针对柴油机排气颗粒粒径小、数量浓度高难以控制的问题,以共轨柴油机排气颗粒为研究对象,采用自制的荷电凝并试验台,研究了在1 600和2 600 r/min转速下,荷电电压(0、5、10、15、20 k V)对排气颗粒数量浓度分布、质量密度分布、质量中位径、总数量浓度和柴油机颗粒捕集器(diesel particulate filter,DPF)捕集效率等的影响。试验结果表明,双极荷电凝并能够降低柴油机排气颗粒的总数量浓度,核模态颗粒(5~50 nm)和小于93.1 nm积聚态颗粒(50~500 nm)数量浓度降低,大于93.1 nm的积聚态颗粒数量浓度略有升高。随着荷电电压的升高,2种转速下(最大扭矩转速1 600 r/min和额定转速2 600 r/min),25%负荷、50%负荷和75%负荷时,45.3~80.6 nm峰值处颗粒数量浓度随荷电电压的升高降幅明显,100%负荷时,8.06~12.4 nm峰值处颗粒数量浓度降幅明显高于45.3~80.6 nm峰值处;颗粒质量浓度峰值向大粒径方向偏移,质量中位径范围由96~101 nm增大至102~110 nm。双极荷电凝并能够提高DPF的捕集效率,降低柴油机排气颗粒的数量和质量排放,50%负荷时,10 k V下的DPF的捕集效率较0 k V提高了9个百分点。该研究可为双极荷电凝并技术的车用提供参考。 相似文献

以1934~2006年育成,在我国南方广泛种植的16个代表性早籼稻品种为材料,参照生产实践及品种演变阶段,按育成时间将供试品种划分为高秆品种、矮秆品种、矮抗品种、优超品种4种类型,采用常规栽培方法研究其群体质量的演变特征。结果表明,早籼稻品种改良进程中,花后群体光合生产能力增强,干物质积累增加,齐穗期总颖花量增加,高效叶面积率与颖花根流量略有下降,有效叶面积率与成穗率变化不大,单茎茎鞘重呈先下降后略有上升的趋势。早籼稻群体进一步改良的有效途径是增强根系活力,促进根系水分与矿物质的吸收及根系物质向籽粒的转运;提高高效叶面积率,增加花后光合产物积累和总颖花量,进而提高粒叶比,达到源库协调。 相似文献

[目的]揭示全膜覆土穴播种植方式对土壤微生态环境的影响,为其进一步推广应用提供参考依据。[方法]采用田间试验,研究不同覆膜种植方式对冬小麦各生育期土壤微生物数量和微生物量的影响。[结果]全膜覆土穴播方式可明显增加冬小麦各生育期的土壤微生物数量(除自生固氮细菌)以及微生物量C和N。与传统栽培方式相比,全膜覆土穴播方式和全膜不覆土穴播方式土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌分别平均提高32.07%和10.23%,31.27%和10.57%,44.56%和26.51%;氨化细菌和硝化细菌分别平均提高32.54%和37.80%,79.20%和107.22%;微生物量C和N含量分别平均提高29.90%,20.68%%和29.41%,18.02%。各处理土壤微生物数量和微生物量整体从小麦返青期开始升高,到拔节期或抽穗期达到峰值,生长后期有所下降。[结论]全膜穴播方式下土壤微生物数量和微生物量土壤随土层的加深呈减少的趋势。全膜覆土穴播方式有利于冬小麦土壤微生物数量和微生物量的提高。 相似文献

Mycorrhizal symbiosis is the one of the most important relationship between microbiota and plants to sustain plant nutrition in relatively unfavourable conditions. Somehow this relation is threatened by time, therefore, definition of the factors effecting mycorrhizal symbiosis has become essential. The aim of this study was to determine the differences in specific mycorrhizal parameters such as sporulation and soil–plant environment conditions in three different regions of Turkey. During 1996?2002, 53 soil series were selected from natural and agricultural plant communities in three different agro-ecological zones of Turkey: Central Anatolia (CA), the Southeastern Anatolian (SA) project area and the Coast of Mediterranean (CM). The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (AMF), spore numbers and mycorrhizal root colonization were related to the annual average precipitation, soil characteristics and host plant identity.In the CM zone (average annual precipitation of 650?mm), soils found under natural vegetation contained a maximum value of 108?spores?g?1, with bare soils containing a minimum number of 0.1?spores?g?1. In the CA zone (330?mm annual average precipitation), the maximum number of spores in the soil samples was 46.5?spores?g?1 with a minimum of 6.8?spores?g?1 and in the SA soil samples (380?mm annual average precipitation), a maximum of 48.4?spores?g?1 and a minimum of 14.2?spores?g?1 were recorded. The overall mean number of mycorrhizal spores g?1 soil was 15.5?±?14.4, 22.2?±?8.6 and 27.9?±?25.4 for the CA, SA and CM zones, respectively. Mean spore numbers differed in only two of the three zones, with the third zone being intermediate. Precipitation was the most affecting factor on the sporulation of AMF. Also host plant species and certain soil parameters, such as positive correlations with CaCO3 and N-min and a negative correlation with organic matter, have an influence on sporulation.The key finding is that the cropping system has a large impact on spore numbers/abundance. Seventeen standing crops as well as bare soil, fallow and natural areas were compared. There are a large number of factors which can affect mycorrhizal development; in the present work, it seems that soil and crop management, and environmental factors (such as precipitation) affect sporulation and root colonization. Covering land surface with mycorrhiza-dependent cover crop, irrigation and less soil till may increase indigenous mycorrhizal spores. 相似文献

Summary A reciprocal F1 monosomic analysis of chromosomal differences between Spica and Bersée was carried out under controlled environment conditions. Chromosomes associated with differences in days to ear emergence, number of leaves and number of spikelets were identified. The results indicated that chromosome 2B of Spica carries a photoperiod insensitivity allele at the Ppd
2 locus. Both Spica and Bersée appear to have a vernalization insensitity allele at the Vrn
2 locus on chromosome 5B. On chromosome 3A, 4B, 4D and 6B factors were found with major effects on earliness per se, diffeences in ear emergence and number of spikelets which were independent of photoperiod and vernalization. Molecular characterization, such as copy number and flanking sequence of foreign DNA fragment insertion site, is the important identity information, provided during safety assessment of genetic modified crop. In this study, the T-DNA insertion site, copy number and flanking sequences were identified in transgenic glyphosate-tolerant rice G2-7 based on whole genome sequencing in combination bioinformatics analysis method. 47.13 Gb clean sequence data for G2-7 was generated on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. The junction reads mapped to boundaries of T-DNA and flanking sequences in G2-7 were identified by comparing with sequence of transformation vector and rice reference genome. The results showed that exogenous T-DNA fragments was integrated in the position of Chr. 1 36,189,491-36,189,507 with a single copy, 16 bp rice genome sequence was deleted at the insertion site and no insertion of vector backbone. 375 bp and 353 bp flanking host DNA sequence of 5′-end and 3′-end of the insertion DNA fragment were also obtained, respectively. The putative insertion location and flanking sequences were further confirmed by PCR amplification and Sanger sequencing. The results not only provided data support for safety assessment and event specific detection, but also demonstrated that WGS was an effective technique for identifying molecular characterization in rice. 相似文献

登革病毒依抗原性不同,可分为1、2、3、4四个血清型。它除了能导致一定范围内发热的典型登革热外,还能引致更严重的登革出血热和登革休克综合症。由于没有具体有效的治疗药物,目前尚无好的治疗登革热的方法,治疗方案多是支持性的。本实验评估了在2型登革病毒感染的人血源性巨噬细胞中沙棘叶提取物的抗登革病毒活性,选择巨噬细胞的原因是因为巨噬细胞是登革病毒感染的首要目标。受感染的细胞用沙棘叶提取物治疗并与市售的抗病毒药物利巴韦林作比较,研究发现沙棘叶提取物维持登革病毒感染细胞活力的能力几乎等同于利巴韦林。传统的空斑试验进一步确定了沙棘叶提取物的抗登革病毒活性。这些试验结果表明,沙棘叶提取物具有显著的抗登革病毒活性及治疗登革热的潜力。 相似文献

The meiotic behaviour of 13 spontaneous interspecific F1 hybrids of Amaranthus was studied. The hybrids between species with n= 16 chromosomes had 16 bivalents but varied considerably in pollen stainability (0–55%). These results suggest the existence of cryptic structural hybridity. The hybrids involving A. cruentus (n = 17) and species with n = 16 (A. caudatus and A. quitensis) always formed 15II+1 III with very low pollen stainability (5–7%). Further observations indicated that Amaranthus species are allotetraploids with basic numbers of x= 8 and x= 9 but exhibit x= 16 and x= 17 as secondary basic numbers, as demonstrated by (a) the frequent presence of 811 + 171 in the meiosis of the hybrid A. spinosus (n = 17) × A. hybridus (n= 16); and the occurrence of secondary associations between bivalents in MI.
