[目的] 确定降解菌W2对土壤中异噁草酮的最优生物修复条件。[方法] 采用3因素5水平正交旋转组合设计,室外盆栽生物测定方法,研究降解菌W2接种量、土壤含水量和肥料添加量3种田间可控因子对降解菌W2修复异噁草酮污染土壤效果的影响。[结果] 确定修复条件的优化数学回归模型为:y=62.363 9+5.872 8×C1-4.494 1×C2C3-1.262 1×C21-4.076 7×C22,不同因子对土壤修复影响大小顺序依次为土壤含水量、肥料添加量、降解菌W2接种量。[结论] 降解菌W2对土壤中异噁草酮的最优生物修复条件为:降解菌W2接种量8.19~11.81 mL/kg(A650=0.4),土壤含水量18.6%~20.84%,肥料添加量1.83~2.52 g/kg。在此范围内降解菌W2对异噁草酮有效成分浓度为500 μg/kg的风干土壤30 d后的降解率可达60%以上,可接近该修复天数的理论极值65.56%。 相似文献

烟草内生短短芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及对烟草青枯病的防效 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
在烟草青枯病区采取健康烟草植株,从其茎杆内分离到2株对烟草青枯拉尔氏菌(Ralstonia solanacarum)有强拮抗作用的内生菌株009和011。形态观察、生理生化鉴定及16S rDNA序列比对结果表明,菌株009和011均归属为Brevi-bacillus brevis,009、011菌株与B. brevis(AY591911)相似性分别为99.5%和99.0%,GenBank登录号分别为DQ444284、DQ444285。生长特性研究结果表明,它们的最适生长pH值分别为6.5、7.5,最适生长温度分别为25、30℃。温室内用淋根法分别先接种009和011菌株,后接种病原菌,其防效分别为87.25%和52.30%。用009和011菌液分别和烟草青枯病菌的混合液淋根,其防效明显低于前者。田间小区试验结果表明,011菌株的防效明显高于009菌株和农用链霉素。 相似文献

马铃薯内生细菌的分离及环腐病拮抗菌的筛选鉴定 总被引:26,自引:1,他引:26
本研究从大同、太原和内蒙古等地采集马铃薯块茎,分离到240株内生细菌,通过离体抑菌作用测定,共得到55株对环腐病菌有拮抗作用的菌株,占菌株总数的22.9%,抑菌圈半径最大的可达13 mm。按抑菌圈半径大小将拮抗菌分为强、中、弱三类。从中筛选出9个对环腐病等病菌具有较强拮抗作用的内生菌株进行了细菌学鉴定,结果表明:118为荧光假单胞生物型V (Pseudomonas fluorescens biovar V);110为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus);085为嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌(Bacillus stearothermophilus);069为草生欧文氏菌(Erwinia herbicola);043为草莓黄单胞菌(Xanthomonas fragariae);A-10'、T3为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus);H1-6为荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens);116为短小杆菌属(Curtobacterium)。 相似文献

Soils(Leptosols or Epileptic Regosols)with lithic contact at a depth of 50 cm occupy almost 20%of the Brazilian semi-arid region.These lithic soils are susceptible to erosion due to faster saturation of water-holding capacity during rainfall,which accelerates the beginning of runoff.However,erosion traits of lithic soils in the semi-arid region of Brazil are less studied.The aim of this study was to characterize the soil and landscape attributes in areas with Neossolos Litólicos(Entisols)in the Caatinga biome to identify region of high susceptibility to erosion.Results showed that the soils were characterized by a sandy texture,soil structure with poor development and low content of organic carbon.These attributes increase susceptibility to erosion and reduce water storage capacity,especially in the states of Cearáand Sergipe.In these states,the content of rock fragments in the soil reaches 790 g/kg.High contents of silt and fine sand,high silt/clay ratio,predominance of Leptosols and strong rainfall erosivity were observed in Piauíand northwestern Ceará.A very high degree of water erosion was observed in the states of Pernambuco and Paraíba.Despite the low degree of erosion observed in the state of Bahia,it is highly susceptible to erosion due to the predominance of very shallow soils,rugged relief and high values of rainfall erosivity.Lower vulnerability was observed in the state of Alagoas because of its more smoothed relief,greater effective soil depth,thicker A horizon of soil and lower rainfall erosivity.In general,the characteristics that intensify the susceptibility to erosion in the Caatinga biome are those soil structures with poor development or without aggregation,low contents of organic carbon,high contents of silt and fine sand,high values of silt/clay ratio and rugged relief in some regions.This study collected information contributing to a better characterization of soils with lithic contact in the semi-arid region of Brazil.In addition,regions with a higher susceptibility to erosion were identified,revealing insights that could help develop strategies for environmental risk mitigation. 相似文献

试验选取1日龄罗曼蛋公雏250只,随机分为5组,试验组饲料或饮水中分别添加海藻糖(500mg/kg)、海藻胶(600mg/kg)、大豆寡糖(500mg/kg)、圆葱寡糖(500mg/d)。结果表明,四种低聚糖均可促进肠道乳酸菌及双歧杆菌的生长繁殖,对魏氏梭菌的生长呈现抑制作用。海藻糖、海藻胶对降低大肠粪便NH3—N含量效果不显著(P>0.05),而大豆寡糖效果显著(P<0.05),圆葱寡糖效果极显著(P<0.01)。 相似文献

Pseudomonas fluorescens are known bacterial pathogens in fish. The P. fluorescens group contains at least nine different bacterial species, although species from fish have rarely been differentiated. Two isolated fish kills affecting wild bluegills, Lepomis macrochirus Rafinesque, and pumpkinseed sunfish, Lepomis gibbosus (Linnaeus), occurred in the spring of 2015 during cool water temperatures (12.5°C–15.5°C). Disease signs included severe bacteraemia with rare gross external signs. Pure bacterial cultures isolated from kidneys of all affected fish were identified as P. fluorescens using the API 20NE system, while no bacteria were isolated from asymptomatic fish. To further identify the species of bacterium within the P. fluorescens complex, genetic analysis of the 16S rRNA, rpoD and gyrB genes was conducted. DNA sequences of bacterial isolates from both mortality events were identical and had close identity (≥99.7%) to Pseudomonas mandelii. Although likely widespread in the aquatic environment, this is the first report of a bacterium closely resembling P. mandelii infecting and causing disease in fish. The bacterium grew at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, but not at 37°C. It is possible that infections in fish were a result of immunosuppression associated with spring conditions combined with the psychrotrophic nature of the bacterium. 相似文献
