 in Mollisols from the Pampean region, and (3) determine whether soil/solution ratio affects the relationship between Bray 1 and Mehlich 3. Soil phosphorus availability was determined with two extractants (Bray 1 and Mehlich 3), using two soil/solution ratios (1:10 and 1:8, wt/v) in 72 soils (noncalcareous, loess-derived Molisolls) from the Pampean region. The amount of phosphorus removed was 20–24% greater when using 1:10 than 1:8 (wt/v) soil/solution ratio. This effect was significantly greater in Bray 1 than in Mehlich 3 (p = 0.04). When compared using the same soil/solution ratio, Mehlich 3 removed 4 to 8% more phosphorus than Bray 1. The soil/solution ratio used in the comparison affected the relationship between both extractants. The difference between extractants was slightly greater with a soil/solution ratio of 1:8 than of 1:10 (p = 0.03). Our results showed that even when using the same method, changes in the procedure (like soil/solution ratio) may cause different soil-test results and also differences in the relationship between two extracting solutions. Therefore, reported relationships between two methods are only valid for the soils and region where the relationship was developed and should not be extrapolated to other regions, even with similar soils.  相似文献

This experiment was designed to investigate and compare the egg production, fertility, hatchability and immune responses of some local developed Egyptian chicken strains under high ambient temperatures. A total of 108 (26 weeks old) laying hens of Matrouh, Silver Montazah, Mandarah and Inshas (9 hens × 3 replicates × 4 strains) were used to evaluate the impact of thermal stress (24-34ºC) during summer season (June, July and August) on egg production, fertility, hatchability and immune responses. The obtained results revealed that final body weight (FBW/g) and body weight change (BWC/g) among different chicken strains were not affected. The daily feed consumption (FC/g) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) for Silver Montazah and Inshas strains were significantly (p ≤ .05) higher than those of Matrouh and Mandarah strains. The mean egg production (EP/%) and egg mass (EM) for Silver Montazah and Inshas strains were significantly (p ≤ .05) higher than those of Matrouh and Mandarah strains. The highest percentages of hatchability of total eggs (HTE) and fertile eggs (HFE) were recorded in Inshas chickens, while the lowest value was recorded in Mandarah chickens. Also, the highest embryonic mortalities (p ≤ .05) and lowest chick weight at hatch (CWH/g) were recorded in Mandarah chickens compared with the other strains. The highest values for antibody titres against phytohemagglutinin-P (PHA-P) were recorded in Mandarah chickens, while the least values were recorded in Inshas chickens.  相似文献

摘 要:田间试验条件下,研究不同水肥处理对二月兰生长,及其翻压后后茬花生产量和养分累积的变化。结果表明,灌溉和施肥可显著促进二月兰生长。在绿肥季,不论施肥与否,灌溉处理均可显著提高二月兰的生物量和N、P、K养分含量, NPW(绿肥季施氮磷肥和灌溉)和CKW处理(绿肥季不施肥,只进行灌溉处理)的二月兰生物量和N、P、K养分含量分别比相应的未灌溉处理提高了66.47%和63.97%、76.95%和32.36%、88.31%和9.80%、21.71%和15.56%。二月兰翻压的养分还田量为91.04~260.23 kg/hm2,约占花生季化肥总养分的27.59%~78.86%。与冬闲处理(CF)相比,不同施肥和灌溉处理的绿肥翻压均促进了花生产量和养分累积,及土壤养分含量的提高,其中以EN处理的提升效果最明显。周年等养分条件下,花生季35.00%氮和/或42.86%磷肥料前移至绿肥季,可明显促进绿肥养分还田量的增加,后茬花生产量不同程度增加(增幅22.82%~41.18%)。综上,在适量灌溉和施肥条件下,二月兰生物量明显增加,进而促进后茬花生产量增加及养分累积。研究结果可为我国绿肥农田应用及化肥减施提供数据支撑和实践依据。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

How to restore the soil fertility and productivity in a damaged and then reclaimed area with extremely low fertility is a big concern worldwide. To explore the method of soil restoration in the coal mining subsidence area, the effects of biochar application coupled with organic fertilizer (animal manures) on the process of organic nitrogen (N) mineralization were studied in a 149 days leaching experiment. Biochar were applied (wt/wt) at the rates of 0%, 1%, and 3%. Two organic fertilizers with different C/N ratio (chicken and sheep manures) were applied at the rate of 200 mg N·kg?1 soil. A vegetable soil with high-fertility was used as the comparison. The results showed that when treated with chicken manure, the reclaimed soil had 11.13% lower mineralization potential and 20.00% lower inorganic nitrogen production from mineralization than the vegetable soil. Compared with the non-biochar treatment, biochar at both application rates decreased N leaching in chicken manure-treated reclaimed soil, i.e., by 21.49% (1% biochar) and 28.31% (3% biochar), respectively, whereas only high rate of biochar application decreased N leaching in chicken manure-treated vegetable soil by 8.10%. However, N leaching in sheep manure-treated reclaimed soil was unaffected by the biochar application. Thus, the effect of the biochar on the organic nitrogen mineralization was affected by both soil and organic fertilizer type.  相似文献

通过时空互代、野外调查和采样分析的方法,研究了石家庄栾城县不同污水灌溉时间下(0~52 a)耕地土壤肥力及土壤酶活性特征。结果表明:与对照点相比,污水灌溉区土壤有机质、全氮、全磷含量,蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性均相对较高,而土壤阳离子交换量、过氧化氢酶和脱氢酶活性无明显的变化规律;污水灌溉区土壤全氮、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶与污灌时间之间表现出显著正相关性(P〈0.05),其他指标与污灌时间之间均无显著相关性;土壤肥力(有机质和全氮)、重金属(总Cr和总Cd)与水解酶(脲酶和磷酸酶)之间表现出显著正相关性,交换态Cr与脱氢酶活性之间呈现出显著负相关性。上述特征反映了污水灌溉时间对土壤肥力及土壤酶活性具有复杂的影响效应,而这些效应是决定污水灌溉区土地生产力能否高产的重要因素。  相似文献
