中美德系玉米品种的耐密性对深松耕作措施的响应分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采取耕作方式×种植密度×品种三因素裂区试验,深松40 cm和旋耕15 cm耕作条件,在9.0万株/hm~2和10.5万株/hm~2种植密度下,对中系郑单958和登海618、美系先玉335和华美1号、德系KX3564和KWS2564不同血缘玉米品种的地上部形态、生理及产量构成指标进行对比分析。结果表明,深松可降低增密后玉米净光合速率、LAI、SPAD值和单株生产能力的下降幅度,缓解株型的变化,提高玉米的耐密性。我国玉米品种的耐密性对深松耕作响应与美系和德系玉米品种存在差异,深松耕作与旋耕相比,华美1号、KX3564、KWS2564、先玉335增加种植密度后,其穗位叶叶倾角、净光合速率、LAI、SPAD值下降缓慢,产量、耐密系数显著提高,其耐密适应性对深松耕作的响应度高于郑单958、登海618。  相似文献

陕A群、陕B群选育的玉米自交系抗旱性鉴定   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以陕A群、陕B群在多环境、少施肥和少灌溉条件下选育的33份玉米自交系和4份骨干玉米自交系为材料,通过大田控水试验,调查玉米自交系的穗位叶SPAD值、干物质积累量和茎秆强度等生理指标,采用逐步回归分析方法建立最优回归方程,筛选抗旱性的评价指标。结果表明,穗位叶SPAD、茎秆强度和花后干物质积累量可作为玉米自交系抗旱性的第2性状筛选指标。以子粒产量作为第1性状指标,可将37份玉米自交系划分4种类型,高产抗旱型12份,低产不抗旱型13份,低产抗旱型7份和5份高产不抗旱型。以抗旱指数和抗旱隶属度为指标,将37份玉米自交系可分成3种类型,其中,抗旱性较强的玉米自交系2份,抗旱性中等的玉米自交系15份,抗旱性较差的材料20份。综合分析,2013KB-47、2013KB-37、KA225、KB081、L123098-2和KA105共6份玉米自交系具有穗位叶SPAD高、茎秆强度大、花后干物质积累量高和子粒产量高、抗旱指数高和抗旱能力强的特点。  相似文献

利用SSR标记划分广西骨干玉米自交系的杂种优势群   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
利用SSR标记对广西骨干玉米自交系进行遗传多样性分析和杂种优势类群划分,60对标准引物在33份供试材料中共检测出233个等位基因,平均多态性信息量为0.77,自交系间平均遗传相似系数为0.49。研究结果表明,这些自交系来源广泛,且具有较好的遗传基础。按照UPGMA方法进行聚类分析,可以将33份玉米自交系分为Ⅰ和Ⅱ两个类群,Ⅰ类群可进一步划分为4个亚群。杂种优势模式可被简化为"A×B"模式,A群包括Ⅰ-Ⅰ亚群、Ⅰ-Ⅱ亚群和Ⅰ-Ⅲ亚群自交系,B群包括Ⅰ-Ⅳ亚群和第Ⅱ类群自交系。  相似文献

以10个不同基因型玉米为试验材料,在宁夏中部干旱带,通过测定不同品种成熟期的K~+/Na~+、光合气体交换参数、农艺性状及产量性状等指标进行抗旱性鉴定,并利用主成分分析和隶属函数法对其抗旱性强弱进行综合评价。结果表明,干旱胁迫地和对照田中,各参试品种的光合特征参数、K~+/Na~+及形态性状等均有明显差异,且干旱胁迫条件下的净光合速率(P_n)、株高、产量均显著低于对照(P0.05)。同一品种不同器官的K~+/Na~+值表现为茎基茎叶根,表明植株体内的离子吸收和运输具有选择性,茎基具有贮存K~+的作用,根具有贮存Na~+的功能。不同基因型玉米品种的抗旱能力根据综合评价值(D值)大小,综合评价其抗旱性强弱顺序为A111-3/H242HoViY1北21/A58A3/A18高WY2宁3/1522H237/A18桂青贮1号H237/1506A3/A18。  相似文献

为明确主要气象因子对黑龙江省水稻主产区水稻鞘腐病发生的影响,从2007年开始连续10年进行定点调查,收集水稻鞘腐病发生时期的气象因子及病情指数,采用通径分析及逐步回归的方法,对影响水稻鞘腐病病情指数的气象因子进行了研究。结果表明,8月份的平均温度是对水稻鞘腐病影响最大的气象因子,其次为8月份的平均降雨量和9月份的平均日照时数。试验结果为适期施药防治水稻鞘腐病奠定了基础。  相似文献

为探讨抗旱节水小麦的定向培育方法,对抗旱节水型衡麦系列品种选育过程进行了总结和分析。多年来河北省农林科学院旱作农业研究所围绕"节水抗旱、抗逆高产、广适稳产、优质早熟"的育种目标,着眼解决地下水资源极度匮乏与农业生产矛盾突出的问题,为培育抗旱节水型广适小麦品种,利用常规育种技术与分子标记检测手段,广泛筛选遗传背景远缘且生态差异较大的优异亲本组配组合,创新采用不同世代水旱交替双向综合选择技术,先后育成16个抗旱节水型小麦品种,提高了选择效率和水资源利用率。在系谱上,衡观35等为代表的衡麦系列品种与蚂蚱麦、碧玉麦和洛夫林10号存在一定的血缘关系,且含有对光周期不敏感的Ppd-Dla等优异基因。这些品种目前已由冀中南冬麦区推广至黄淮冬麦区(南、北片)、北部冬麦区(天津)和长江中下游冬麦区(湖北襄阳)等区域种植,展示出生态广适、节水稳产的特点。  相似文献

With continuous outbreaks of stripe rust (Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici) epidemics and rapid breakdown of deployed resistance in bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars in North West Plains Zone (NWPZ) in India warrant knowledge and deployment of new and durable sources of resistance to stripe rust. Bread wheat cultivar PBW 343, until recently the most widely cultivated wheat variety in India, is now highly susceptible to stripe rust (score 9 on a 1–9 scale), whereas PBW 621 (score 5.05–5.65) and HD 2967 (score 5.40–6.20) show low levels of resistance. We conducted an experiment, spanning three crop seasons (2013–2014 to 2015–2016), in which parental lines, F1 and F2 populations, F3 and F4 families from two bread wheat crosses, PBW 621/PBW 343 and HD 2967/PBW 343 were generated and evaluated for stripe rust resistance against a virulent pathotype. While the F1 revealed partial dominance, the segregation pattern for stripe rust resistance in F2 and F3 showed transgressive segregation for resistance in both crosses. Chi-square analysis indicated that resistant segregants possessed two genes, one contributed by PBW 621 or HD 2967 (depending on the cross) and the other, unexpectedly but obviously, came from the most susceptible cultivar, PBW 343. Possible genetic mechanisms for this residual resistance and implications for breeding programs are discussed.  相似文献

The stabilities of seven agronomic traits were analyzed and the general stabilities of soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] accessions were evaluated based on the additive main effects and multiplicative interactions (AMMI) model using the founder parent Tokachi nagaha and 137 of its derived cultivars as materials. The objective was to provide a theoretical basis for effectively using germplasm in soybean breeding and production. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that genotype, environment, and genotype by environment interactions were significantly different for each trait. The first three interaction principal components axes (IPCA) were highly significant, accounting for 61.28–70.00% of the total variation. The stability differed for the different traits. 50 cultivars with high general stabilities were identified. The general stability of Tokachi nagaha was moderate, as the stability coefficients (Di) of its seven traits were relatively high; this must be considered by breeders using this cultivar as a breeding parent. There were significant positive correlations between the phenotypic values and their own Di values for number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, and seed weight per plant. This would lead to the expectation that the phenotypic stability would be lower when a cultivar had more branches, pods, seeds, and high per plant yields. Thus, it appears difficult to breed cultivars that simultaneously have high yields and high stability.  相似文献

Understanding the genetics of resistance to spot blotch disease, caused by Bipolaris sorokiniana (Sacc.) Shoem, is important to design an appropriate breeding strategy to improve the trait. The objective of this study was to determine the gene action and mode of inheritance of resistance to spot blotch in wheat. Eight genotypes with varying resistance to the disease were crossed in a full diallel mating design. Parents and their progenies were evaluated for spot blotch resistance. Data were analyzed using Hayman’s diallel analysis. The results suggested the importance of additive gene effects in controlling the resistance to spot blotch in the materials under study. No epistasis, maternal, or reciprocal effects were detected. Resistance to spot blotch exhibited partial dominance. Therefore, exercising selection for resistance in the early segregating generation should be an effective approach because of the predominance of additive gene effects. The Wr/Vr graph showed that the parents 30SAWSN5 (P3) and Coucal (P4) possessed more dominant genes, which makes them particularly suitable for inclusion in breeding for resistance to spot blotch.  相似文献

This study was carried out to better understand non-adoption of improved varieties of potato (Solanum tuberosum) and associated technologies by smallholder farmers in Chencha, Ethiopia. Data were collected through a survey (n = 47) and in-depth interviews (n = 20). It shows how wealth status was a factor of major importance. Most wealthy and some medium-wealthy farmers adopted improved potato varieties and many of the improved production practices; they had access to seed, associated knowledge and support, and sufficient resources that were necessary to apply the improved practices. Non-adoption was common among many medium-wealthy and most poor farmers: they lacked—next to access to the technologies and knowledge—cash, land, and labor. Results indicated the need to rethink research and intervention efforts. Next to paying attention to differences in the access to technology and the related knowledge, there is a need to consider the variation in technology needs, supporting microcredit services, and room to experiment. As a result, different combinations of improved production practices may be adopted.  相似文献
