为指导消费者选购整体营养价值高的鲜牛奶,以及优化鲜牛奶供给结构,本文借鉴瑞典锁孔(Keyhole)标识、较健康选择标志、指引星标签、选择标识、NuVal评分标签的营养素度量法以及评价鲜牛奶的营养成分、信息显示形式等国外实践经验,构建富含营养素食物(NRF)9.3模型,对《中国食物成分表》(第6版第2册)收录的鲜牛奶(全脂,光明鲜牛奶)、鲜牛奶(全脂,现代牧场鲜牛奶)、鲜牛奶(全脂,完达山鲜牛乳)、鲜牛奶(全脂,辉山鲜博士鲜牛奶)、鲜牛奶(全脂,一鸣鲜牛奶)、鲜牛奶(全脂,新希望千岛湖牧场鲜牛奶)6种鲜牛奶营养数据开展营养评价。结果发现,6种鲜牛奶的NRF 9.3值均大于0,每418.4 kJ的鼓励性营养成分含量均高于限制性营养成分含量,但这些鲜牛奶间的营养价值差别不大。虽然6种鲜牛奶适用于评分、评级FOP标签方案,但鲜牛奶仅能以2~3星级展示,不及评分的区分度高,更适合采用评分型方案。 相似文献

以东魁杨梅为试材,研究简易自发气调贮藏(MA)和充氮气调贮藏(NA)条件下,杨梅贮藏小环境中气体成分的变化和对贮藏效果的影响。结果表明:在MA中,乙烯浓度在2d达到高峰;O2前4d浓度急剧下降,后维持在2.48%至1.78%;CO2一直呈上升趋势,试验过程浓度提高了124.3%。在NA中,乙烯高峰出现时间明显推迟、峰高降低;O2浓度维持在2.28%-1.82%,CO2变化与MA相似,浓度提高了131.3%。MA和NA均有效延缓杨梅鲜果的软化变质,减缓果实硬度和总糖的下降速率。贮藏至16d,NA和MA中果实变质率分别比对照下降31.6%和22.5%,硬度比对照增加25.93%和21.98%,总糖含量处理与对照无明显差异。 相似文献

This work describes a process approach to study the oil leakage phenomenon in feeds for large Trout. Using a pilot vacuum coater, four experimental coating parameters were studied (stirring speed, pressure, filling rate, and time needed to restore atmospheric pressure) through an experimental design. The properties measured on the coated pellets were the oil leakage rate and three other important usage properties, i.e. durability, hardness, and floatability. The coating conditions had a significant influence on oil leakage rate, varying at 40 °C from 2.7 % to 1.2 % depending on the coating conditions used. Finally, the vacuum level was the most effective factor in reducing leakage. The effectiveness of vacuum (V) treatment alone and in combination with an oxygen absorber (V + A) for suppression of grain infestation by Sitophilus granarius L. were compared under laboratory conditions. The effectiveness of the treatment methods was evaluated at different temperatures (15, 25 °C) and exposure times (7, 14, 21, 28 days). We evaluated both the effects on adults present in grain interspaces and hidden infestations within the kernels in terms of treatment time separately. Adults of S. granarius present in grain interspaces were more susceptible to both treatments than hidden infestations developing within kernels. At 25 °C, total mortality of adults in grain interspaces was achieved after 10 days of exposure whereas total suppression of hidden infestations was achieved after 3 weeks. Higher temperature and longer exposure correlated with a greater effectiveness of the tested treatments. The addition of an oxygen absorber to the vacuum treatment (V + A) showed the general tendency of improving the effectiveness of the vacuum treatment on suppression of hidden infestations; significant differences between the V + A and V treatments were prominent primarily at the lower temperature tested. Reduction of hidden infestation was achieved after 3 weeks of exposure to V + A treatment (99.8%) and after 4 weeks of V treatment (95.8%) at 15 °C. 相似文献
