[目的]对5种常见坚果壳的元素组成、纤维素含量和结晶度进行分析。[方法]采用X射线衍射技术按照高度法、切线法、分峰面积法3种方法对坚果壳中的纤维素的结晶度进行了分析,采用X射线光电子能谱技术对坚果壳的成分和原子比进行了分析。[结果]X射线衍射测试结果表明,板栗、花生、瓜子、夏威夷果和核桃皮层纤维素的结晶度不同,结晶度变化趋势相同;X射线光电子能谱测试结果表明,这5种坚果壳主要是由C、O、N、Si元素组成,成分含量有差异。夏威夷果壳的结晶度最大,板栗壳原料纤维素结晶度最小;花生中的氮元素含量最高,原子百分比达到3.78%,花生中的O/C和N/C比值最大,分别达到0.29和0.05,Si/C原子比最高的是花生壳。[结论]该研究结果可为硬果壳的综合开发利用提供依据。  相似文献

目的研究低剂量与常规剂量螺旋CT在检测肺结节的数目、肺结节内部与周边特征上是否有显著差异。方法对常规剂量(200 mA)与层厚(10 mm)扫描中发现肺结节患者再进行常规剂量5 mm层厚及低剂量(25 mA)5 mm、10 mm层厚共4次螺旋CT扫描,再按<5 mm、5~10 mm、>10 mm不同大小分组记录结节数目,并记录结节形状、内部特征以及边缘特点。最后采用χ2检验分析低剂量扫描以及常规剂量扫描各组间结节的数目及其内部、周边结构的差异是否有统计学意义。结果低剂量与常规剂量螺旋CT 5 mm、10 mm层厚扫描在检测肺结节的数目、肺结节内部与周边特征无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论25 mA低剂量螺旋CT扫描可对肺结节的质与量可做出良好判定,值得在人群普查、肺结节复查中推广应用。  相似文献

A convenient method was developed to diagnose pancreatic degenerative atrophy (PDA) in small animal practice based on the observations, that feeding crude soybean increases faecal protease activity in dogs with normal pancreatic function, while PDA-dogs remain completely negative in faecal protease activity.When PDA is suspected, 1 or 2 faecal samples should be investigated with the X-ray film method based on incubation for 2 h at 37°G. If any activity is seen the dog should be considered non-PDA. If no activity is seen the dog should be given food supplemented with 1 g crude soybean/kg body weight twice daily for a few days and a new faecal sample should be collected. If the activity remains negative the diagnosis of PDA is reliable.As the amount of crude soybean in the food increased, a dose dependent increase of faecal protease and amylase was seen as measured with the radial enzyme diffusion method (RED).  相似文献

This study evaluated the surgical outcome and complications of phacoemulsification and the implantation of an acryl foldable intraocular lens (IOL) with a squared edge in dogs with cataracts. Thirty-two eyes from 26 dogs were examined. The mean follow up period was 75.9 days ranging from 23 to 226 days. The complications after phacoemulsification were posterior capsular opacity (PCO) around the IOL (n = 11), ocular hypertension (n = 4), focal posterior synechia (n = 4), hyphema (n = 3) and corneal ulcer (n = 2). The complications associated with the IOL were decenteration of the optic (n = 2) and ventral haptic displacement (n = 1). Most cases of PCO were found only around the margin of the IOL, and all eyes had vision during the observation period. In conclusion, the implantation of an acryl-foldable lens with a squared edge at the time of phacoemulsification is an effective method for preserving the central visual field of dogs with cataract.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The objective of this retrospective study was to report the incidence of posterior capsule disruption during routine phacoemulsification and to document the postoperative outcomes and complications in eyes with posterior capsule disruption compared with eyes with intact posterior capsules. PROCEDURES: Records of 143 dogs (244 eyes) were reviewed. Data collected included whether the posterior capsule was disrupted, whether the disruption was planned or accidental, whether an intraocular lens was implanted, and visual outcome. Records were reviewed for postoperative complications. Intraocular lens implantation rates, complication rates, and visual outcomes were compared between intact and disrupted posterior capsule groups using Chi-square analyses. RESULTS: The posterior capsule was disrupted in 33/244 eyes (14%). Planned capsulotomies accounted for 36% of the disruptions. Intraocular lenses were implanted in 76% of eyes without a disruption of the posterior capsule and in 31% of eyes with a posterior capsule disruption. Intraocular lenses were more likely to be implanted in eyes with a planned disruption of the posterior capsule (7/12; 58%) than in eyes with an accidental disruption (3/20; 15%). There were no significant differences in postoperative complications or visual outcome between eyes with posterior capsule disruption and those without. CONCLUSIONS: The most significant complication of posterior capsule disruption during phacoemulsification is the inability to implant an intraocular lens. Intraocular lenses are more likely to be placed in eyes with intentional disruptions of the posterior capsule than those with accidental ruptures.  相似文献

Secondary glaucomas in the dog in North America   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
OBJECTIVE: To determine the prevalence of secondary glaucomas in dogs associated with cataract formation, lens luxation or displacement, cataract surgery, uveitis, hyphema and intraocular neoplasia. METHODS: Information was obtained from the Veterinary Medical Data Base (VMDB) from all veterinary medical teaching hospitals in North America from March 1964 to March 2003. Secondary glaucomas were diagnosed at the same examination or after the primary diagnosis was made, and included those associated with cataract formation, lens luxation, cataract surgery, uveitis of unknown cause, hyphema of unknown cause, and intraocular neoplasia. The data were evaluated by decade, breed, gender and age of presentation. RESULTS: A total of 1 592 831 dogs were presented, and 9695 canine secondary glaucomas. Secondary glaucoma associated with cataract formation represented 81% of all the canine secondary glaucomas. Breeds (n = 7890 dogs) predisposed to secondary glaucoma and cataracts had an overall prevalence of 0.5%, but nearly 20% of all the cataractous dogs developed secondary glaucoma in at least one eye. For the years 1994-2003, these breeds included the American Cocker Spaniel; Boston Terrier; Toy, Miniature and Standard Poodle; English Springer Spaniel; Bichon Frise; and Labrador Retriever. The other forms of secondary glaucoma occurred less frequently, and included those glaucomas with lens luxation or displacement (779 dogs; 12.0%), postcataract surgery (528 dogs; 5.1%), with uveitis from unknown cause (399 dogs; 7.1%), with hyphema from unknown cause (117 dogs; 7.3%), and with intraocular neoplasia (19 dogs; 3.5%). The risk of the secondary glaucomas from 1984 to 2002 was highest after the intracapsular lens extraction (ICLE), less in the extracapsular technique (ECLE), and lowest for the phacoemulsification/phacofragmentation method. CONCLUSION: Prevalence of the canine secondary glaucomas ranges from 0.25% (1964-1973), 0.46% (1974-1983), 0.79% (1984-1993), to 0.80% (1994-2003) and are as frequent as the primary or breed-related glaucomas during these same time periods.  相似文献

 Vermicomposting is an eco-biotechnological process that transforms energy-rich and complex organic substances into a stabilized humus-like product. In a laboratory experiment, Eisenia fetida (Sav.) earthworms were employed to process putrescible sewage sludges into a high-value biofertilizer, very rich in urease activity and humic-urease complexes (stabilized extracellular enzymes). Extracellular humic-urease complexes were extracted by a single 24-h extraction at 37  °C using neutral pyrophosphate (0.1 M); then, the extracts were dialysed and characterized by means of an analytical isoelectric focusing technique. This technique gave a multiplicity of humic bands enzymatically active, with isoelectric points ranging from 4.8 to 5.6. The results demonstrated that, after an 18-week incubation period, sewage sludge had undergone a biochemical evolution, which caused a doubling of absolute urease activity and a six-fold increase in specific activity (activity with reference to the humic C fraction). The biochemical evolution of the vermicompost was evaluated also from the sharp decrease in pyrophosphate-extractable C and water-soluble C. Stabilization of organic C during vermicomposting and the activity of humic-urease complexes expressed at low pH values are of extreme importance when organic wastes are used in acid soils for biochemical restoration purposes.  The unintentional introduction of a new earthworm species (Aporrectodea nocturna) into a Swiss pre-alpine meadow resulted in a great increase in earthworm density in the newly colonized area (386 m–2) compared with the density observed in the natural area (273 m–2) where an earthworm community was already present. To investigate the impact of this introduction on the burrow systems, eight soil cores (length 25 cm, diameter 16 cm) were taken (four in the colonized area and four in the natural area) and analysed with computer-assisted X-ray tomography. The resulting images were processed to obtain the 3D-skeleton reconstructions of the earthworm burrow systems. Due to high variability in these burrow systems, only slight differences were observed between the two areas. The total burrow length and the mean burrow lengths tended to be greater in the colonized area. Moreover, the distribution of pore numbers with depth showed different patterns with a maximum for depths between 10 cm and 15 cm in the colonized area and a maximum for depths between 20 cm and 25 cm in the natural area. These differences may have been related to: (1) the particular behaviour of A. nocturna, which was observed to cast at the surface in this site, and (2) the predominance of juvenile earthworms around the colonization front. These differences were sufficient to create significant effects on the continuity of the burrow systems (assessed by the number of different pathways between virtual horizontal planes) for the two areas. X ray computer tomography for the measurement of triaxial stresses within a low atomic order material is presented to aim at the shortcoming of conventional X ray stress analysis and AST2001 X ray stress analyzer of USA. The device for X ray computer tomography of residual stresses and the measurement theory is discussed. The computer procedure for the measurement of X ray computer tomography is designed. With the diffraction data provided, complete triaxial stresses of an arbitrary point on the surface of and within material investigated can be evaluated. The stress tensors, stress gradients and stress free lattice spacing of material investigated can also be calculated.
