The effects when adding cyclodextrin‐iodopropane complex (CD‐IP) to a diet, on ruminal fermentation and microbes, digestibility, blood metabolites and methane production, were evaluated using four Holstein steers in a cross‐over design. The steers were fed Sudangrass hay plus concentrate mixture at a ratio 1.5:1, and CD‐IP (1% of dry matter) was given twice daily by mixing with concentrate mixture. Rumen and blood samples were collected at 0, 2, and 5 h after morning dosing. Ruminal pH and numbers of protozoa were unaffected by CD‐IP treatment. Ruminal molar proportion of acetate was decreased (P < 0.05), and propionate was increased (P < 0.01) at 2 h after CD‐IP dosing. Proportion of butyrate was increased (P < 0.05) and ammonia‐N was decreased (P < 0.05) at 2 and 5 h after CD‐IP dosing. Adding CD‐IP had no effect on the feed intake and digestion of nutrients. Plasma glucose was increased and urea‐N was decreased (P < 0.05) at 2 and 5 h after CD‐IP dosing. Methane production was decreased (P < 0.05) by approximately 18% in the treatment steers. Numbers of methanogenic bacteria were decreased (P < 0.05), while total viable counts, cellulolytic, sulfate reducing and acetogenic bacteria were unaffected. The present results are the first to show that CD‐IP can partially inhibit in vivo ruminal methanogenesis without adverse effects on digestion of nutrients. 相似文献

本文研究了拮抗细菌吡咯伯克霍尔德氏菌Burkholderia pyrrocinia菌株JK-SH007产抗菌物质的最佳发酵条件及其对杨树溃疡病的野外防治效果。结果表明,牛肉膏、蛋白胨是发酵培养基中最佳营养物质,有利于菌株JK-SH007抗菌物质的产生;培养基初始pH、培养时间、温度、培养体积、不同牛肉膏、蛋白胨组合等对菌株生长及其抗菌物质的产生有明显的影响,初始pH7、牛肉膏2g、蛋白胨20g、以1/2装液量装液、30℃振荡培养36h可获得较高产量的胞外分泌型抗菌物质;菌株JK-SH007的发酵液对杨树溃疡病的野外防效可达40.54%。 相似文献

为探讨解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6液体发酵条件及抑菌蛋白性质,以菌量和抑菌蛋白粗提液活性为指标,采用单因素和正交试验对菌株的最适发酵培养基成分及发酵条件进行优化,同时通过硫酸铵沉淀法提取抑菌蛋白粗提液,并进行稳定性试验。结果表明,菌株JDF-6最适培养基配比为3.0%蔗糖,1%酵母粉,2%茶渣饼,0.3%硫酸锰;最适发酵条件为发酵时间120 h,发酵温度30℃,初始p H 6.5~7.0,接种量5%,250 m L装液量为100 m L。优化后菌株JDF-6抑菌活性提高51.6%,经50%饱和度硫酸铵沉淀获得的抑菌蛋白的粗提液对蛋白酶、高温(100℃以上)、紫外光(光照8 h以上)敏感,抑菌活性均下降。 相似文献

Fermenting different raw materials (corn, soybean meal and cottonseed meal) with three kinds of strains (Lactobacillus, yeast and Bacillus subtilis) were employed to optimize the fermentation parameter with sensory evaluation, pH and amount of probiotics retention.The results showed that the time to reach stable pH of materials with different substrates was different.Cottonseed meal had the longest time to reach stable pH followed by soybean meal, while corn had the shortest time under the condition of same water content.Different substrates had no effect on initial pH of corn, soybean meal and cottonseed meal.The count of the probiotics was also influenced by different substrates.When pH reached steady state, corn had the largest number of the probiotics followed by soybean meal and cottonseed meal.The color and smell of three materials after fermented had distinctive features.But cottonseed meal had the highest viscosity followed by soybean meal and corn.Because of shorter time and more microorganisms, corn was better than soybean meal and cottonseed meal to be fermenting medium. 相似文献

试验采用活体外产气量法研究毛茛科植物提取物不同添加水平对瘤胃微生物体外发酵的影响。试验采用单因子完全随机化试验设计,以小麦面粉为底物进行体外发酵。瘤胃液供体动物为3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的本地黄牛,日粮精料水平为30%(日饲喂2次)。植物提取物添加水平分别为0、100、200、300和400mg/L。结果表明:随着毛茛科植物提取物添加水平的提高,小麦面粉24h的DM消化率呈线性下降(P=0.0002),活体外产气速度呈二次曲线规律降低(P=0.0001),而产气延滞期线性增加(P=0.0001),理论最大产气量呈二次曲线规律增加(P=0.0001)。随着植物提取物添加水平的提高,发酵液pH值呈二次曲线增加(P<0.024)。各培养时间点乳酸含量均较低(P<1mmol/L),且各处理之间差异不显著(P>0.10)。提高植物提取物添加水平导致tVFA产量呈二次曲线趋势下降(P<0.01)。通过本试验可得出:毛茛科植物提取物可以通过降低瘤胃发酵的产气速度、提高发酵液pH值以及乙酸和丁酸摩尔比例来调控瘤胃微生物体外发酵,其中植物提取物的适宜添加水平为200~300mg/L。 相似文献

为研究发酵床饲养模式下饲粮中添加抗菌肽对仔猪生长性能、抗氧化指标、免疫指标及盲肠主要菌群数量的影响,选用108头35日龄,体重13kg左右的健康苏钟猪,随机分为3组,每组3重复,每重复12头猪,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+40mg/kg杆菌肽锌+20mg/kg硫酸抗敌素(抗生素组)和基础饲粮+300 mg/kg抗菌肽(抗菌肽组),试验期49d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加抗菌肽能够显著提高仔猪血清和肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P0.05),极显著降低肝脏丙二醛含量(P0.01);抗菌肽组肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性比抗生素组极显著提高(P0.01)。(2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加抗菌肽能够极显著提高仔猪十二指肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量(P0.01);抗菌肽组仔猪血清IgA含量分别比对照组和抗生素组提高4.03%、2.27%,抗菌肽组空肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量比对照组提高10.70%,但差异均不显著(P0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加抗菌肽能够显著降低仔猪盲肠中大肠杆菌数量(P0.05);细菌总数降低5.98%,但差异不显著(P0.05)。综上所述,本试验条件下,饲粮中添加300mg/kg的抗菌肽能够提高仔猪抗氧化和免疫功能;减少仔猪盲肠中大肠杆菌数量,而对盲肠有益菌群无不良影响。 相似文献

本试验研究不同水平嗜热毛壳菌纤维素酶对小尾寒羊瘤胃代谢的影响。试验动物为4只安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年小尾寒羊公羊(平均体重为45 kg),采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,在基础日粮中分别添加0%、0.3%、0.6%和0.9%4个水平酶制剂,采集瘤胃液测pH值、氨氮浓度和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度。试验结果表明:各组试羊瘤胃液平均氨氮浓度的变化范围为10.01-12.80 mg/dL,各组之间相同时间点差异不显著(P>0.05)。瘤胃液平均pH值在6.50-6.80范围内变动,试验组pH值低于对照组(P<0.05),以0.6%水平较好。各组试羊瘤胃乙酸、丙酸及总 VFA浓度的变化规律基本相同,即喂料后逐渐上升,其中乙酸和总VFA浓度在2 h后达到最高点,丙酸浓度在4 h 达到最高点,随后平稳下降于饲喂前降至最低点,再次采食后又重复出现此规律。试验组瘤胃乙酸和总VFA浓度显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),以0.6%水平组最高。 相似文献

The effect of hay type on the microbiome of the equine gastrointestinal tract is relatively unexplored. Our objective was to characterize the cecal and fecal microbiome of mature horses consuming alfalfa or Smooth Bromegrass (brome) hay. Six cecally cannulated horses were used in a split-plot design run as a crossover in two periods. The whole plot treatment was ad libitum access to brome or alfalfa hay fed over two 21-d acclimation periods with subplots of sampling location (cecum and rectum) and sampling hour. Each acclimation period was followed by a 24-h collection period where cecal and fecal samples were collected every 3 h for analysis of pH and volatile fatty acids (VFA). Fecal and cecal samples were pooled and sent to a commercial lab (MR DNA, Shallowater, TX) for the amplification of the V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene and sequenced using Illumina HiSeq. The main effects of hay on VFA, pH, and taxonomic abundances were analyzed using the MIXED procedure of SAS 9.4 with fixed effects of hay, hour, location, period, and all possible interactions and random effect of horse. Alpha and beta diversities were analyzed using the R Dame package. Horses fed alfalfa had greater fecal than cecal pH (P ≤ 0.05), whereas horses fed brome had greater cecal than fecal pH (P ≤ 0.05). Regardless of hay type, total VFA concentrations were greater (P ≤ 0.05) in the cecum than in feces, and alfalfa resulted in greater (P ≤ 0.05) VFA concentrations than brome in both sampling locations. Alpha diversity was greater (P ≤ 0.05) in fecal compared with cecal samples. Microbial community structure within each sampling location and hay type differed from one another (P ≤ 0.05). Bacteroidetes were greater (P ≤ 0.05) in the cecum compared with the rectum, regardless of hay type. Firmicutes and Firmicutes:Bacteroidetes were greater (P ≤ 0.05) in the feces compared with cecal samples of alfalfa-fed horses. In all, fermentation parameters and bacterial abundances were impacted by hay type and sampling location in the hindgut. 相似文献
