茯苓发酵液的抑菌和抗肿瘤活性

研究了茯苓(Wolfiporia cocos)发酵液的抑菌和体外抗肿瘤活性。结果表明：茯苓发酵液对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)具有较好的抑制作用;茯苓发酵液对人宫颈癌细胞 Hela、小鼠黑色素瘤细胞B16和肝癌细胞 Hep-3B均具有较好的抑制效果,其作用48 h 的半抑制剂量为23.7、15.9和13.7μL。

半夏小块茎的形态发生及人工种子制作

离体培养中，经过小块茎发生途径从半夏叶柄诱导了完整植株。用实体解剖、连续切片和三维结构重组等方法观察分析得出：小块茎顶端的叶原基由于不对称生长逐渐将顶端分生组织复盖，随后叶原基的尖端和两侧生长延缓，生长中心转移到背轴面中央，结果导致叶原基长帽状结构。不同发育程度的雏叶和叶原基总是相互叠在一起顶端分生组织复盖于下面。小块茎枯端形成芽的同时，在顶芽附近分化根。     

粉花石斛组织培养快速繁殖

采用种子培养(胚培养)和茎节培养直接诱导成苗的方式进行了粉花石斛组织培养快速繁育试验.试验结果表明,无论是以种子还是以茎节作为外植体,均能诱导成苗.种子培养的最适培养基为N6 6-BA 5 NAA 0.4;茎节培养的最适培养基为I/2MS 6-BA 0.9 NAA 0.2;适宜的生根培养基分别为:N6 10%香蕉汁、1/2MS.移栽最适基质配方为腐叶土:珍珠岩为1:1.
