半干旱栽培稻田不同秸秆覆盖材料的产量效应   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用田间观测的方法,分析了不同覆盖材料对半干旱栽培条件下杂交水稻田间茎蘖数、干物质积累和土壤水分的影响,探讨了不同覆盖材料的产量效应。结果表明:(1)在川西北丘陵旱区进行秸秆覆盖有利于增加非灌溉期田间土壤贮水量,提高田间茎蘖数;秸秆腐烂所释放的养分,缓解了稻田磷钾供应相对不足的现状,有效提高了杂交稻的结实率、有效穗数和千粒重;覆盖处理稻田0~0.5 m土层贮水量较不覆盖处理增加2%~13%,田间茎蘖数增加4%~15%,有效穗数增加4%~8%,结实率增加3%~7%,千粒重增加0.6%~1.7%。(2)在灌溉水源没有保证的丘陵旱区,将半干旱栽培与秸秆覆盖相结合,可有效提高杂交水稻产量。冈优725和D优363实收产量平均值在油菜荚壳覆盖、麦草覆盖和麦糠覆盖处理下分别较对照增加10.2%、7.0%和7.7%。  相似文献

Aphanomyces euteiches causes severe root rot of peas. Resistance is limited in commercial pea cultivars. Real-time fluorescent PCR assay specific for A. euteiches was used to study the relationship between disease severity and pathogen DNA content in infected peas. Five pea genotypes ranging in levels of resistance were inoculated with five isolates of A. euteiches. Plants were visually rated for disease development and the amount of pathogen DNA in roots was determined using the PCR assay. The susceptible genotypes Genie, DSP and Bolero tended to have significantly more disease and more pathogen DNA than the resistant genotypes 90-2079 and PI 180693. PI 180693 consistently had less disease, while 90-2079 had the lowest amount of pathogen DNA. The Spearman correlation between pathogen DNA quantity and disease development was positive and significant (P < 0.05) for three isolates, but was not significant for two other isolates. This suggests that the real-time PCR assay may have limited application as a selection tool for resistance in pea to A. euteiches. Its utility as a selection tool would be dependent on the correlation between disease development and pathogen DNA content for a given pathogen isolate. The accuracy and specificity of the real-time PCR assay suggests considerable application for the assay in the study of mechanisms of disease resistance and the study of microbial population dynamics in plants.  相似文献

运用柯赫氏法则对中华蚊母上发生的一种病害进行了验证,并在室内培养基上测试了4种常用杀菌剂(75%百菌清WP、80%多菌灵WP、70%代森锰锌WP和250 g/L阿米西达)对该病原菌的抑菌效果.结果表明:该病害为中华蚊母叶部的一种新病害;初步定为中华蚊母炭疽病,病原菌为半知菌亚门刺盘孢属的胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioids).4种杀菌剂中,以75%百菌清WP抑菌效果最好,80%多菌灵WP和250 g/L阿米西这次之,70%代森锰锌WP最差.  相似文献

AIM:To observe changes of serum asymmetry dimethylarginine (ADMA) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels,which reflect blood vessel endothelial function,after therapy of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP) in patients who had taken percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stent.METHODS:Fifty one coronary heart disease patients (all of them had taken percutaneous tranluminal coronary angioplasty and stent) were distributed into two groups by matching them with ratio of 1∶2,17 patients in EECP group and 34 patients in control group.Both of two groups were given conventional medicine,in addition,EECP group was undertaken three courses of treatment of EECP.ADMA was detected by HPLC-fluorescence method,and ET-1 was detected by radio-immunity method.RESULTS:In EECP group ,compared with prior treatment,ADMA and ET-1 levels was obviously reduced (P<0.05).In control group,compared with prior treatment,ADMA had no significant difference (P>0.05) and ET-1 was higher (P<0.01).Compared between two groups,extent of decrease in ADMA and ET-1 levels in EECP group were more obvious than control group (P<0.01).Improvement of angina and decrease of frequency of angina was more obvious in EECP group than control group.Besides,decrease of ADMA level was positive correlation with them (r=0.85,0.70,respectively P<0.01).CONCLUSION:EECP reduces serum ADMA and ET-1 levels by increasing shear stress to vessel endothelium in coronary heart disease patients who had taken percutaneous tranluminal coronary angioplasty.It hints that EECP can improve endothelial function and provides experimental evidence for the combined treatment of coronary heart disease.  相似文献

测定了具有不同抗性水平的5个豇豆Vigna sesquipdalis Wight品种在受锈菌Uromyces vignae Barcl侵染前和侵染后的若干阶段中的多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,并分析其与抗性的关系.结果表明,在接种后24h内,免疫和抗病品种的PPO比活性及其变化率均高于感病品种,且前者PPO比活性变化率高峰出现早,后者出现迟.在接种后,各品种的POD比活性及其变化率均上升,但中抗和感病品种的高峰出现早,免疫和高抗品种出现晚.此外,中抗和感病品种的POD比活性及其变化率在接种12h左右出现高峰后立即下降,而高抗品种的则持续上升至24h左右出现高峰,免疫品种的POD比活性也在24h左右出现高峰,但其POD比活性变化率则持续到48h左右达到高峰,且免疫和抗病品种的峰值明显大于感病品种.  相似文献

野生稻与栽培稻的杂种后代对褐稻虱的抗性机制初探   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
为了开拓抗虫基因源,培育抗性稳定的水稻抗虫品种,采用感虫的栽培稻雄性不育株为母本,以高抗褐稻虱的野生稻为父本进行有性杂交。通过用改良的苗期群体筛选法,对其后代进行抗性鉴定,证实其抗性可以遗传,已成功地获得了抗褐稻虱的杂种后代。并根据飞虱在抗虫植株上的生存率、群体建立、蜜露量和稻株的受害级别等指标与感虫对照种TN1上的差异显著性作比较,综合评定杂种后代对褐稻虱的抗性机制。结果表明,测试的N482(A)/101392组合的F_5、F_6、F_7和H_4等几个后代对褐稻虱的抗性机制均为抗生性。  相似文献

Resistance to plant disease is often specific and metabolites and receptors contributing to this specificity may have specific structures. However, simple, structurally-unrelated compounds induce systemic resistance in unrelated plants to diverse pathogens including fungi, bacteria and viruses. Both resistance and induced systemic resistance (ISR) are associated with the rapid accumulation of the same structurally unrelated putative defense compounds that have diverse functions. It has been suggested that cultivar (race)-specific resistance is initiated by the specific interaction of a pathogen product (or pathogen induced product) and a plant receptor. However, restricted infection by pathogens can result in ISR and many different compounds can cause ISR. It is thus evident that there are both specific and non-specific routes to the master switch for ISR and there may be more than one master switch. Are reactive oxygen species and free radicals regulating the master switch(es) via both routes? It is also evident there are many switches, other than the master switch. Adding to the complexity of resistance and ISR are the observations that different compounds and pathways may mediate different biochemical resistances. Activation of one of the pathways may antagonize or enhance the activation or effectiveness of another. The review will address these complexities and questions and propose directions of research which require high priority. Factors which encourage and suppress the application of ISR in agriculture will also be addressed.  相似文献

小麦条锈病是小麦生产上重要的气传叶部病害。不断发掘和利用新抗源是持续控制条锈病流行危害的重要基础研究工作。‘老白麦’是我国小麦农家品种,对我国当前主要流行小种和致病类型均表现为高抗水平。本研究采用常规杂交分析方法,对‘老白麦’及其与感病品种‘Taichung 29’的杂交后代在成株期和苗期分别接种CYR32号小种和CYR33号小种,进行抗条锈性鉴定和统计分析。结果表明,‘老白麦’对CYR33号小种在苗期和成株期均表现近免疫,其全生育期抗条锈性由1对显性基因控制;对CYR32号小种在成株期表现近免疫,苗期表现高感,成株抗条锈性由1对显性基因控制,属细胞核遗传。研究结果表明‘老白麦’至少含有2对显性抗病基因,分别控制‘老白麦’对CYR33号小种的全生育期抗性和对CYR32号小种的成株抗性。基因推导分析认为‘老白麦’对CYR33的全生育期抗性基因可能为未知新基因。建议在抗病育种中加以有效合理利用,促进小麦品种中抗病基因多样化布局。  相似文献

为明确小麦品种武汉2号和品冬34对小麦条锈菌流行小种的抗病性及抗病遗传规律,用小麦条锈菌生理小种CYR29、CYR31、CYR32、CYR33以及致病类型Su11-4、Su11-5、Su11-11、PST-Ch42在苗期接种小麦品种武汉2号和品冬34进行抗病性鉴定,并用武汉2号和品冬34分别与感病亲本铭贤169进行杂交,对F2群体和F2:3家系在温室进行苗期遗传分析。结果表明:武汉2号对CYR29和CYR32表现感病,对其它小种和致病型均表现抗病,且对CYR31的抗性由1对隐性基因控制;品冬34对所测试的小种和致病类型均表现高抗,且对CYR32的抗性由1对显性基因控制。  相似文献
