The carmine spider mite Tetranychus cinnabarinus is the most serious of crop mite pests in China. Their ability to rapidly develop resistance to acaricides has caused difficulty in controlling this mite. In this study, the molecular mechanism of acaricide resistance associated with esterase genes TCE1 and TCE2 was investigated in susceptible and acaricide-resistant strains of T. cinnabarinus. The quantitative real-time PCR (qrtPCR) method was adopted to compare the expression level of two esterase genes TCE1 and TCE2 among four different strains (abamectin-resistant, AbR; fenpropathrin-resistant, FeR; omethoate-resistant, OmR and susceptible strains, S) of T. cinnabarinus. The relative expression level of TCE2 was 1.39-2.47 fold in the three resistant strains compared with the S strain. And after inducing with abamectin, fenpropathrin, and omethoate the highest expression level of TCE2 in the S was 1.64-, 2.92- and 2.24-fold compared with the control, respectively, and this difference was found to be significant. However, there was no obvious difference of the mRNA relative expression levels of TCE1 genes among the four strains, and those of TCE1 were not higher than the control throughout the study. Furthermore, the expression modes of TCE1 and TCE2 in AbR and FeR were similar with that in the S after being treated with abamectin and fenpropathrin, respectively. These results indicated that the enhanced expression of esterase gene TCE2 was associated with acaricide-resistance in T.cinnabarinus.  相似文献

为明确草栖钝绥螨Amblyseius herbicolus对二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae的控制潜能,在温度分别为19、22、25、28和31℃、相对湿度均为(85±5)%、光周期均为16 L∶8 D条件下测定草栖钝绥螨对二斑叶螨各螨态的捕食偏好性、捕食功能反应及自身干扰反应。结果表明,草栖钝绥螨对二斑叶螨幼螨和第1若螨具有嗜食性,对其捕食选择系数分别为2.22和1.27,均大于1.00,对二斑叶螨卵、第2若螨和雌成螨捕食选择系数分别为0.61、0.68和0.22,均小于1.00。在不同温度条件下,草栖钝绥螨对二斑叶螨各螨态的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型;在19~31℃范围内,草栖钝绥螨对二斑叶螨各螨态的瞬时攻击率、最大日捕食量和捕食能力均随着温度升高呈先升高后降低的趋势,在28℃时达到最大值;而草栖钝绥螨对二斑叶螨各螨态的处理时间随着温度升高呈先缩短后延迟的趋势,在28℃下处理时间最短。在相同温度下,草栖钝绥螨对二斑叶螨卵、幼螨和第1若螨的捕食作用较强。在有限的捕食空间和二斑叶螨密度固定的条件下,草栖钝绥螨单头捕食量和捕食作用率随其自身密度的增加而逐渐下降,说...  相似文献

通过室内选择性测定和田间试验,评价了沼液对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的防治效果。结果表明,沼液对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊表现出一定的驱避活性,对幼虫的驱避率、拒食率分别达55.30%、53.81%,雌雄成虫选择反应率分别为33.2%、30.5%,对雌虫产卵驱避率为36.82%。田间试验结果表明,以沼液∶水(1∶1)处理幼虫、成虫,随着时间的延长防效逐渐提高,处理后45d防效达到最大,分别为43.16%、56.50%。  相似文献

Detoxification by cytochrome P450 monooxygenases is an important mechanism involved in pesticide resistance in insects and mites. The activity of these enzymes can be induced by a variety of chemicals. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of six P450 inducers (phenobarbital, barbital, 3-methylcholanthrene, geraniol, isosafrole, pentamethylbenzene), known to have an inducing activity in insects and mammals, on the O-deethylation activity in the two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae. Treatment with barbital, phenobarbital and geraniol resulted in a dose-dependent increase in activity. Neither 3-methylcholanthrene, isosafrole nor pentamethylbenzene were effective inducers. Time course studies showed that induction by geraniol and barbital started rapidly within a period of 1-4 h after initiation of the treatment, while maximal activity was reached within 4 and 48 h, respectively. In addition, it was shown that induction with xenobiotic compounds can alter the monooxygenase-mediated acaricide tolerance in a susceptible strain of T. urticae. Although barbital induced higher levels of P450 activity, geraniol proved to be a better compound to decrease toxicity of the tested acaricides.  相似文献

组建并分析了辣椒上二斑叶螨实验种群生命表。在 23℃恒温条件下 ,种群的内禀增长力rm 为0.1510,周限增长率λ为1.1630/d ,净增殖率Ro为29.1497代 ,平均世代周期T为 22.3291d ,种群增长一倍需要的时间t为4.59d。在稳定种群年龄分布中 ,未成熟期占总量的88.9444% ,成熟期占11.0506%。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Three groups of natural enemies are fundamental in citrus IPM in Spain: coccinellid and phytoseiid predators and hymenopteran parasitoids. Tetranychus urticae Koch is an important pest affecting citrus, for which biological control has not yet been achieved; therefore, acaricides are commonly used to control it. The goal of this study was to measure the efficacy of different acaricides on this mite and their side effects on three natural enemies relevant for citrus (Cryptolaemus montrouzieri Mulsant, Neoseiulus californicus McGregor and Aphidius colemani Viereck).RESULTS: Some products proved highly effective against T. urticae and harmless to A. colemani (mineral oil, tebufenpyrad, clofentezine and fenazaquin). However, almost all products tested were slightly harmful for both the predators considered. Fenazaquin was even moderately harmful for N. californicus. CONCLUSION: Further studies, like that presented here, are necessary to gain a better understanding of integrating biological and chemical controls. When considering both efficacy and side effects on beneficial arthropods, the best options would seem to be mineral oil, tebufenpyrad and clofentezine. However, it is urgent to complete testing of the side effects of the acaricides used in citrus. This question is crucial if the fact that two recently introduced Tetranychidae are being controlled in citrus by chemical means exclusively is considered.  相似文献

采用微卫星标记法,对二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch)敏感品系(S)和室内筛选的4个抗性品系(抗甲氰菊酯品系、抗四螨嗪品系、抗螺虫乙酯品系、抗哒螨灵品系)进行微卫星DNA多态性分析。结果表明,二斑叶螨4个抗性品系显示出微卫星DNA 多态性。引物Tu11在相似系数0.80处将5个二斑叶螨品系区分开。引物Tu1在相似系数0.70处将5个二斑叶螨品系区分开。微卫星DNA多态性虽不能定位抗性基因,但可结合聚类分析软件,为二斑叶螨对甲氰菊酯、四螨嗪、螺虫乙酯、哒螨灵抗性快速分子检测技术提供依据,指导二斑叶螨田间抗药性监测及抗药性治理。  相似文献

在实验室内用5%增效浏阳霉素乳油1000倍液防治截形叶螨,24小时后的死亡率为95.5%。对三氯杀螨醇有较强抗性的二斑叶螨和朱砂叶螨,48小时后的死亡率也达90%左右。浏阳霉素对3种叶螨均无杀卵作用,但施药5~6天后,对初孵幼螨仍能杀死90%以上。低温能降低浏阳霉素的药效。在温室中施药一周后。对二斑叶螨的雌成螨无残效,但幼螨和前若螨的死亡率可达97.4%。以磷酸兰苯酯作增效剂的浏阳霉素比亚磷酸三苯酯作增效剂的药效好。在同一剂量下,对二斑叶螨的死亡率分别为98.2%和53.4%。5%浏阳霉素的1000倍液对智利植绥螨成螨的生存率、在叶上的定居率及着卵量均无影响。在温室栽培月季上喷药1次防治二斑叶螨,36天后防治效果仍保持在99%,而用三氯杀螨醇和敌敌畏防治,施药一周后需再次防治。  相似文献
