电工技术实验在职业教育教学中的探索

文章结合职业教育特点,对提高电工技术实验教学进行了以下三个方面探索:优化电工技术实验教学内容,提高实验教学的针对性和实用性;改变实验教学方式,启发学生,充分激发其积极性;改进实验评价方法,以实践操作能力为本位。     

影响农民收入持续增长因素的数量分析——以陕西省为例

本文以陕西省为例,利用计量模型,从影响农民收入的六个因素：乡村人均第一产业总产值、非农产业人口所占的比重、人均农业年财政支出额、农产品价格、每一乡村人口人均占有耕地、高等教育程度来分析各自对陕西农民收入的影响力度,并提出了促进陕西农民增收的对策建议。     

三江源地区产业结构调整与农牧民收入灰色关联度分析——以黄南藏族自治州为例

以三江源地区的黄南藏族自治州为例,以农牧民收入结构为中间变量,利用灰色关联度分析该地区产业结构调整与农牧民收入的关系。实证结果显示,产业结构的调整通过农牧民收入结构变化而与农牧民收入有着密切的关系,工资性收入是未来农牧民收入增长的关键节点。因此,以优化产业结构为路径提出了促进农牧民收入可持续增长的对策建议。     

The aquarium hobby: can sinners become saints in freshwater fish conservation?

The aquarium hobby is popular worldwide, but it has positives and negatives for freshwater fish conservation. The most damaging impacts of the aquarium trade on ecosystems are overharvesting and invasive species. Consequently, many conservationists and academics have the perception that aquarium hobbyists are generally harmful to species conservation. Without overlooking these major drawbacks of the aquarium hobby, we aim to establish common ground between hobbyists and conservationists by correcting some misconceptions and showing the benefits of serious aquarium hobbyists in the conservation of freshwater fishes and their habitats. Our overview illustrates that the aquarium hobby is not insensitive to the pernicious effects of this enduring hobby on natural systems and that serious aquarists and their associations can directly assist and fund scientific research, increase conservation awareness among the general public and even participate in ex situ and in situ conservation programmes for native fish species at national or international levels. Whilst the relationship between conservationists and the aquarium hobby has often been antagonistic in recent years, ultimately most biologists and aquarists share a love of the species they study or maintain, and this common interest could be the basis for a more positive and productive relationship.     

关于提高边疆地区少数民族农牧民科学文化素质的探讨

内蒙古锡林郭勒盟地处祖国北部边疆,是经济文化比较落后的少数民族地区。近年来,锡林郭勒盟盟委、行署高度重视少数民族农牧民科技文化的培训工作,锡林郭勒盟的农牧民培训工作取得了有目共睹的进步。为进一步提高边疆地区少数民族农牧民科学文化素质,本研究以锡林郭勒盟为研究对象,发现针对该群体的科学文化培训存在以下问题:一是少数民族农牧民基础教育水平低;二是少数民族农牧民学习科学文化知识的意识淡薄;三是培训资源分散,培训方法针对性不强;四是缺乏少数民族语言的学习教材。针对这些问题,本研究经调研分析,提出以下解决思路:一是科学规划,创新培训体系;二是整合资源,加大培训力度;三是加大培训经费的投入;四是建立培训考评机制,提高培训管理水平。     

1978-2011年财政教育投入与经济增长的协整分析

利用协整理论和误差修正模型(ECM),对我国1978-2011年间财政教育投入与经济增长关系进行定量分析。结果表明:两者之间存在着长期协整关系,即财政教育投入每增长1%,长期国民经济将有0.330 347%的增长,但从短期来看,财政教育投入对经济增长的影响不显著。经济增长需要通过长期的包括政府财政在内的多渠道教育投入来实现。     

以幸福观为切入点改进高校思想政治教育工作

幸福观培养是高校思想政治教育的重要内容之一,对于大学生成长、成才具有重要的意义。以大学生的幸福观为视角,深入剖析当前大学生中存在的幸福观问题,进一步分析破解"幸福观问题"的必要性和急迫性,提出以幸福观为切入点增添高校思想政治教育生活色彩的有效措施,切实增强高校思想政治工作的实效性。     

欠发达地区高职教育对接新农村建设人才培养的问题及对策——以黄冈市三所高职院校为例

高职教育对接新农村建设人才培养既是社会主义新农村建设的需要,也是高职院校自身发展的需要。本文对欠发达地区高职教育对接新农村建设人才培养的有关问题进行了研究,并提出对策。     

Human Capital of Family and Social Mobility in Rural Areas-Evidence from China

This research focuses on the impact of family＇s human capital on social mobility in China＇s rural community.Empirical research is conducted based on data from surveying a typical rural community in the past 20 yr.The study indicates that social mobility in rural area is active in the past 20 yr,and the human capital of family,represented by primary labor＇s education level,has played an essential role in mobility of low social class.Meanwhile,socio-economic development and the change of supply and demand in labor market dims the signaling role of degree education,but the impact of occupational training is increasingly remarkable.Therefore,the change from sole degree education to multi-leveled education including occupational education and training is a main way for China＇s rural families in low class to realize social mobility.     

基于“四化”视角下的农民教育问题简析

农民的教育问题对于我国农业现代化、工业化、信息化和城镇化建设均有着非常重要的意义,而当前我国在农民教育方面仍然存在缺乏全面性、政府投入不足等诸多问题。据此,重点从"四化"的视角下提出加强农民的农业技术技能教育、农民职业教育、农民"进城"教育以及农民基础教育,此外,应强化政府从人力、物力和财力三方面对农民教育的投入。
