低碳背景下县域经济发展方式转变的对策研究

加强节能减排,实现低碳发展,不仅是国家“十二五”规划纲要所提出的约束性目标,更是促进经济提质增效升级的必经途径.目前,我国县域经济仍以“高投入、高消耗、高排放”为主要特征,转变经济发展方式已成为县级政府所面临的迫切任务.为此,必须依据低碳发展理念和《2014 ～2015年节能减排低碳发展行动方案》的具体要求,培育有利于经济发展方式转变的要素基础和制度基础,加快推进产业结构的优化和升级,深化经济管理体制改革,不断进行制度创新,实施有利于科技进步的政策,完善环境管理制度,实现县域经济又好又快发展.     

战后美国经济周期再考察

二战后美国经济周期波动发生显著变化。相比二战之前，美国经济周期扩张期拉长，衰退期缩短，二者之间形成剪刀差。经济周期长度、扩张期跨度和紧缩期跨度的离散度远远大于战前。二战后至今，美国经济中周期出现（朱格拉周期）呈拉长的趋势，扩张期远远长于衰退期，中周期（朱格拉周期）和短周期（基钦周期）的波幅经历了从小到大的阶段性变化。     

虚拟经济环境下我国饲料行业升级路径

改革开放以来,虚拟经济从萌芽到不断发展壮大,我国整体经济出现“脱实向虚”的倾向。因此,探讨出当前虚拟经济环境下我国饲料行业存在哪些发展困境,以及针对性地提出摆脱这些困境的有效对策,对饲料行业成功升级具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。本文将从分析饲料行业与虚拟经济的关系入手,总结出虚拟经济环境对我国现行饲料行业产生的影响,进一步结合当前饲料行业升级所面临的困境,提出切实有效的饲料行业升级路径,为推进我国饲料行业升级发展提供建议。     

农机培训在目前市场经济环境下的改革分析

文章主要根据现阶段市场经济条件下农村农机培训工作的发展现状,深入剖析现阶段农机培训的问题,根据农机培训的具体要求,重点分析农机培训工作的改革内容和改革方向,力图通过改进农机培训工作,加强农机培训改革力度,全面提升农业生产力,推动农村经济的发展。     

常德市经济型酒店发展的SWOT分析

经济型酒店在全国各地目前的发展是如雨后春笋般崛地而起,发展势头惊人,在大城市得到较好发展后,现在中小城市遍地开花,而因"水土不服"等各方面的因素而发展受挫,出现了一系列混乱竞争、恶性定价等现象。以及各大连锁品牌酒店的入驻,加上本地原有的中、低星级酒店及本土经济型酒店,使得经济型酒店在中小城市的竞争日趋激烈,如何能在新市场中立于不败之地,这是经济型酒店在发展过程中亟待解决的重要问题。此次研究以常德市经济型酒店发展的为例,运用SWOT方法对发展常德市经济型酒店发展的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁进行了分析,并提出常德市经济型酒店发展的对策和措施。     

Analysis of Application of Information in Mid - mini Enterprises on Condition of Mass- economy

The group of Mid - mini enterprises under mass - economy is the intermediate organization built up by specialized division of work and cooperation. This kind of organization is flexible in operation with high efficiency, but difficult in development of new technology. On the basis of analyzing the character and deficiency of the mid - mini enterprises, in this paper, through providing a framework of information service platform for the mid - mini enterprises to enhance their creative ability and complex competition. The construction and operational strategy of such platform are investigated. Finally a successful case study is given.     

Research on Cooperative Design Network Security Based on IP-VPN

As the important method and instrument of agile manufacture,the technology of distributed collaborative design and manufacturing has become the hotspot of manufacturing. The basic concept and key technologies of IP_VPN are introduced in this paper,and a collaborative design network model based on IP_VPN is presented. Distributed collaborative design is a multi_user,multitask involved system, which is consisted of lots of collaborative processs,so the network security is the key of distributed collaborative design. We research on the security of collaborative design network based on IP_VPN, hence get a conclusion:we can construct an economical?practical and secure collaborative design network system by the application of data encryption,user authentication and access control based on the role,etc.     

Prediction of the Economic Development for the Circumjacent Reservoir Region of the Longtan Hydropower Project Using Grey Quantitative Analog

In order to overcome some technical difficulties,we adopt ingenously the grey models combined with the quantitative analog method,and select the Dan Jiangkou Project which has accumulated practical operation data for a long time as the analog project to predict the economic influence for the circumjacent reservoir region of the Longtan hydropower project.On the basis of analog we have built various industrial economic grey models,and compare them with the corresponding predictions for the unconstructed reservoir case.The predictions of the former are greatly larger than the later ones.and hence provides a certain scientific basis for the central leaders to make a decision for constructing the huge hydropower project ultimateiy.     

对三农问题和农村城市化问题的若干思考

中国是一个农业大国，农业经济状况在很大程度上决定了整体经济的发展态势。对中国当前农业发展现状中的主要问题进行分析，认为只有积极进行城市化建设才能解决中国农业发展的根本问题，同时，就中国城市化的路径选择与城市化发展的中短期目标提出自己的看法。
