Effect of l‐glutamic acid supplementation on performance and nitrogen balance of broilers fed low protein diets 下载免费PDF全文

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of protein reduction and supplementation of l ‐glutamic acid in male broiler diets. A total of 648 chicks of the Cobb 500 strain were distributed in a completely randomized design with six treatments and six replications with eighteen birds per experimental unit. The study comprised pre‐starter (1–7 days), starter (8–21 days), growth (22–35 days) and final (36–45 days) phases. The first treatment consisted of a control diet formulated according to the requirements of essential amino acids for each rearing phase. The second and third treatments had crude protein (CP) reduced by 1.8 and 3.6 percentage points (pp) in relation to the control diet respectively. In the fourth treatment, l ‐glutamic acid was added to provide the same glutamate level as the control diet, and in the last two treatments, the broilers were supplemented with 1 and 2 pp of glutamate above that of the control diet respectively. The reduction in CP decreased the performance of broilers and the supplementation of l ‐glutamic acid did not influence performance when supplied in the diets with excess of glutamate. The lowest excreted nitrogen values were observed in the control diet, and treatments 2 and 3, respectively, in comparison with treatments with the use of l ‐glutamic acid (5 and 6). Retention efficiency of nitrogen was better in the control diet and in the treatment with a reduction of 1.8 pp of CP. It was verified that the serum uric acid level decreased with the CP reduction. A reduction in CP levels of up to 21.3%, 18.8%, 18.32% and 17.57% is recommended in phases from 1 to 7, 8 to 21, 22 to 35 and at 36 to 42 days, respectively, with a level of glutamate at 5.32%, 4.73%, 4.57%, 4.38%, also in these phases. 相似文献

本试验旨在了解四川省常用能量饲料和蛋白质饲料中重金属的分布,为饲料和畜产品安全生产提供科学依据。采集四川省内常用的68份能量饲料[包括玉米、小麦、干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)、喷浆玉米皮、麦麸、米糠]和61份蛋白质饲料(包括玉米蛋白粉、玉米胚芽粕、豆粕、菜籽粕和棉籽粕),利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钒(V)、铬(Cr)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)和铅(Pb)含量进行了测定。结果表明:1)玉米中的Cu、Cr和Pb超标率分别为5.00%、20.00%和5.00%,超标样品平均值分别为11.00、1.41和1.06 mg/kg;小麦中的Cu、Zn、Cr、Se和Pb超标率分别为50.00%、30.00%、50.00%、20.00%和30.00%,超标样品平均值分别为12.96、54.67、4.92、0.53和0.72 mg/kg。2)麦麸中的Cu、Zn、Cr、Se、Cd和Pb超标率分别为100.00%、54.55%、81.82%、9.09%,45.45%和72.73%,超标样品平均值分别为16.01、62.00、13.96、0.82、0.42和1.99 mg/kg;米糠中的Cu、Zn、Cr、As、Se、Cd和Pb超标率分别为83.33%、16.67%、83.33%、83.33%、16.67%、66.67%和100.00%,超标样品平均值分别为11.48、64.00、5.37、1.05、0.32、0.23和19.57 mg/kg。3)玉米胚芽粕中的Cu、Zn、Cr、As、Se和Pb超标率分别为25.00%、37.50%、75.00%、12.50%、25.00%和50.00%,超标样品平均值分别为13.50、64.00、6.10、1.82、0.46和1.66 mg/kg;玉米蛋白粉中的Cu、Cr和Se超标率分别为11.11%、55.56%和55.56%,超标样品平均值分别为11.40、1.56和0.94 mg/kg;喷浆玉米皮中的Zn、Cr和Pb超标率分别为44.44%、77.78%和55.56%,超标样品平均值分别为57.50、6.13和1.65 mg/kg;DDGS中的Cu、Zn、Cr、Se、Cd和Pb超标率分别为33.33%、58.33%、66.67%、8.33%、8.33%和66.67%,超标样品平均值分别为11.75、62.57、5.57、0.30、0.62和4.47 mg/kg。4)豆粕中的Cr和Se超标率分别为15.00%和25.00%,超标样品平均值分别为3.90和1.63 mg/kg;棉籽粕中的Cr、Se和Pb超标率分别为40.00%、30.00%和15.00%,超标样品平均值分别为3.43、1.18和3.14 mg/kg;菜籽粕中的Cr、As、Se、Cd和Pb超标率分别为81.82%、18.18%、45.45%、9.09%和72.73%,超标样品平均值分别为7.48、2.22、0.36、0.24和4.91 mg/kg。综合考虑,粮食加工副产物和菜籽粕中的重金属污染较严重,其中Cr和Pb的含量在部分饲料原料中严重超标,具有潜在的危险,应引起重视。 相似文献

This study was aimed to analyze the association of four SNPs of MAP3K5 gene with growth and feed efficiency related traits in Duroc populations. Four SNPs(Ssc1:30769583 A>C;Ssc1:30781169 A>G;Ssc1:30940839 A>G;Ssc1:30962276 G>A)of MAP3K5 gene in Duroc populations were obtained by porcine SNP60 BeadChip(Illumina). The genotype frequency and allele frequency of four SNPs of MAP3K5 gene were analyzed,the result showed that four SNPs were the low-moderate mutation SNPs.The polymorphism of MAP3K5 gene and its association with feed efficiency related traits in Duroc population were analyzed. The results indicated that CC genotype individuals in Ssc1:30769583 A>C had significant lower RFI(133.08 g/d)than AA genotype individuals(P<0.05);GG genotype individuals in Ssc1:30781169 A>G had significant lower RFI(116.18 g/d)and ADFI(0.23 kg/d)than AG genotype individuals(P<0.05);GG genotype individuals in Ssc1:30940839 A>G had significant lower FCR(0.10%)than AG genotype individuals(P<0.05);AA genotype individual in Ssc1:30962276 G>A had significant lower ADG(0.04 kg/d)than GG genotype individuals(P<0.05). All in all,the results suggested that four SNPs polymorphisms of MAP3K5 gene had the significant impact on RFI, ADFI, FCR and ADG traits in Duroc pigs. 相似文献

The experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of previously fermented juice (PFJ) on the nutrient composition and quality of stylo silage.The Stylosanthes guianensis Reyan No.2 were selected and there were six groups:Control group (to be silaged directly) and groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ which were added with 1%,2%,3%,4% and 5% PFJ,respectively.All groups were stored for 30 days,and then the chemical composition and fermentation quality of the stylo silage were analyzed.The results showed that compared to control group,CP contents of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly increased (P < 0.05) and NDF,ADF contents of groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ Ⅳ and Ⅴ were decreased in different degree.The RFV of groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly increased (P < 0.05).Compared with control group,the pH of the PFJ treatment groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05),meanwhile acetic acid and propionic acid were decreased in different degree.Lactic acid contents were significantly increased (P < 0.05).The quality of stylo silage was poorer when it was silaged directly and the Flieg grades could be improved adding PFJ.In conclusion,adding PFJ could improve the fermentation quality and nutrient value of stylo silage and 4% PFJ was the proper application rate. 相似文献

A 4 × 2 × 2 factorial experiment with 4 dietary energy levels (2,776, 2,820, 2,864, and 2,908 kcal/kg) and 2 strains (Bovans White and Dekalb White) with and without Tylosin was conducted to determine the influence of dietary energy and antibiotic on performance, egg solids, and egg quality. The experiment lasted 10 wk. Bovans White hens (n = 768) and Dekalb White hens (n = 768) at 55 wk of age were randomly divided into 16 treatments (8 replicates of 12 birds per treatment). Bovans hens had significantly greater egg production and significantly lower egg weight, egg-specific gravity, and shell weight than Dekalb hens. Increasing dietary energy by the addition of poultry oil had no significant effect on performance, egg solids, or eggshell quality. An ideal dietary energy level for optimal performance could not be determined. There can be no fixed ideal dietary energy level for optimal profits, due to varying feed ingredient and egg price. Although Tylosin supplementation had no effect on performance or egg solids, Tylosin significantly reduced dirty eggs, resulting in a positive effect on egg quality. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of drinking water supplementation with graded increases of Na and K salts on the performance and gut contents of broilers before processing. Birds had no water, tap water, or water supplemented with sodium bicarbonate or potassium chloride in the concentrations of 0.15, 0.30, and 0.45% in the last 12 and 24 h before processing. The last 12 h coincided with preslaughter feed withdrawal. Cobb × Cobb 500 male broilers (46 d old) were set in a completely randomized experimental design with 8 treatments and 9 replications of 9 birds each. Birds were individually processed within a period of 12 h of feed withdrawal every 2 h. Individual weighing was followed with electrical stunning and removal of intestinal contents of the upper (crop through the gizzard) and lower segment (duodenum through cloaca). Water intake increased linearly with greater salt concentrations in the water (P < 0.05). Body weight loss increased linearly through the feed withdrawal; however, it was greater with birds without water access (P < 0.0001). There were no effects of treatments on the yields of carcass and cuts as well as on the intestinal contents at all evaluated times. Intestinal contents from upper and lower segments were decreased with time, but responses to the water treatments were not observed (P > 0.05). It is concluded that increasing water intake through the use of Na and K salts did not affect the rate of gut emptying before processing. 相似文献

The aim of the study was to evaluate the influence of inulin supply to high‐fat diet rich in saturated fatty acids (SFA) on pork quality and profile of sarcoplasmic protein in drip loss. At 50 days of age, twenty cross‐bred pigs (gilts) were randomly allotted to four groups: the control (C) group fed a standard diet, and three experimental (D1, D2 and D3) groups fed a high‐fat diet rich in SFA. Moreover, pigs from the groups D2 and D3 consumed an extra inulin supply (7% of daily feed intake) from 85 to 120 days of age (for 5 weeks) and from 50 to 120 days of age (for 10 weeks) respectively. The addition of inulin to the diet reduced meaty odour and flavour significantly, improved tenderness and overall sensory quality of pork and additionally influenced ultimate pH, L* colour parameter, lactate level and protein content in meat. The diets also affected the profile of sarcoplasmic proteins. Significant effects were observed for the following enzymes—PK/PGI (pyruvate kinase/phosphoglucose isomerase) and ALD (aldolase), which are related to the intensity of post‐mortem glycolysis. Presented data indicate that long‐term inulin supply to high‐fat diet has a positive effect on technological and sensory quality as well as protein profile of pork. 相似文献

本试验旨在评价不同处理玉米秸秆营养成分及其肉鸡表观代谢能。选择40只42日龄健康AA商品肉鸡,随机分为8个处理,每个处理5只鸡。直接法分为3个处理组,分别为强饲15 g 100%未处理秸秆、50 g 100%糖化秸秆、50 g 100%酵母发酵秸秆;差量法分为5个处理组,即基础饲粮组和试验组。试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加4%、8%、12%糖化玉米秸秆和8%酵母发酵秸秆替代等量玉米。通过饲养试验验证差量法和直接法对糖化玉米秸秆代谢能测定的准确性。结果表明:与未处理玉米秸秆相比,糖化秸秆中还原糖和钙含量分别增加8.08倍和9.31倍(P<0.05);与糖化玉米秸秆相比,酵母发酵秸秆中还原糖降低78.69%(P<0.05),真蛋白提高29.64%(P<0.05),总氨基酸提高41.01%(P<0.05);通过直接法得出糖化玉米秸秆和酵母发酵玉米秸秆的表观代谢能分别为4.85、4.75 MJ/kg;差量法测定糖化玉米秸秆在饲粮中添加4%、8%和12%时表观代谢能分别为15.85、15.81、14.38 MJ/kg,高于酵母菌发酵玉米秸秆(P<0.05);通过饲养试验验证,差量法测定的表观代谢能结果可信。结果显示,糖化玉米秸秆代谢能高于酵母发酵秸秆和玉米,可以作为肉鸡的饲料能量原料。 相似文献
