Action mechanism of a novel herbicide, pyroxasulfone

The mechanism of action of pyroxasulfone was studied by examination of the inhibitory effects of this herbicide on the biosynthesis of very-long-chain fatty acids (VLCFAs) both in vivo and in vitro. Pyroxasulfone treatment drastically reduced the biosynthesis of VLCFAs and caused a buildup of fatty acid precursors in cultured rice cells. Pyroxasulfone specifically inhibited the elongation steps from C18:0 to C20:0, C20:0 to C22:0, C22:0 to C24:0, C24:0 to C26:0 and C26:0 to C28:0, catalyzed by VLCFA elongases (VLCFAEs) in plants including rice. These results suggested that pyroxasulfone is a potent inhibitor of VLCFA biosynthesis, and should be categorized within the K3 group of herbicides. Twenty putative VLCFAEs of rice were identified by blastp search with the amino acid sequences of Arabidopsis VLCFAEs. Oligo microarray and real time RT-PCR analysis revealed that Q5Z6S3 and Q8H7Z0, which were identified by their Uniplot ID number, might play important roles during the biosynthesis of C28:0 and C30:0 VLCFAs in shoot formation, and biosynthesis of C20:1 and C22:1 VLCFAs in cell proliferation, respectively. These VLCFAEs are likely targets for pyroxasulfone.

miR-485-5p inhibits viability and migration and invasion abilities of hepatocellular carcinoma Hep3B cells by targeting SOX5

AIM: To investigate the effects of microRNA-485-5p (miR-485-5p) on the viability, migration and invasion abilities of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and the underlying mechanism. METHODS: The expression levels of sex determining region Y-box 5 (SOX5) mRNA and miR-485-5p in the hepatocellular carcinoma Hep3B cells were detected by RT-qPCR with normal hepatocyte THLE-3 as control. Western blot was used to measure the expression levels of SOX5, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), Ki67, cyclin D1 and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2). The viability of Hep3B cells was measured by MTT assay. The migration and invasion abilities of the Hep3B cells were detected by Transwell assay. Dual-luciferase reporter assay system was applied to verify the relationship between miR-485-5p and SOX5. RESULTS: Compared with the control cells, the expression level of miR-485-5p was decreased in hepatocellular carcinoma cells Hep3B, Huh7 and HCCLM3 (P<0.05), while the expression of SOX5 at mRNA and protein levels were significantly increased (P<0.05). Over-expression of miR-485-5p inhibited the viability, migration and invasion of Hep3B cells. miR-485-5p targeted the 3′-UTR of SOX5 and negatively regulated the expression of SOX5. Knocking-down of SOX5 expression inhibited the viability, migration and invasion of Hep3B cells. Over-expression of SOX5 partially reversed the inhibitory effect of miR-485-5p over-expression on the viability, migration and invasion of Hep3B cells. CONCLUSION: miR-485-5p inhibits the viability, migration and invasion of Hep3B cells by targeting SOX5 gene. miR-485-5p is a potential molecular target for hepatocellular carcinoma.     

基于C#的空调压缩机声强测试平台设计与实现

为提高企业空调压缩机声强测试的自动化程度与测试精度,设计了一套C#的空调压缩机声强测试平台。采用C#语言基于.NET平台进行上位机软件界面设计;上位机与台达PLC基于RS485串口采用Modbus通信协议进行数据传输与采集;上位机将指令、数据通过串口传输给台达PLC,台达PLC通过伺服驱动器驱动伺服电机,伺服电机带动相关设备运转,实现对空调压缩机进行高精度、自动化连续测试。现场实际运行结果表明,该测试平台操作简单、维护方便,运行高效、稳定,定位精度高,完全满足空调压缩机声强自动化测试的需求。     

新型粮仓温湿度智能化测控系统

阐述了基于高性能单片机的温湿度测量原则，并详细地介绍了粮库测控系统的硬件配置、软件设计和实现的功能。     

RS-232串口在阴燃取暖炉数据采集系统中的应用

详细介绍了RS-232串口通信的工作方式和引脚定义,设计出基于VB6.0串口通信的数据采集系统,并在自制的阴燃取暖炉试验中进行稳定地对XK3103B电子秤和红外气体分析仪进行数据采集,采集到的燃料重量和气体成分等数据存入同一个文件,可以进行各种实验数据的对比,分析等。结果表明,在通信速率要求不高的情况下,利用微机的串行通信接口实现的数据采集系统具有成本较低、开发容易、使用灵活的特点。     

电机智能监控保护系统中的通讯实现

在智能化电机监测保护系统中,常采用PC机作为上位机,多台单片机构成的智能监控保护器(以下称保护器)作为下位机,组成小型智能化通讯网络系统。其中作为下位机的单片机既可以独立进行各台电机的数据采集和现场控制,又可以和PC机之间相互传输数据;PC机可将数据进行处理、管理和存储,显示有关数据、曲线和波形,又可向各单片机发出控制命令,进行集中控制。为此,简要介绍了电机智能监控保护系统中通讯的实现方式,着重分析了系统中保护器内部的通讯以及保护器和PC机之间的通讯。     

双通道通信管理机软硬件设计

设计了一种同时支持4G无线传输和有线传输的通信管理机。以处理器的控制器主板为核心,进行了总体硬件原理设计,设计了以太网口的硬件原理图和CAN总线接口;设计了系统电源、实时时钟等单元。软件系统移植了Linux引导程序、内核和文件系统;研究了以GPMC总线作为通信桥梁,使用内核中8250类型的串口程序驱动扩展串口正常工作的机制,实现了扩展4路RS485串口;搭建了调试平台。实验表明,设计的RS485串口通信正常,符合系统设计的技术指标。     

design of an equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis network system for the main drive of a hot strip mill

A new distributed equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis network system based on an RS485 field bus and an industrial ethernet was designed for the main drive system of a hot strip mill. The system structure and composition were studied. The following problems were resolved: communication of an intelligence data acquisition module with RS485 interface; communication between a server, clients and a light emitting diode; and point to point communication between a programmable logic controller and server. Real time signals of 24 radial run out, 12 axial drifting can be synchronously acquisitioned and stored in a database. System operation is satisfactory and can be used to identify the causes of rolling mill halt and transmission slip brake, and to improve sheet metal quality.
