对高职物业管理专业校企合作人才培养模式的实践探索

高职教育校企合作人才培养模式不仅可以满足高职院校培养具有全面素质、高技能人才的需求,也是解决高职毕业生就业难的有效途径。以物业管理专业为例,论述了校企合作人才培养模式的具体实践,提出了符合高职教育特色的校企合作方式。     

Decision Support for Active Risk Management in Sustainable Forestry

Abstract

Active risk management is central to the implementation of sustainable forestry, yet a fairly unexplored field of research. This study attempts to present some components of an analytical framework for risk management centred on the decision situation. Within this framework, a systems analysis approach to providing decision support for risk management is presented with an example dealing with outcome risk. The approach covers identification of risk factors for which decision support could be useful for the problem holders, presentation of how one such risk factor, wind damage, can be characterised in terms of a computer model, and how this computer model can be used for providing decision support. In addition to outcome risk, there is risk due to knowledge uncertainty and uncertainty related to valuation. The implications of these uncertainties for active risk management are discussed. Furthermore, communicative criteria for making the decision support useful are discussed. Since the work on the concept is still under way, this is too early to evaluate. So far, however, our results have been met with interest not only from representatives of forestry but also from mass media.     

Michigan State University Extension Portal Planning and Implementation

ABSTRACT

Michigan State University Extension is launching a portal-based information system to help address information delivery, archiving, and cataloging, in addition to geographic dispersion and time and/or budget constraints. The system, expected for public launch during the first quarter of 2005, is described from the planning stages to current configuration. Library staff are cataloging and loading organizational content and helping to develop global content modules. Portal technology facilitates workgroup collaboration–a major design goal in addition to information management and delivery.     

旅华欧洲游客旅游决策行为模式研究——以西安入境欧洲游客为例

研究以国家自然科学基金项目支持的入境旅游市场调查数据为基础,以入境游客旅游决策行为为切入点,通过对西安入境欧洲游客的问卷调查,对其旅游决策行为及其影响因素进行分析研究,对西安欧洲旅游客源市场的拓展提出针对性的建议和对策。     

出口企业的具有状态非独立效用的套期决策

探讨了由于汇率的随机波动而面临着收益风险的风险厌恶竞争性出口企业的行为，这类企业可进入无偏差的外汇无期市场，在那里对外汇风险进行无成本套期保值。通过引入状态依赖效用拓展了标准方法并考察了众所周知的分离理论和全套期理论在这种一般化框架中是否仍然成立。     

绿色制造剃齿切削油液选择模型及应用

切削液的合理选择是提高切削加工绿色化程度的重要途径之一。根据绿色制造原理,在首先满足加工质量的前提下,建立了一种综合考虑时间、质量、成本、资源消耗和环境影响5个因素的切削液评价体系。采用油基切削液和不同类型的水基切削液进行剃齿加工对比试验,从工件质量、刀具寿命、成本和资源环境影响几个方面进行对比分析。结合试验结果,利用模糊综合评价方法对加工结果进行了评价,并据此提出了用于剃齿加工的切削液综合选择模型,通过剃齿加工实例验证了该模型的可行性。试验证明：采用水基切削液进行剃齿加工仍能满足质量要求,与传统油基切削液相比,水基能有效降低生产成本,同时减少对环境的污染。     

Optimising potato breeding. II. A model for optimising single-stage and single-trait selection

Summary A model for optimising single-stage and single-trait selection is presented. The model is based on the expected selection response model, extended with parameters describing the nature of the environment and with variables allowing a manipulation of selection schemes. As an example, the model is used to optimize tuber yield selection in potato breeding.Estimated parameter values have an uncertainty, which may bias the model outcome. Sensitivity analysis shows that the sensitivity to unrealistic parameter values for optimal allocation is less than the sensitivity for the selection response.

海岛棉零式果枝与长果枝品种间杂交F1目标产量性状的决策分析

采用MINQUE（1）统计方法，利用AD模型对9个海岛棉品种（系）及其20个F1组合产量性状的两年资料进行了相关分析和目标产量性状的决策分析。结果表明，不同性状间遗传组分相关系数的大小顺序并不能代替其他性状对霜前皮棉产量和皮棉总产决策系数的大小顺序。还确定了提高海岛棉零式果枝与长果枝品种间杂交杂种后代霜前皮棉产量     

Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process Used in Optimal Selection of Waste Water Treatment Process

The improved Analytic Hierarchy Process is adopted for the optimal decision of waste water treatment process. The unified test of traditional method is avoided owing to using the three scale method and inducting the optimum transfer matrix and then converting into the unified judgement matrix. It is proven by example that it is feasible to use the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process in the optimal decision of the waste water treatment process.
