砷胁迫下磷对三七砷的微区及亚细胞组织分布特征的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
通过同步辐射X射线荧光分析(μ-SRXRF)和亚细胞组分分离技术相结合,从植株各部位微区及亚细胞组分层面揭示了药用植物三七在外源磷素作用下砷吸收累积的分布特征。结果表明:三七的根部和茎部是砷的主要富集部位,添加外源磷素可以有效降低三七根部、茎部和叶片的砷含量,降低幅度分别为47%、80%和33%;三七各部位的亚细胞组分砷的累积量不同,其中细胞液是砷的主要富集组分,具有一定的区隔化作用,但不能有效地减少砷对植物细胞新陈代谢的影响和毒害;外源磷素的加入可以显著降低三七不同部位亚细胞各组分中砷的累积量,其降低幅度由高到低依次为细胞液细胞壁细胞器,但分析表明,外源磷素的添加对三七各部位的亚细胞组分砷累积量占植株总砷累积量比例的影响不大。 相似文献

A pedigree analysis of a family of 15 related Chinese Shar Peis was conducted. This pedigree analysis, including affected and nonaffected dams, sires and offspring, was compiled to document and characterize the occurrence, common clinical signs, and age of onset of primary lens luxation while suggesting a possible mode of inheritance in this breed. Of the five offspring from the mating of an affected dam to two unrelated affected males, 100% of offspring were affected with bilateral primary lens luxations. Of the four viable offspring from the mating of the same affected dam to an unrelated, unaffected male, two dogs (50%) were affected. The average age of onset of affected animals (seven) in this first generation was 4.9 years (range 3–6 years). The six dogs in the second generation of the same pedigree line were 2-years-old at examination with none of these animals affected at the time of this study. The most common presenting complaints were a unilateral change in ocular appearance (5 of 7 dogs) and subjective vision impairment (4 of 7 dogs). The most common clinical sign upon ophthalmic examination was iridodonesis (unilateral 4 of 7 dogs; bilateral 3 of 7 dogs) and the presence of an aphakic crescent (3 of 7 dogs). Gonioscopy and tonometry of severely affected eyes revealed a narrow or closed iridocorneal angle and ocular hypertension. This study suggests that primary lens luxation does occur in the Chinese Shar Pei, resembling the clinical condition (age of onset, clinical signs) previously described in the terrier breeds, the Border Collie, and the Tibetan Terrier. Application of the phenotypic findings in this study to a Mendelian genetic model of inheritance suggests that primary lens luxation in the Chinese Shar Pei is inherited as a simple autosomal recessive trait. 相似文献

Sea stars or starfish (class Asteroidea) and holothurians or sea cucumbers (class Holothuroidea), belonging to the phylum Echinodermata (echinoderms), are characterized by different sets of glycosidic metabolites: the steroid type in starfish and the triterpene type in holothurians. However, herein we report the isolation of eight new triterpene glycosides, pacificusosides D–K (1–3, 5–9) along with the known cucumarioside D (4), from the alcoholic extract of the Far Eastern starfish Solaster pacificus. The isolated new compounds are closely related to the metabolites of sea cucumbers, and their structures of 1–3 and 5–9 were determined by extensive NMR and ESIMS techniques. Compounds 2, 5, and 8 have a new type of tetrasaccharide chain with a terminal non-methylated monosaccharide unit. Compounds 3, 6, and 9 contain another new type of tetrasaccharide chain, having 6-O-SO3-Glc as one of the sugar units. The cytotoxic activity of 1–9 against non-cancerous mouse epidermal cells JB6 Cl41 and human melanoma cell lines SK-MEL-2, SK-MEL-28, and RPMI-7951 was determined by MTS assay. Compounds 1, 3, 4, 6, and 9 showed potent cytotoxicity against these cell lines, but the cancer selectivity (SI > 9) was observed only against the SK-MEL-2 cell line. Compounds 1, 3, 4, 6, and 9 at the non-toxic concentration of 0.1 μM significantly inhibited neoplastic cell transformation of JB6 Cl41 cells induced by chemical carcinogens (EGF, TPA) or ionizing radiation (X-rays and UVB). Moreover, compounds 1 and 4 at the non-toxic concentration of 0.1 µM possessed the highest inhibiting activity on colony formation among the investigated compounds and decreased the colonies number of SK-MEL-2 cells by 64% and 70%, respectively. This report describes three cases of bilateral macrophakia in 3-, 5-, and 9-year-old cats, respectively. All cats were presented because of visual deficits. Ophthalmic examination revealed macrophakia (the vitreous was replaced by the lens) and retinal changes (tapetal hyper-reflectivity, attenuation of retinal vessels, and retinal folds) in all cats. In addition, bilateral subconjunctival orbital fat prolapse in one cat and microphthalmos in another cat were present. Total creatine kinase (CK) and CK-MM isoforms were determined in plasma and longissimus dorsi muscle extracts from normal pigs. Based on their total CK activity, the pigs were divided into two groups. Pigs of group 1 (n=16) had a mean plasma total CK of 298±16 U/L and the distribution of the CK-MM isoforms was 65.7±2.5% CK-MM3, 18.9±1.6% CK-MM2 and 15.3±1.5% CK-MM. In group 2 (n=18; 826±75 U/L total CK) four isoforms were observed: 3.1±0.9% CK-MM, 67.9±3.0% CK-MM3, 21.5±2.3% CK-MM2 and 7.5±1.3% CK-MM1. The differences between the two groups of pigs were significant (p<0.001) for CK-MM1 and the presence of CK-MM. Four CK-MM isoforms were also detected in longissimus dorsi muscle homogenates: 45.6±8.1% CK-MM, 32.6±11.7% CK-MM3, 16.6±2.3% CK-MM2 and 5.1±2.8% CK-MM1. The release of CK-MM isoforms from muscle into plasma seems to be unrelated to the concentration of these isoforms in striated muscle. 相似文献

[目的]探索便携式X荧光分析仪应用于环境应急监测中的可行性。[方法]采用X荧光分析法选择《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618—1995)中重点监测的Cd、Hg、As、Pb、Cr进行标准样品分析,进行现场实测与实验室样品分析,研究该方法测定这5种重金属的准确度和精密度。[结果]X荧光分析法测定土壤标准物质的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.77%~22.90%。现场样品实测相对偏差(RD)为-42.00%~18.10%,其中Cr的RD较小,为-21.20%~10.50%;As的RD较大,为-42.00%~18.10%。[结论]便携式X荧光分析仪在土壤重金属环境应急监测中具有一定指导作用。 相似文献
