基于朴素贝叶斯分类器的棉花盲椿象危害等级识别   总被引:1,自引:5,他引:1  
针对自然条件下棉花盲椿象危害区域提取和危害等级识别难的问题,提出了棉花盲椿象危害等级自动识别方法。该方法以自然条件下采集的不同盲椿象危害等级棉叶图像为对象,利用最大类间方差阈值分割和多颜色分量组合方法进行作物与土壤分离和病斑分割,并利用分水岭分割方法对粘连棉叶进行分离并提取盲椿象危害棉叶区域,提取图像的颜色、纹理和形状特征,结合朴素贝叶斯分类器,依据划分的棉花盲椿象危害等级标准,对盲椿象危害等级进行识别。不同盲椿象危害等级识别试验结果表明:该模型平均识别正确率达90.0%,通过比较试验表明,该模型在识别精度比BP神经网络高2.5%,运行速度比支持向量机高11.7%,可较好的对棉花盲椿象危害等级进行识别,可为棉花盲椿象的防治提供技术支持。  相似文献

Techniques for rapid visual assessment of fuel characteristics have a broad range of applications in wildland fire management and research. We developed and tested a technique for assessing forest fuels which provides hazard ratings for distinct layers within the overall fuel complex, including bark, elevated shrubs, near-surface and surface (forest litter) fuels. These layers are comprised predominantly of fine fuel particles <6 mm diameter. The technique was used to model fuel accumulation in dry eucalypt forest of Eucalyptus marginata at two locations with contrasting understorey structures. We found that visual fuel hazard ratings described patterns of fuel dynamics over time in a similar fashion to models for fuel load accumulation. Visual hazard ratings can be related qualitatively to factors that reflect the difficulty of fire suppression by experienced fire fighters including visibility through the forest, access, difficulty of working machinery, flame height and spotting potential. The ability to relate hazard ratings to fire spread prediction needs to be tested.  相似文献

Heritage trees in a city, echoing factors conducive to outstanding performance, deserve special care and conservation. To understand their structural and health conditions in urban Hong Kong, 30 defect-disorder (DD) symptoms (physical and physiological) subsumed under four tree-position groups (soil-root, trunk, branching, and crown-foliage) and tree hazard rating were evaluated. The surveyed 352 trees included 70 species; 14 species with 233 trees were native. More trees had medium height (10–15 m), medium DBH (1–1.5 m) and large crown (>15 m). In ten habitats, public park and garden (PPG) accommodated the most trees, and roadside traffic island (RTI) and public housing estate (PH) had the least. Tree dimensions and tree habitats were significantly associated. The associations between the 2831 DD and tree-position groups, tree habitats and tree hazard rating were analyzed. Fourteen trees from Ficus microcarpa, Ficus virens and Gleditsia fera had high hazard rating, 179 trees from 22 species moderate rating, and 159 trees from 55 species low rating. RTI, roadside tree strip (RTS), roadside tree pit (RTP), roadside planter (RP) and stone wall (SW) had more moderate hazard rating, and PPG, roadside slope (RS) and government, institutional and community land (GIC) more low rating. Redundancy analysis showed that DD were positively correlated with RTS, RTP, RP and SW, but negatively correlated with PPG, RS and GIC (p < 0.05). The DD significantly increased tree hazard rating and failure potential. Future management implications for heritage-tree conservation and enhancement focusing squarely on critical tree defect-disorder in urban Hong Kong were explored, with application to other compact cities.  相似文献

Street trees are exposed to a variety of site conditions, environmental factors, and physical disturbances which influence their survival in urban areas. This study draws on 25 years of urban forest monitoring data from the city of Milwaukee, WI (United States) to model the impacts of these factors on tree survival for a single cohort of trees. Tree condition, tree size, tree species, and site attributes were measured initially in 1979. These factors were measured again in 1989 and 2005 and compared to construction data for the same area during the study period. Multivariate logistic regression was used to identify factors associated with tree survival. Cross-validation show the final model could successfully predict tree survival nearly 85% of the time. Results indicate that tree survival varied by species. Additionally, trees were more likely to die as trunk diameter increased, planting space width decreased in the tree lawn, and tree condition decreased. Finally, trees adjacent to construction were nearly twice as likely to die as those not exposed to development and redevelopment activities.  相似文献

Estimating genetic connectedness among herds is important for the accuracy of dairy cattle genetic evaluation. When selecting between animals raised in different herds, the accuracy of their genetic evaluations can be influenced by the degree of connectedness among these herds. In this study, two methods were used to measure genetic connectedness, CR (genetic connectedness rating ) and GLt (total number of direct genetic links between group), among herds from Beijing, Shanghai, and Tianjin. Genetic connectedness between the herds from Beijing and Tianjin was 23.95%, between Beijing and Shanghai was 17. 10%, and between Shanghai and Tianjin it was 14.28%. Genetic connectedness between herds from Beijing and Tianjin was the highest and that between Shanghai and Tianjin was the lowest. The correlation coefficient for the two methods was 0. 808. Some suggestions for improved genetic evaluation of dairy cattle were also discussed.  相似文献

近年来中国农业保险得到了快速发展,农作物保险费率定价问题受到高度重视。产量统计模型是农作物保险精算中较为成熟、应用广泛的一种模型,适用于中国开展的农作物保险实践。论文在广泛综述国内外研究进展的基础上,探讨了产量统计模型中存在的主要问题,并就该模型未来发展的趋势进行了讨论。研究表明:(1)产量统计模型中的趋势处理和分布拟合环节是模型不确定性的两个主要来源。针对农作物单产趋势的研究,应该进一步开发可灵活表达趋势变化规律的模型,并注重趋势检测结果的验证。对于概率密度分布模型的选择必须遵循作物和风险的区域特征。(2)产量统计模型尚不能有效解决空间相关风险累加的问题。引入空间要素,形成产量的综合时空统计模型是经典产量统计模型的重要发展方向,可有效解决农作物保险精算中的相关空间问题。在上述问题中对传统产量统计模型进行改进,从而形成可计算、高精度和更稳健的产量统计模型,并在农作物保险定价中开展实践,将有助于中国农业保险向着科学化、专业化和精细化的方向发展。  相似文献

Fusarium head blight (FHB) in triticale (× Triticosecale Wittmack) results in yield losses and mycotoxin contamination, for example, by deoxynivalenol (DON). This study aimed to analyse the correlation between FHB severity and DON content in a DH population of 146 entries across environments. Additionally, Fusarium damaged kernel (FDK) rating, heading stage and plant height were recorded. Highly significant (P < 0.001) genotypic variances were found throughout, but also significant (P < 0.001) genotype–environment interaction variances occurred. Correlation between FHB severity and heading stage or plant height was low (r = 0.144 and r = ?0.153, P < 0.10). A prediction of DON content from FHB severity or FDK rating is not possible caused by low correlations (r = 0.315 and 0.572, respectively, P < 0.001). A common quantitative trait locus (QTL) for all FHB‐related traits was found on wheat chromosome 2A being of minor importance for FHB severity, but of high importance for DON content and FDK rating. Another QTL on rye chromosome 5R was more important for FHB severity. In conclusion, DON content has to be measured in triticale after selection for FHB severity to gain for healthy and mycotoxin‐reduced feed.  相似文献

The study evaluated the effects of pre-emergence herbicides and their rates [oxadiazon (0.5 and 1 kg ai ha−1), pendimethalin (1 and 2 kg ai ha−1), and pretilachlor with safener (0.6 kg ai ha−1)], and time of soil saturation establishment after herbicide application [1, 3, 5, and 7 days after spray (DAS)] in controlling the six major rice weeds, and their phytotoxic effects on rice seedling growth. All herbicides provided 100% control of Echinochloa colona, Echinochloa crus-galli, Leptochloa chinensis, Cyperus iria, and Amaranthus spinosus. Murdannia nudiflora was 100% controlled by oxadiazon and pretilachlor with safener, but poorly controlled (22–75%) by pendimethalin. Pendimethalin at 2 kg ai ha−1 was more effective than at 1 kg ai ha−1 in reducing the biomass of the stem, leaf, and root of M. nudiflora irrespective of timing of soil saturation. Rice plant height was reduced to a maximum (77–96%) by pendimethalin at 2.0 kg ai ha−1 followed by oxadiazon at 1.0 kg ai ha−1 (38–70%) compared to the non-treated control. In contrast, the tallest rice plants were observed in the non-treated control and those treated with pretilachlor with safener which had 80–100% rice plant survival. The lowest rice plant survival of 0, 6, 7, and 16% was found in the soil applied with pendimethalin at 2 kg ai ha−1 and saturated at 1, 3, 5, and 7 DAS, respectively, which was followed by oxadiazon at 1 kg ai ha−1. All herbicides except pretilachlor with safener reduced SPAD values with early soil saturation, which improved with delay in soil saturation timing. Pendimethalin at 2 kg ai ha−1 reduced the SPAD values of rice plants by 100–164% relative to the non-treated control and produced the highest phytotoxicity symptoms. Pendimethalin also reduced rice shoot biomass more than oxadiazon, which was compounded by early soil saturation after herbicide application. Pretilachlor with safener was the only herbicide that exhibited low phytotoxic symptoms on rice plants and did not reduce leaf, stem, root, and shoot biomass of rice. Percent reduction in rice leaf, stem, root, and shoot biomass by the different herbicides was in the order of pendimethalin 2 > oxadiazon 1 > pendimethalin 1 > oxadiazon 0.5 > pretilachlor with safener 0.6 kg ai ha−1. Each herbicide treatment reduced rice growth parameters as soil saturation was delayed in the order of 1 DAS > 3 DAS > 5 DAS > 7 DAS. The study suggests that soil water content and herbicide rates are important factors in influencing herbicide phytotoxicity in rice. The application of herbicides should be avoided when the soil is too wet, and irrigation should be delayed at least one week after herbicide application.  相似文献
