农民工创业能力评价指标体系的构建

以农民工创业能力评价为研究内容,首先针对农民工创业的特点以及农民工创业能力的内涵进行了界定;在此基础上,从农民工创业的思维能力、行为能力、语言能力3个方面,构建了对农民工创业能力评价指标体系。运用层次分析法,通过建立递阶层次结构,构建两两比较矩阵,得出相对重要性权重。并给出了应用该指标体系评价返乡农民工创业能力的方法。     

以交际为目的的语法教学策略

探讨如何用交际教学方法来处理语言形式教学，把语言形式教学和语言功能教学融为一体，达到既教语言，又培养交际能力的教学目标。     

茶儿茶素研究进展

本文从儿茶素生物合成途径、环境对儿茶素代谢的影响、儿茶素代谢动力学、儿茶素生物学活性和儿茶素制备纯化五个方面进行综述。     

Optimizing the growth of forage and grain legumes on low pH soils through the application of superior Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae strains

Climate variability and current farming practices have led to declining soil fertility and pH, with a heavy reliance on fertilizers and herbicides. The addition of forage and grain legumes to farming systems not only improves soil health but also increases farm profitability through nitrogen (N) fertilizer cost offsets. However, the formation of effective symbioses between legumes and rhizobia can be unreliable and is considered at risk when combined with dry sowing practices such as those that have been designed to obviate effects of climate change. This research was initiated to improve the robustness of the legume/rhizobia symbiosis in low pH, infertile and dry soils. Production from two cultivars of field pea (Pisum sativum) and two species of vetch (Vicia spp.), and symbiotic outcomes when inoculated with a range of experimental rhizobial strains (Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae), was assessed in broad acre field trials which simulated farmer practice. New rhizobia strains increased nodulation, N fixation, produced more biomass and higher seed yield than comparator commercial strains. Strain WSM4643 also demonstrated superior survival when desiccated compared to current commercial strains in the laboratory and on seed when delivered as inoculant in peat carriers. WSM4643 is a suitable prospect for a commercial inoculant in Australia and other agricultural areas of the world where growing peas and vetch on soils generally considered problematic for this legume/rhizobia symbiosis. A particular advantage of WSM4643 may be that it potentiates sowing inoculated legumes into dry soil, which is a contemporary response by farmers to climate variation.     

语言交际中话语语用空灵及其审美信息

在具体的言语表达中,由于各种语境因素的可能性干扰,使话语在一些关键点上留下缺陷和漏洞。言语中的这种空灵不仅是一种较为普遍的现象,也传达着密集的审美信息,唤起读者新鲜独特的审美情感和体验。像这样蕴味深长、引人深思的空灵,自然远胜过那直接诉诸言词的存在。     

WCBA联赛强队竞技格局与技战术特征研究

运用文献资料、观察统计和对比分析等方法,对2011-2012赛季WCBA联赛八强球队竞技格局与技战术特征进行研究,并对本赛季表现突出的北京、浙江两队做重点分析。主要研究八强球队常规赛主、客场表现,八强球队实力及技、战术特点,以及北京、浙江两队本赛季引进内、外援情况,季后赛创造奇迹的技、战术表现等问题。结果表明,八强球队常规赛主场优势明显,客场优势不明显,且个别球队呈明显劣势;北京队实力占优,其它7支球队处在同一个档次上,各支球队技、战术特点鲜明;北京、浙江两队的成功,与其球队建设密不可分。在此基础上提出自己的建议,以期为WCBA联赛的更好开展,以及中国女子篮球的发展服务。     

地方文化在旅游度假区饭店业的应用研究——以武夷山为例

在自然观光游转向文化体验游的时代潮流下,地方文化在饭店业中应用的经营战略,有效地满足了旅游者在入住饭店期间对地方文化的体验需求,同时提升了饭店品牌的文化价值。世界自然与文化遗产地武夷山文化旅游近年来发展迅速,独具特色的武夷文化对饭店业的影响正日趋扩大。在当今旅游市场多元化的发展趋势下,深度挖掘地方文化内涵,开展文化营销和差异化经营,对提升度假区饭店业的核心竞争力具有时代和战略意义。     

英语口语水平测试研究

本文是关于湖南大学理工科学生英语口语水平的一项实验研究。这次水平测试对象涉及从本科生到博士生五个水平层次。评分采取三维量化,现场与事后两次性交叉进行。结果表明本项测试的信度、效度均较高,反映了我校理工科学生英语口语表达能力之现状,为日后加强口语教学提供了一些事实依据。本文还就口语测试客观化问题进行了讨论。     

Relationship among ovarian follicular status,developmental competence of oocytes,and anti‐Müllerian hormone levels: A comparative study in Japanese wild boar crossbred gilts and Large White gilts

The aim of this study was to investigate the ovarian follicular development, developmental competence of oocytes, and plasma anti‐Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels of Japanese wild boar crossbred (wild hybrid) gilts, whose litter size is inferior to that of European breeds. Ovary and plasma samples were collected from two different breeds of gilts (wild hybrid and Large White breeds). The ovaries from the wild hybrid gilts had a lower average numbers of secondary follicles and vesicular follicles in ovarian cross‐sections and of good quality oocytes collected from ovarian follicles as compared with those from Large White gilts (p < 0.05). The development rate to the blastocyst stage of good quality oocytes after in vitro maturation, fertilization and culture was also lower (p < 0.05) in wild hybrid gilts than in Large White gilts. Plasma AMH levels with >0.16 ng/ml were detected in 8.3% of the examined wild hybrid gilts and 33% of the Large White gilts. These results indicate that the low reproductive performance of wild hybrid breed may result in part from low numbers of vesicular follicles and good quality oocytes, and low developmental competence of oocytes. Moreover, plasma AMH levels may support low number of vesicular follicles in ovaries of wild hybrid gilts.     

企业会计人员职业胜任能力评价指标体系构建

伴随经济全球化进程加快和企业间竞争加剧,企业提高了对会计人员职业胜任能力的要求,所以构建适应企业要求的会计人员职业胜任能力评价指标体系势在必行。通过对国内外职业胜任能力评价研究现状分析发现,会计人员继续教育阶段能力评价的缺失是造成我国当前能力评价体系不完整的主要原因,由此构建了包括继续教育阶段以个性特征为首要指标的全面能力评价指标体系。
