河北省钢铁产业现状及发展趋势研究

从河北钢铁产业新增产能、产量、经济效益、钢材进出口、行业集中度、节能减排等角度探讨了河北钢铁产业的现状,并对河北钢铁产业进行了SWOT分析;从产业布局、合并重组、专业化分工、钢铁企业的发展趋势等角度探讨了河北钢铁产业未来的发展趋势。     

凤山县耕地地力评价研究

为了弄清凤山县耕地地力等级情况,以凤山县测土配方施肥和第二次土壤普查等数据资料为基础,利用GIS技术和县域耕地资源管理信息系统,对凤山县耕地地力等级情况进行评价研究。结果表明,凤山县耕地地力等级可分为六个等级,一、二级的耕地占耕地总面积的13.15%,是高产稳产耕地;全县耕地地力等级以三至六级为主,占耕地总面积的86.85%,是凤山县粮食、水果和经济作物生产的主要基地,也是主要的中低产耕地。     

Effects of sex ratio, stocking density and age of hybrid tilapia on seed production in concrete tanks in Saudi Arabia

The influence of sex ratio, stocking density and age of hybrid tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus X O. aureus) brood fish on seed production in concrete tanks were evaluated in 1992 and 1993. A sex ratio of 1:2 and 1:3 (male: female) and a density of 2 fish m-2 gave the best result with respect to number of seed female-1 day-1 and number of seed kg-1-1 female day-1. Maximum seed production female-1 day-1 was recorded for 3-year-old females and the minimum for 1-year-olds, but in terms of seed kg-1 female day-1 and seed m-2 day-1, 1-year-olds produced the maximum number of seed followed by 2-, 3- and 4-year-old females. Seasonal pattern in seed production was apparently influenced by season and temperature. From the first harvest on 21 April 1993 the production increased gradually, reaching a peak during the third harvest and a second peak during the sixth harvest. Thereafter seed production gradually decreased, reaching a minimum during the tenth harvest on 27 October 1993. No seed were found during the last harvest of 18 November 1993. Maximum production coincided with the highest water temperature of around 28°C.     

“80后”高校辅导员师德建设探析

当前,＂80后＂已形成高校辅导员队伍的主体力量,成为当前＂90后＂大学生成长成才的引路人。结合党的十八大和习总书记一系列重要讲话精神,切实加强＂80后＂高校辅导员师德建设,是时代发展的需要,具有重要的现实和指导意义。本文通过分析当前＂80后＂高校辅导员师德现状,试从＂80后辅导员＂的群体特征出发,结合笔者自身辅导员工作实践,提出如何基于＂90后＂学生群体下加强＂80后＂高校辅导员师德建设的新途径。     

80％吡蚜酮·烯啶虫胺对水稻稻飞虱田间药效试验

对试验药剂80％吡蚜酮·烯啶虫胺WG和对照药剂25％噻嗪酮WP防治稻飞虱效果进行了田间药效试验,结果表明：80％吡蚜酮·烯啶虫胺WG对水稻褐飞虱和白背飞虱具有很好的防治效果,速效性好、持效期长,且对水稻安全.每667 m2用药量为12 g时,药后3d、7d、14d、21 d防效分别达84.97％、89.19％、91.26％、92.28％;极显著优于对照药剂25％噻嗪酮WP,生产上可大面积推广应用.     

150QJS20型精铸不锈钢深井泵的开发

精铸不锈钢井泵成本高,市场定位为中高端用户,在对耐腐蚀、耐磨及使用寿命较高要求的特定场合有着广泛的应用.为研制高端深井泵产品,在精铸不锈钢工艺的基础上,开发出150QJS20型多级深井泵.在研制过程中主要采用了4个方面的技术：首先,精铸不锈钢井泵导叶壳体的翻边采用向外翻边的方式,消除了向内翻边时存在的精铸过程清砂困难;其次,泵的导叶采用了圆周弯扭式的径向导叶,比传统的铸造工艺中采用的空间更节约材料,也缩短了轴向长度,提高了运行可靠性;第三,泵体结构采用拉杆连接,级与级之间采用止口连接,由密封圈进行密封,整体外观更加紧凑,运输和检修更为简便;第四,主要配件通用,保证了系列产品零件的互换性,减轻生产加工成本.通过进行样机试制和试验表明150QJS20泵效率接近国标,但单级扬程显著增加,相比传统的空间导叶式多级井泵,其结构更紧凑轻巧.通过150QJS20多级深井泵的研制,对发展中高端井泵产品提供了一定的参考.     

80%腐霉利WP对葡萄灰霉病防效试验

针对不同浓度80%腐霉利WP进行葡萄灰霉病的田间防效试验研究。结果表明:在葡萄灰霉病发病初期,公顷用药量(有效成分)333-500mg/kg兑水750kg,对葡萄灰霉病有较好的防治效果。喷药间隔期为7d,共喷2次。药后7d防治效果在77.06%-82.34%之间,对葡萄生长安全。     

Virus infections of the European Eel in North Rhine Westphalian rivers

Viral infections have been suggested to play a role in the decline of the panmictic population of the European eel (Anguilla anguilla). However, despite the importance of knowledge about pathogenic eel viruses, little is known about their spread in the wild European eel population and only a few eel pathogenic viruses have been described so far. In this study, we aimed to investigate the health status of the A. anguilla stock in North Rhine Westphalia (NRW) State of Germany. For this purpose, we examined tissue samples of 16 elvers, 100 yellow eels and 6 silver eels, sampled from the rivers Rhine, Lippe and Ems. Virus detection was performed via a combination of cell culture and PCR. Next to the detection of frequently encountered pathogenic eel viruses (anguillid herpesvirus 1 and eel virus European X (EVEX)), we isolated the eel picornavirus 1 (EPV-1) from tissue of yellow eels and elvers and demonstrate the distribution of EPV-1 in wild eel population in NRW.

随着计算机的日新月异,计算机的电源也同样飞速地发展。笔者本文中,我将主要介绍电源的不同版本及发展过程,并且详细地解析一下电源输出接口和各颜色导线的定义。另外,结合本人的工作经验总结出一些电源的维修检测方法,以及如今在选购中要注意的电源的几个重要参数。     

In vitro propagation of GF677 hybrid rootstock (Prunus persica × Prunus amygdalus) from mature cotyledons

Adventitious shoot regeneration from mature cotyledons of GF677 rootstock (Prunus persica × Prunus amygdalus) was achieved in vitro. Thidiazuron (N-phenyl-N-1,2,3-thidiazol-5-yl-urea; TDZ) at 32 µM gave the highest percentage of cotyledons forming adventitious shoots (68.8%) and the highest number of shoots per cotyledon (4.8) on Quoirin and Lepoivre (QL) medium. On QL medium containing 32 µM TDZ, exposure of the proximal segments of cotyledons to darkness at the start of culture increased the percentage of cotyledons forming adventitious shoots (62.5%) when compared with those kept under light conditions (15%). A combination of 0.72 µM gibberellic acid and dark treatment resulted in at least 2.7-fold more elongated shoots than non-treated shoots. The highest rooting percentage (100%) occurred on 0.5× Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with Gamborg (B5) vitamins and 2 mg l^?1 indole-3-butyric acid. Rooted plantlets were acclimatised under greenhouse conditions with a 70% survival rate.
