动物园的科学发展观与市场化选择

本文从动物园的发展实践中，提出动物园的科学发展观；从发展机遇、体制创新、市场定位、功能发挥、文化建园、开拓市场、科学管理和依法经营8个方面论述了市场经济对我国动物园提出的要求。

21世纪,悄然出现了“形象革命”热潮和“形象消费”、“品牌消费”新概念,中国期刊正行进在品牌竞争的时代。为适应学术期刊发展的品牌化要求,教育部启动了“名刊工程”。丽作为学术期刊重要组成部分和高校核心竞争力重要指标的高校学报,理应做出积极反响。因此,从实践中发掘、探索高校学报独特丽丰富的形象资源,从理论上梳理、构建“高校学报品牌形象系统工程”新理念,不仅有积极的现实意义,更有理论创新价值,从而为充分发挥高校学报形象系统工程的“系统合力”。树立形象意识,打造品牌学报,推动高校学报事业健康、和谐、高效、持续发展,提供理论支撑。     

Research progress and important scientific issues of organ fibrosis

Organ fibrosis is a common pathogenetic change of parenchymal organs under chronic conditions, characterized by increased fibrous connective tissues and reduced parenchymal cells. The essence of renal fibrosis is the "repair of scars" after renal tissue damage. It involves a loss of renal parenchyma cells, activation of myofibroblasts, deposition of extracellular matrix, imbalance of metabolism and abnormal interactions with organs. Hepatic fibrosis is a kind of repair response induced by various chronic hepatic diseases, including viral hepatitis and metabolic liver disease, and it is the common pathological basis of end-stage hepatic disease. Pulmonary fibrosis is a progressive and fatal inflammatory interstitial lung disease, characterized by inflammatory destruction and extracellular matrix deposition. Myocardial fibrosis is a process of pathological repair after a variety of injuries caused by hypertension, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, viral cardiomyopathy, valve disorders, myocardial ischemia, diabetes, obesity and other metabolic abnormalities. Organ fibrosis indicates some common pathogenesis, but the exact mechanisms differ from organs and still need further investigation to identify biomarkers for early diagnosis and to devise drugs specifically for fibrosis. This article comprehensively summarizes the recent developments in organ fibrosis over the last 3 years, including underlying mechanisms and urgent scientific issues remained.     

Externally Pressurized Gas Journal Bearings in Power MEMS of Quasi Gas Power Cycle

An original thermodynamic idea for Power MEMS, which is called as quasi gas power cycle, is proposed to further intensify energy density and simplify structure of Power MEMS. Because gas supply with preset high pressure is set up in the Power MEMS engine of quasi gas power cycle, it is convenient for the Power MEMS engine to employ externally pressurized gas bearings to improve the performance of its bearings. Therefore mal design philosophy and structural type of the hyrostatic journal bearing as well as the hyrostatic thrust bearing in the Power MEMS engine are investigated, considering the limiting factor on meso scale. Then the structural and operational parameters are analyzed, and the optimal designs of typical externally pressurized gas bearings are put forward. Moreover the feasibility of the externally pressurized gas bearings applied to the Power MEMS engine is further verified by the calculation of load-carrying capacity of the hyrostatic gas bearings.

将模糊数学方法用于高校科研项目综合评价，建立综合评价的数学模型，克服了非重要因素及主观因素所占权重较大的缺陷，增强了项目评审的客观性，从而有利于科研经费的合理分配使用；采用计算机进行操作，提高了工作效率，节约了评审经费，在科研管理领域具有更为广阔的应用前景。     

不断强化社会服务功能 建好农林类大学科技园

社会服务功能是大学、也是大学科技园核心竞争力的重要组成部分。西北农林科技大学国家大学科技园在建设中，找准位置，不断强化公益性社会服务功能，以“五个结合”促进“三区并举”，取得了社会效益和经济效益的双赢，为我国农林类大学科技园的可持续发展开辟出了一条特色之路。     

树立科学发展观 加快现代农业建设

现代农业是一个综合的、动态的、发展的概念。根据我国综合农业区划和现代农业发展状况，分别选择四种类型，即外向创汇型、高效集约型、节水旱作型、城郊都市型等基础好、代表性强的县（区）进行现代农业建设。     

中国科技型企业的形成与功能效应分析

描述了我国科技型企业的形成和发展历程，进而对新形势下科技型企业在国家创新体系、科教兴国战略、新型工业化道路、小康目标建设以及行业技术服务这5个领域中的功能与效应进行了分析。     

面向需求的农业科研管理信息系统的研发设计探讨——以宁夏农林科学院为例

为了大力推进精细的科研管理,强化对科研项目和仪器设备的全过程控制,加快科研信息化管理进程,笔者以宁夏农林科学院为例,从科研管理信息系统的目标、性能、角色、功能、业务流程、数据库等方面,对用户需求进行调研,开发设计了农业科研院校科研管理信息系统。
