非公有制林业主体融资问题的思考

针对不同层次的个体林业,设计了民间融资、"报账制"式银行信贷等方式以求解决个体林农融资困难问题.     

Pheromone-based communication disruption ofAdoxophyes orana on peach using the new RAK 3+4 dispensers and their effect on development of fruit rot diseases

The effectiveness of the pheromone-based communication disruption method was examined against the summerfruit tortrix,Adoxophyes orana F.v.R. (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae), a pest of peach trees, using the new RAK 3+4 dispenser (BASF). NoA. orana males were captured in pheromone traps inside the experimental orchards, which were saturated with the RAK 3+4 dispensers. The percent of damaged leaves was practically zero, while the level of damaged fruits was 0–6% in pheromone-treated orchards. The percentage of fruit rot caused byMonilinia laxa was lower in pheromone-based communication disruption orchards than in the control. It was concluded that the RAK 3+4 dispenser could be used againstA. orana as an economical and environmentally friendly method.     

青脚鸡杂交组合肉用性能的研究

以江苏省家禽科学研究所家禽育种中心崇仁麻鸡♂×(崇仁麻鸡♂×隐性白羽鸡新品系♀)♀(配套1)和固始鸡♂×(崇仁麻鸡♂×隐性白羽鸡新品系♀)♀(配套2)为素材,进行肉用性能试验,结果表明①两配套组合体重差异极显著(P＜0.01),配套2比配套1重109.6克且饲料报酬高0.171;②两配套组合龙骨长、冠长、冠高、胸宽差异不显著(P＞0.05),体斜长、胫长、胫围、胸角差异极显著(P＜0.01),配套2均高于配套1.③两配套组合屠体率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腹脂率差异不显著(P＞0.05),配套1腿肌率显著高于配套2(P＜0.05).④两配套组合胸肌失水率、PH值、肉色、剪切力差异不显著(P＞0.05).总体而言,配套2的肉用性能优于配套1,隐性白羽鸡新品系在优质鸡配套系中应用是可行的.     

农杆菌介导的蝴蝶兰基因转化系统的建立

 针刺后的蝴蝶兰‘White Hikaru’的类原球茎(PLB)，与含绿色荧光蛋白基因( )和潮霉素磷酸转移酶基因(^p￡)的pCAMBIA 1300一SmGFP的根瘤农杆菌LBA4404 共培养，培育出了转基因的蝴蝶兰。经绿色荧光蛋白检测和Southern印迹，证实了再生植株中含cop基因和hpt基因。     

不同覆土深度对鸡腿菇子实体产量的影响

本试验研究 11种覆土深度对鸡腿菇子实体产量影响。结果表明 ,不同覆土深度对子实体产量、有效子实体数和幼蕾数均存在显著的影响。覆土越厚 ,幼蕾数越少。当覆土深度在 0 5～ 3cm时 ,子实体产量和有效子实体数随着覆土层的加厚逐渐增加 ,在覆土深度为 3cm时达到最大值 ,覆土深度大于 3cm时 ,则随着覆土层的加厚而逐渐减少。从生产的角度看 ,覆土 3cm是比较适宜的覆土深度 ,此时的子实体产量最高。     

蛋鸡血浆VLDL浓度二世代双向选择对体脂沉积的影响

以雅发褐壳蛋鸡为素材,在零世代和一世代双向选择的基础上,应用血浆极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)浓度对体腹脂性状继续进行双向选择,比较了高低脂系间体组成的差异,并研究了中后期血浆VLDL浓度与上述性状的相关程度,进一步探讨了血浆VLDL浓度的选择效应。结果表明:二世代母鸡中后期高脂系体重较高(P<0.05),血浆VLDL浓度与体重呈极显著的表型相关(P<0.01)和中等程度的正遗传相关。62周龄高脂系的腹脂率显著高于低脂系(P<0.05),说明运用血浆VLDL浓度经过二个世代的双向选择,使产蛋鸡中后期体重降低,且对腹脂沉积产生了一定的影响。     

新扬州鸡IGF-1基因多态性与早期生长速度关系的研究

以150只非同胞新扬州鸡为材料，采用PCR—RFLP法检测了该基因5’调控区DNA序列多态性，并运用线性模型统计方法分析了多态性与初生重和12周龄体重的关系。结果显示：新扬州鸡IGF-1基因5、调控区自然存在两种不同DNA序列，经。PstⅠ酶切后出现3种基因型(“-／-”、“-／ ”、“ ／ ”)，基因型分布符合哈代一温伯格定律。各基因型个体的初生重、12周龄体重的最小二乘均数存在“-／-”＞“ ／-”＞“ ／ ”的趋势，且“-／-”型个体的12周龄体重显著高于“ ／ ”型个体(P＜0．05)。     

IMAGING DIAGNOSIS: MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING OF A CERVICAL WOODEN FOREIGN BODY IN A DOG

This article describes the discovery of a chronic cervical wooden foreign body ventral to the left transverse processes of the cranial cervical spine using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in a dog that presented with chronic neck pain and lameness. The dog did not exhibit dysphagia or chronic draining tracts, the most common signs of the presumed cause, that of a penetrating oropharyngeal foreign body. The foreign body itself was represented on MR images as an oval straight-edged core within an inflammatory tissue reaction. The wood was slightly hyperintense on T2- and isointense on T1-weighted images relative to muscle. Surrounding this was a more conspicuous contrast-enhancing reactive tissue rim that was hyperintense on all pulse sequences. Adjacent musculature also exhibited diffuse edema and contrast enhancement that extended around the left cervical vertebral transverse processes and local intervertebral nerve roots. The foreign body was found to be a wooden stick upon surgical removal. MRI is an excellent method for visualizing the inflammatory tissue reactions associated with soft-tissue foreign bodies because of its contrast resolution and depiction of anatomy in multiple imaging planes.     

美系杜洛克种猪体尺、体重测定与体型评定研究

统计分析了2001年引进的新美系杜洛克种猪及繁殖后代在6月龄、12月龄、24月龄和36月龄四个阶段的体尺、体重数据，结合品种特征、体型外貌总结研究出杜洛克种猪的百分制评分及等级标准。
