The 1995/6 International Survey of Herbicide-Resistant Weeds recorded 183 herbicide-resistant weed biotypes (124 different species) in 42 countries. The increase in the number of new herbicide-resistant weeds has remained relatively constant since 1978, at an average of nine new cases per year worldwide. Whilst 61 weed species have evolved resistance to triazine herbicides, this figure now only accounts for one-third of all documented herbicide-resistant biotypes. Triazine-resistant weeds have been controlled successfully in many countries by the use of alternative herbicides. Due to the economic importance of ALS and ACCase inhibitor herbicides worldwide, and the ease with which weeds have evolved resistance to them, it is likely that ALS and ACCase inhibitor-resistant weeds will present farmers with greater problems in the next five years than triazine-resistant weeds have caused in the past 25 years. Thirty-three weed species have evolved resistance to ALS-inhibitor herbicides in 11 countries. ALS-inhibitor-resistant weeds are most problematic in cereal, corn/soybean and rice production. Thirteen weed species have evolved resistance to ACCase inhibitors, also in 11 countries. ACCase inhibitor resistance in Lolium and Avena spp. threatens cereal production in Australia, Canada, Chile, France, South Africa, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA. Fourteen weed species have evolved resistance to urea herbicides. Isoproturon-resistant Phalaris minor infesting wheat fields in North West India and chlorotoluron-resistant Alopecurus myosuroides in Europe are of significant economic importance. Although 27 weed species have evolved resistance to bipyridilium herbicides, and 14 weed species have evolved resistance to synthetic auxins, the area infested and the availability of alternative herbicides have kept their impact minimal. The lack of alternative herbicides to control weeds with multiple herbicide resistance, such as Lolium rigidum and Alopecurus myosuroides, makes these the most challenging resistance problems. The recent discovery of glyphosate-resistant Lolium rigidum in Australia is a timely reminder that sound herbicide-resistant management strategies will remain important after the widespread adoption of glyphosate-resistant crops. ©1997 SCI  相似文献

小菜蛾对阿维菌素的抗性风险评估及交互抗性的室内测定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在室内用阿维菌素对小菜蛾进行抗性选育,结果表明:小菜蛾对阿维菌素的抗性发展先慢后快,经过20代14次选育,与敏感种群相比,抗性指数为20.92倍。应用域性状分析法,小菜蛾对阿维菌素的抗性现实遗传力为0.1303,在致死率为50%~99%的选择压力下,预计小菜蛾对阿维菌素抗性增长10倍,需要2.4~15.9代。这表明小菜蛾对阿维菌素产生高水平抗性的风险很大。交互抗性测定结果表明,阿维菌素抗性小菜蛾种群对甲维盐具有明显的交互抗性,抗性指数为8.85倍;对多杀菌素、茚虫威、氟虫腈和溴虫腈类药剂无交互抗性或交互抗性不明显。  相似文献

为了对海南瓜类蔬菜炭疽病菌的抗性监测研究及抗性治理提供理论依据,对海南不同市县采集的节瓜炭疽病病样中分离纯化的90株炭疽病原菌进行了检测,采用菌丝生长速率法测定2种病原菌对嘧菌酯的敏感性.结果表明:经分生孢子形态鉴定节瓜炭疽病有胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)和尖孢炭疽菌(C.acutatum),胶孢炭疽菌为优势种群,占84.4%;2种病原菌对嘧菌酯的EC50在0.334 4~36.467 0μg/mL,平均为12.954 4μg/mL,敏感性分布接近于正态分布,EC50值之间表现较连续,故以平均EC50值为敏感性基线,用于节瓜炭疽病菌对嘧菌酯的田间抗药性监测.嘧菌酯与多菌灵、福美双、丙环唑和咪鲜胺不存在交互抗性.  相似文献

Two hundred isolates ofBotrytis cinerea were collected from greenhouse vegetables between 2003 and 2006 to determine their baseline sensitivity to triadimefone, penconazole, tebuconazole and fenhexamid. Mean values of 50% effective concentrations (EC50) of inhibiting growth were 4.853±5.102, 0.41±0.215, 0.19±0.099 and 0.36±0.891 mgl −1, respectively (mean±SD). Individuals ofB. cinerea in the population differed by a factor (EC50 of the least sensitive isolate/EC50 of the most sensitive isolate) of 6625, 20, 603 and 1800, respectively. Naturally fenhexamid-resistant isolates were detected with an unexpected high frequency of 10% although the pathogen population had never been exposed to this fungicide. The resistance level (mean EC50 of resistant isolates / mean EC50 of sensitive isolates) was 19.5. These naturally resistant isolates also were resistantin vivo, and there was no significant difference in growth rate, conidial production or pathogenicity ability between naturally resistant and wild sensitive isolates. These results indicated that there was a potential risk of practical resistance if fenhexamid was applied alone. Negative cross-resistance was observed between fenhexamid and tebuconazole in 90% of the naturally resistant isolates. 为明确稻稗对噁唑酰草胺的非靶标抗药性和对氰氟草酯的交互抗药性水平,通过剂量反应试验测定辽宁新民(R_1)、黑龙江虎林(R_2)和黑龙江哈尔滨(R_3)3个稻稗种群对噁唑酰草胺的非靶标抗药性和对氰氟草酯的交互抗药性水平。结果显示,R_1、R_2、R_3在喷施细胞色素P450抑制剂杀草强后对噁唑酰草胺的抗性指数比分别为1.14、1.71、2.38,表明R_1对噁唑酰草胺的抗药性与非靶标P450的活性无关,R_2和R_3对噁唑酰草胺的抗药性可能是靶标与非靶标的共同作用。3个稻稗种群对氰氟草酯的抗性指数分别为25.73、12.79、10.29,表明3个稻稗种群都对氰氟草酯产生了交互抗药性。  相似文献

Effects of a novel pesticide resistance management strategy on tick control are evaluated in this study. The study is based on a temporal analysis of tick management practices on a smallholding in western Kenya. Results are reported of an innovation to tackle individual resistance in a pair of alternative pesticides using relay application. Incidence of tick-borne diseases at the farm were reduced from 79.6% per annum to 4.5% and no cases were observed in the last two years of the study. Negative cross-resistance is believed to be the mechanism in play for this effective tick control practice. Tick-borne disease control and management costs were halved in comparison to application of a single ineffective pesticide at the same treatment frequency. The acaricide relay strategy is suitable for smallholdings and is expected to significantly extend the useful lifespan of the pesticide pair.  相似文献

为了筛选防治褐飞虱的高毒农药的替代药剂,于2005-2006年, 采用稻茎浸渍法测定了6类20余种杀虫剂对广西南宁、桂林,湖南常德和江苏南京褐飞虱种群的室内毒力。结果表明,噻嗪酮、氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺、毒死蜱、异丙威、猛杀威、丁硫克百威等8种药剂对褐飞虱具有较高的毒力,可作为替代高毒药剂的候选品种。采用稻茎浸渍法对1个室内褐飞虱种群用吡虫啉筛选23代后,褐飞虱对吡虫啉的抗性从筛选前的200.1倍上升至筛选后的1298.5倍(上升了5.5倍);高抗吡虫啉的褐飞虱种群对氯噻啉、噻虫啉和啶虫脒表现出明显的交互抗性,而对呋虫胺、噻虫嗪和烯啶虫胺则无明显的交互抗性。 还讨论了褐飞虱的抗性治理策略。  相似文献

甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)和虱螨脲是目前生产上防治草地贪夜蛾的主要杀虫剂,为评估其抗性风险,以福建省草地贪夜蛾田间种群为研究对象,在实验室抗性汰选品系选育基础上,采用数量遗传学域性状分析法并结合交互抗性测定,进行草地贪夜蛾对上述两种杀虫剂的抗性风险评估。结果表明:非连续汰选11代和10代后,草地贪夜蛾对甲维盐(F11)和虱螨脲(F10)的抗性倍数分别达30.57倍和11.35倍;抗性现实遗传力分别为0.403和0.555,且前半段筛选的抗性遗传力都远大于后半段;药剂在室内对草地贪夜蛾致死率为50%~90%时,对甲维盐和虱螨脲抗性倍数上升10倍需要汰选8~15代和6~12代。交互抗性测定显示,甲维盐汰选品系对氯虫苯甲酰胺、虱螨脲、虫螨腈无交互抗性,对茚虫威和乙基多杀菌素存在一定交互抗性。虱螨脲汰选品系对氯虫苯甲酰胺、甲维盐、茚虫威、虫螨腈和乙基多杀菌素均无交互抗性。结果表明:草地贪夜蛾对甲维盐和虱螨脲存在快速产生抗性的风险,但可通过与无交互抗性药剂轮用来延缓抗性发展。  相似文献

采用浸渍法,在室内用吡虫啉对桃蚜敏感种群进行抗性选育,经过15代的连续汰选,获得抗性指数为14.34倍的抗吡虫啉桃蚜种群。对9种常用杀虫剂的交互抗性测定结果表明,该种群对拟除虫菊酯类如高效氯氟氰菊酯(抗性指数12.76倍)和溴氰菊酯(10.24倍),有机磷类如氧乐果(7.95倍)、辛硫磷(5.44倍)和甲胺磷(5.32倍)以及吡虫啉·高效氯氰菊酯混剂(8.90倍)均产生了不同程度的交互抗性,而对氨基甲酸酯类如灭多威(3.15倍)、有机氯类如硫丹(1.64倍)以及阿维菌素·辛硫磷混剂(2.31倍)等无明显的交互抗性。  相似文献
