道路铺装设计是城市中心广场设计中的重要组成部分,现越来越受到人们的重视。为创造出生态性的城市中心广场道路铺装景观,在分析城市中心广场道路铺装材料在生态性设计方面存在问题的基础上,提出城市中心广场道路铺装材料生态性设计的原则及要点,即在不影响正常使用的前提下尽量实现生态性要求,多应用透水、透气的环保铺地材料,遵循经济节约的原则,循环利用部分铺装材料,并以合肥万达广场道路为例,详细叙述了其道路铺装材料的基本形式和存在问题,进一步提出具体改造方案。     

城市农业公园道路的人性化设计

从农业公园和城市公园的内涵和功能着手,通过对比研究二者的区别,对城市农业公园的功能优势和特色进行阐述,揭示其特质属性,肯定城市农业公园未来的发展。针对城市农业公园的特殊性,从道路设计着手,重点研究其服务功能的表达。以城市公园设计标准为基础,将城市农业公园道路划分为主要道路、次要道路、专用道路和游憩道路4类。依据行业经验和人性化设计原则,从道路的布局、圆曲线半径、交叉点形式、道路宽度、无障碍设计、铺装、专用道路设计等方面进行人性化设计研究,以期为城市农业公园的建设和发展提供参考。     

国家农业科技园区农业科技创新服务平台设计

针对国家农业科技园区对科技创新服务平台的需求,该文提出了一种基于信息化技术的解决方法。该方法在可察、可考和可用的三重要求下,首先明确角色及其相互关系,规范了角色的业务需求和主要的业务流程。遵循设计的角色、需求和流程,系统开发部署后测试稳定、正常。可以有效支撑国家农业科技园区的相关科技活动。     

鄂尔多斯市工业化进程中产业结构的演进分析

鄂尔多斯市是我国重要的能源重化工基地,因其工业经济呈现出超常规的发展态势,被称为鄂尔多斯现象。文中以鄂尔多斯市的工业经济和三次产业为研究对象,利用1949～2009年间的产值与就业结构统计数据,对其工业化进程与产业结构的变动轨迹进行了分析。结果表明:60a来,鄂尔多斯市工业化发展阶段性特征明显,目前其工业经济已进入重工业化的中后期阶段。三次产业中,第一产业的产值与就业比重快速下降,二、三产业比重持续上升,并行发展;就业结构虽逐年优化,但仍相对滞后于产业结构与工业化进程,产业结构与就业结构的协调度较低。近年来工业结构的重化趋势凸显,工业主导型的产业结构与主导产业群已经形成。     

适宜天津市基质栽培的番茄品种筛选

利用基质栽培技术,以番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)为供试材料,比较了天津市常用的11个番茄品种部分农艺性状、经济性状、果实营养成分指标的差异,通过对这些指标的分析,筛选出最适宜天津市基质栽培的番茄品种。结果表明,粉皇后和傲兰6号在产量、单果重等指标中表现比较突出,适合在天津市以基质栽培方式推广应用。     

Using genetic tools to inform conservation of fragmented populations of Asian elephants (Elephas maximus) across their range in China

A herd of 15 Chinese elephants attracted international attention during their 2021 northward trek, motivating the government to propose establishment of an Asian elephant national park. However, planning is hampered by a lack of genetic information on the remaining populations in China. We collected DNA from 497 dung samples from all 5 populations encompassing the entire range of elephants in China and used mitochondrial and microsatellite markers to investigate their genetic and demographic structure. We identified 237 unique genotypes (153 females, 84 males), representing 81% of the known population. However, the effective population size was small (28, range 25–32). Historic demographic contraction appeared to account for low haplotype diversity (H_d = 0.235), but moderate nucleotide and nuclear diversity (π = 0.6%, H_e = 0.55) was attributable to post-bottleneck recovery involving recent population expansion plus historical gene exchange with elephants in Myanmar, Lao PDR, and Vietnam. The 5 populations fell into 3 clusters, with Nangunhe elephants differing consistently from the other 4 populations (F_ST = 0.23); elephants from Mengyang, Simao, and Jiangcheng belonged to a single population (henceforth, MSJ), and differed from the Shangyong population (F_ST = 0.11). Interpopulation genetic variation reflected isolation by distance and female-biased dispersal. Chinese elephants should be managed as 2 distinct units: Nangunhe and another combining Shangyong and MSJ; their long-term viability will require restoring gene flow between Shangyong and MSJ, and between elephants in China and neighboring countries. Our results have the potential to inform conservation planning for an iconic megafaunal species.     

From Lujiazui in Shanghai to New East Area in Chongqing--An exploration on Urban Land Use Form Oriented by the Public Traffic

To develop the public traffic and setup a city form coordinated with the development of the public traffic has become a common sense in the full achievement of the city sustainable development. Due to the particularity of the exploration procedure and some difficulties in urban development, the policy on developing public traffic has not been realized in our country. Now it is on edge to solve these problems, particularly in the new area of development. In this article, the authors intend to find a practical way of establishing a ciity development mode with adapting the public traffic development by contrasting Lujiazui new area in Shanghai and the new east area in Chongqing.     

THE PRINCIPLE OF COMPILING CITY WATER SUPPLY HYDROGEOLOGICAL MAPS AND THE DISCUSSION OF ITS METHOD

On the basis of outlining our present situation of city water supply and itsgeological map compilation,this paper suggests a new principle which should befollowed in the compiling work of city water supply hydrogeological maps and themain contents of compilation and the ways of expression as one of the map com-piliing plans to be discussed in this field.
