Review on the measurement theories of enterprise knowledge management during the past three years in China

The implement of enterprise knowledge management gives rise to extensive research on its measurement. Based on the existing measurement theories and evaluation index systems of enterprise knowledge management during the past three years in China, this paper analyzes the problems in measuring target and designing the evaluation index system in the existing research findings, and explains detailedly why measurement target of enterprise knowledge management should be "level evaluation" instead of "performance evaluation", and definitely points out the meanings of enterprise knowledge management level and significance of its evaluation. This paper also indicates that the design of the evaluation index system should be complete, reasonable, proper and operable.     

Research on Measurement and Report of Environmental Accounting

In this paper, the problems of bringing natural resources and environmental condition into accounting are discussed and lay emphasis on object measurement, imaging and disclosure in accounting report of environmental accounting. The author suggests that the environmental accounting is the necessary production of global economy for sustainable development in modern society; it is also a new ecological accounting subject formed by the result of environmental economies and accounting penetrating into each other. As a contribution of accounting circles to sustainable development, environmental accounting has become a hot topic in recent years.     

Key Technology of Intelligent Transportation System-Electronic Map

It's recognized that Automobile Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is the most effective method to solve the modern traffic problems. ITS is the direction 21st century traffic goes on. It will stimulate more environmental protection, more effective and safer traffic and transport. Electronic Map (EM) plays a very important role on ITS. And it influences the success of ITS directly. The basic conception of EM, functions of EM on ITS, the characteristics of EM in ITS and the ways to get the information of EM are introduced.     

Comparison of DC Pollution Flashover Performance of Various Types of Long String Insulators

With the development of EHV/UHV DC transmission projects, it is inevitable to study DC pollution flashover performance of long insulator strings. The DC artificial pollution tests of five types of porcelain and glass insulators have been carried out in the artificial climate chamber. The paper analyzes the relationship between 50% flashover voltage U50 and string length, the relationship between U50 and salt deposit density, flashover voltage gradients and valid creepage distances of DC polluted insulators. Based on the test results of insulator strings of 5 - 23 units, there are linear relationship between the 50% DC flashover voltages and string length. The experimental results show that the pollution flashover performances of various types of insulators are different, and that the pollution degree exponents of polluted insulators are affected ainsulator materials and shapes, whose values are 0.3 to 0.36. Under the same pollution degree, the pollution performances of glass insulators have advantage of those of porcelain insulators with the same configuration and the flashover voltage gradient along creepage distance and valid creepage distances of glass insulators are higher than those of porcelain insulators.

农业装备是农业现代化的重要物质基础,是提高农业生产效率、保障资源充分与有效利用和环境友好与可持续发展的有效工具,是用工业化和信息化改造传统农业的有效载体,是装备"三农"的战略产业,对保障国家粮食安全、农民增收、农业增效、农村发展起着重要作用.为此,分析了农机制造在机械工业、东北区域经济中的地位与作用;阐述了农机制造业存在的问题;鉴于目前东北地区农机制造业的现状,提出了其今后发展的措施.     

种子含水率在线测量系统

根据种子含水率的测量要求，研制了一种可同时测量电容、质量和温度3个参量的装置和测量电路。该测量系统的机械装置由2个同心圆筒组成，内筒的旋转运动实现被测种子的动态喂料。采用抗寄生电容效应的开关电容电路测量上、下极板之间的电容；下极板同时也是称量平台；温度传感器测量种子的温度。3个测量值经A／D转换电路以数字量输出。分别用3个电路单独测量已知的电容、质量和温度，以及不同温度和相对湿度条件下对电容测量值的影响，并据此分析了各测量单元的精度、可靠性和可行性。     

柴油机电控高压共轨喷油系统的应用

燃油喷射系统作为柴油机的“心脏”,其性能好坏直接影响柴油机的性能和工作可靠性。随着人们对柴油机智能化、强度化、经济性和排放性的要求越来越高,燃油喷射系统的研究也越来越受到重视。未来柴油机必须满足更严格的排放法规,而高压共轨系统具有高度的控制灵活性,其已成为降低柴油机排放的主要核心技术之一。为此,介绍了这种喷油系统的构成、工作原理、特点和现状。     

电控喷油器流量特性试验台的设计与试验

论述了开发电控喷油器微机测试系统的意义;为检测电喷发动机喷油性能,介绍了所以8098为核心的喷油器流量试验台;阐述了喷油器流量试验台设计思想、硬件结构和软件设计方法.以高阻型喷油器为例,在整个流量范围内对其进行测试,并对测试数据加以分析总结,得出了该喷油器流量特性的一些重要参数.目前,电控喷油器微机测试系统已投入使用,取得了良好的实际效果.     

区域水资源可持续利用的未确知测

针对水资源系统是一个具有未确知性特征的复杂大系统。在未确知测度空间基础上，构建了区域水资源可持续利用评价的未确知测度模型，并将该模型应用于西安市水资源开发利用程度的评价。通过单指标未确知测度、多指标综合测度计算以及指标定权等过程，实现对各分区水资源开发利用程度的综合评价与排序。实例研究表明，运用未确知测度模型进行区域水资源可持续利用问题研究，理论上是可行的，评价结果是可信的，这为信息不确定条件下的区域水资源可持续利用评价提供了一种新方法。
