中国目前正在经历快速的人口年龄结构调整,其必会对中国食物消费产生巨大的影响。该文利用中国健康与营养调查(China health and nutrition survey,CHNS)数据,对中国不同年龄居民的消费特征进行了分析,在此基础上,根据生命周期理论与Leslie人口模型,预测2030年前中国各年龄的人口规模,进而判断人口年龄结构变化对中国主要食物消费量的影响。研究结果显示:1)不同年龄段居民的不同类别的食物消费规律明显,大致可分为4种类型:倒"U"型曲线消费(口粮、水产品、白酒)、"U"型曲线消费(牛奶)、阶段性直线消费(肉类3阶段消费规律、禽类2阶段消费规律)、无差异消费(禽蛋)。2)人口年龄结构对中国食物消费总量产生了明显的影响,包括正向影响(口粮、水产品、白酒)、负向影响(肉类、禽类)、先负后正影响(牛奶)、无明显影响(禽蛋)。3)在影响程度上,中国人口年龄结构的演变对肉类、禽类消费量的负向影响最为明显,至2030年,分别达到4.9%与11.2%的程度,对白酒的正向影响也达到8.2%的程度。对口粮、水产品、牛奶的影响程度相对较小,而对禽蛋几乎没有影响。由此可见,人口年龄结构的变化会使中国居民肉类消费需求增长及由此带来的粮食需求压力趋缓。 相似文献

随着各类电商企业不断涌入生鲜农产品领域,市场上同质化企业不断增多,因此研究消费者网购生鲜农产品的影响因素,有助于生鲜电商进行市场细分。为此,探讨了消费者个人特征,如年龄、收入、教育水平、闲暇时间充裕性、上网时间长短,以及家距农贸市场(或超市)距离等因素对消费者单次网购生鲜农产品费用和频率的影响。研究结果表明:消费者收入、教育水平和时间充裕性显著影响消费者是否选择网购生鲜;消费者收入、教育水平显著影响每次网购生鲜农产品的消费金额;收入和时间充裕性对消费者网购生鲜农产品的频率有显著影响。因此,建议生鲜电商在开拓市场时可将其目标客户定位为高学历及中高收入人群,并提升送货上门的及时性,扩大小区自助提货点的覆盖率。 相似文献

Snow leopards are one of the least known large cats,the population of which has dramatically decreased.Their habitat loss was considered the main reason for the decline during the last decade,but their habitat preferences are still not well known.In this paper,we studied the winter habitat preferences of snow leopards in the Tomur National Nature Reserve(TNNR)in Northwest China during 2004–2005.We used sign surveys and transects to study the winter habitat selection of snow leopards.The results indicated that snow leopards showed a preference for habitat variabilities in slope aspect,vegetation cover,dominant topographical features,landform ruggedness and grazing status.We found that prey availability and dominant topographical features were the most important factors that determined the winter habitat selection of snow leopards.Our results supported the idea that the habitat preferences of snow leopards are a tradeoff between suitable habitat features and avoidance of potential human interactions. 相似文献

A nationwide recreational fishing survey in Sweden was used to estimate the benefits of recreational fishing in Sweden. The survey targeted the Swedish population and, consequently, the sample contained a large fraction of zero fishing days. To consider this, a zero-inflated Poisson model was used in the estimations. Swedes fished about 15.6 million days in 2013, of which two-thirds were spent on inland fishing, and one-third on marine and coastal fishing. Expected consumer surplus per fishing day varied with the season; SEK 193 for winter fishing, SEK 787 for summer fishing and SEK 95 for autumn fishing. Although about 70 per cent of total fishing days were spent on inland fishing, the weighted consumer surplus per fishing day in marine and coastal areas were higher. The results also demonstrated strong positive effects of increases in expected catch per day on number of fishing days demanded and consumer surplus, which have important implications for fishery policies directed at recreational fishing. 相似文献

This paper examines the media coverage of the 2013 London cultured meat tasting event, particularly in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Using major news outlets, prominent magazines covering food and science issues, and advocacy websites concerning meat consumption, the paper characterizes the overall emphases of the coverage, the tenor of the coverage, and compares the media portrayal of the important issues to the demographic and psychological realities of the actual consumer market into which cultured meat will compete. In particular, the paper argues that Western media gives a distorted picture of what obstacles are in the path of cultured meat acceptance, especially by overemphasizing and overrepresenting the importance of the reception of cultured meat among vegetarians. Promoters of cultured meat should recognize the skewed impression that this media coverage provides and pay attention to the demographic data that suggests strict vegetarians are a demographically negligible group. Resources for promoting cultured meat should focus on the empirical demographics of the consumer market and the empirical psychology of mainstream consumers. 相似文献
