浅谈居住区景观设计

目前,全国各地住区建设如火如荼,如何提高住宅居住质量,是大家十分关注的课题。房商及有关管理部门,对住区总体规划,住宅建筑单体都十分重视。特别是设计人员对建筑单体设计,认真推敲,精益求精,设计出许多好的作品。但对住区景观环境,业主没有足够重视。一定程度上影响住区居住质量。特别是现在提倡创建以人为本的精品社区,必须重视住区景观建设,景观建设一定要和住区建筑建设同步进行。笔者通过温州市黄龙居住区1＃地块景观设计实例,从七个方面,对居住小区景观设计进行探索。     

非洲猪瘟病毒多基因家族MGF360-13L基因功能的初步研究

旨在初步探究非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)多基因家族MGF360-13L基因的功能。使用生物信息学软件对MGF360-13L基因进行分析;构建真核表达质粒pVAX1-MGF360-13L并转染至293T细胞进行表达;利用同源重组方法构建基因缺失毒株ASFV-ΔMGF360-13L,以相同的感染复数(MOI=0.01)在猪肺泡巨噬细胞(PAMs)中感染基因缺失毒株和亲本毒株(ASFV CN/GS/2018)后,利用红细胞吸附试验(HAD)计算病毒滴度并绘制体外生长曲线;以MOI=1将ASFV-ΔMGF360-13L和ASFV CN/GS/2018分别感染猪骨髓巨噬细胞(BMDM),利用qPCR和ELISA测定细胞炎性因子IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α的表达水平。结果表明,MGF360-13L基因在ASFV基因Ⅱ型中相对保守,编码蛋白属于非分泌型、无跨膜区、亲水性好;构建的真核表达质粒pVAX1-MGF360-13L被293T细胞表达;成功获得MGF360-13L单基因缺失毒株ASFV-ΔMGF360-13L,与ASFV CN/GS/2018相比,其体外复制没有显著性差异;在ASFV-ΔMGF360-13L感染BMDM后,IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α炎性细胞因子在转录和分泌水平都显著高于ASFV CN/GS/2018。本研究成功制备了ASFV的MGF360-13L基因缺失毒株,并证实了MGF360-13L基因作为ASFV复制非必需基因具有抑制炎性因子表达的功能,这为进一步注释ASFV MGF360-13L基因功能提供了线索。     

橡胶树抗寒高产新品种云研77-4产量和生长的观测

经苗圃系比、初级系比和适应性系比试验表明：云南省热带作物科学研究所选育的橡胶新品种云研７７—４产量较高、抗寒性较强，副性状良好。１—６割年平均单株产干胶２．６５ｋｇ，为对照ＧＴ１的１２８．６％，抗寒系比区１—７割年平均单株产干胶３．９ｋｇ，为对照ＧＴ１的１５８．５％，生长比ＧＴ１快１６％—１９％，７年可开割，抗寒能力比ＧＴ１强     

大花蕙兰叶面积测算方法的探讨

通过对大花蕙兰4个品种叶片长、宽与叶面积之间的相关分析，建立了它们之间不同的方程。由相关系数分析及实际检验得知：二元幂函数具有较高的精度，为此建立了适于所有大花蕙兰品种的估算叶面积的二元幂函数通用方程，用该法测算叶面积迅速准确。     

槐小卷蛾性诱剂的合成与林间诱蛾活性试验

槐小巷蛾（ＣｙｄｉａｔｒａｄｉａｓＭｅｙｒｉｋ）性诱剂的主要成分为（反、反）－８，１０－十二碳双烯－１－醇（简式ＥＳＥ１０－１２：ＯＨ）。从两个易得的Ｃ６原料出发，通过Ｇｒｉｇｎａｒｄ偶联反应合成了这种性诱剂。林间诱蛾试验结果表明，ＥＳＥ１０－１２：ＯＨ对槐小卷蛾具有强烈的引诱作用，诱蛾量的变化能及时而准确地反映林间槐小卷蛾的发生与消长情况，从而为进行适时而有效的防治提供科学依据。     

黄淮海平原棉花品质气候生态适应性分析

黄淮海平原气候生态条件宜于棉花生长.从南到北呈现气候差异,导致棉花品质类型多样.充分合理利用气候资源,将棉花纤维品质适应型与相宜的气候类型配合,可为国内外市场提供适用的棉花纤维.     

Spatial and Temporal Patterns of Land Values Based on Kriging and GIS Method

In order to know how and why the land values changed inside the city,the land-value patterns of Beijing during the period from 1998 to 2005 were studied based on Kriging and GIS Method.The land-value data of Beijing had a second order trend,so the Ordinary Kriging(OK) method was used after removing the trend surface.The results showed that there was a positive relationship between land-value and ring roads.The patterns of land values were clearly affected by the eradiating function of the city centre,and there was no independent sub-centre formed.In addition to the impact of city center,the main reasons for the land value increase were the influence of city planning,the expected appreciation,and improvement of infrastructure and transportation.In the process of suburbanization of Beijing,the land values showed a significant growth pattern from the near suburban to the city centre,which caused by the restraint of land resources.     

Experimental Study on Properties of Interface between Geogrid and Copper Tailing

Steel-plastic composite geogrid enjoys greater reinforcement effect than other types of geogrid due mainly to its special design and structure,such as deliberately roughed rib surface to enhance its surface roughness and friction coefficient.Hence,engaging force together with interface friction raises the reinforced soil's stability.Tests of pull-out on varied size of steel-plastics composite geogrid have been performed with copper tailing as filling soil,and interaction parameters of shearing intensity and pseudo-friction coefficient between geogrid and copper tailing are obtained.In addition,other influence factors have been discussed.     

Study on the Navigation Flow Condition at Entrance Area of the Ship Approach Channel for Jinghong Power Station on the Lancang River

Based on the model test of Jinghong power station on the Lancang river, the unfavorable navigation condition at entrance area of down approach channel of the ship lift is measured and analyzed for original design scheme of the project, and the open -type guide works is applied to greatly improve the bad flow condition, so as to make the navigation condition better at entrance area.     

Research on the Real -time Simulation of Temperature Field for RCC Gravity Dam

The simulation analysis of temperature field under ideal condition can reflects the rule of true temperature field, but accidental factor during construction process will result in difference of the result. This paper studied the Baise RCC Dam with the distributed optical fiber technology and FEM technology, the numerical results were modified with the testing data and the contrastive curves can be obtained for the testing data,ideal simulation data and real -time simulation data. The results indicate that the modified real - time simulation can reflect the true temperature field ; it may serve as a guide for the temperature control.
