Forty-seven samples of date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) collected from eight locations in Egypt were studied using four sets of amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers with near infrared fluorescence labeled primers. These samples belonged to 21 named accessions and 9 of unknown pedigrees. A total of 350 bands were scored and 233 (66.6%) were polymorphic. Twenty-seven Egyptian accessions and ‘Medjool’and ‘Deglet Noor’accessions from California could beclassified into the major cluster. This major cluster may represent a major group of date palm germplasm in North Africa. There were four other clusters, each containing one or two accessions. The variety ‘Halawy’and one accession of unknown provenance were most likely from hybridization between two clusters. Six groups of accessions of which had the same names, revealed similar but not identical AFLP profiles suggesting these accessions might derive from seedlings rather thanthrough clonal offshoot propagation.  相似文献

为了建立茶用菊枯萎病抗性鉴定的方法,了解茶用菊种质资源对枯萎病抗性的差异,筛选抗性种质用于抗病育种,本研究以茶用菊为试验材料,通过枯萎病病原菌分离、形态学和真菌18S rDNA/ITS鉴定和致病力研究,开展茶用菊资源苗期枯萎病人工接种鉴定,并筛选优异抗病种质。结果表明,从发病的福白菊植株上分离到M15和M16 2株枯萎病病原菌菌株,经鉴定,这2株菌株均属于尖孢镰刀菌,致病力检测发现M15为强致病力菌株。通过枯萎病抗性鉴定,筛选到七月白1份高抗品种,杭白菊、苏菊7号等9份抗病品种,滁菊、亳菊等17份中抗品种,福白菊、苏菊6号等3份感病品种以及皇菊1份高感品种。本研究建立了一种高效的茶用菊品种抗枯萎病的鉴定方法,为茶用菊抗枯萎病品种改良奠定了基础。  相似文献

茶树精油熏蒸处理保鲜草莓的工艺优化   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
为了获得茶树精油熏蒸处理进行草莓防腐保鲜的较佳工艺条件,采用单因素试验方法研究不同熏蒸体积分数、温度和时间对人工接种灰葡萄孢霉的草莓果实腐烂发生的影响。通过Box-Behnken设计及响应面分析获得熏蒸防腐保鲜的最佳工艺条件为:茶树精油熏蒸体积分数0.66mL/L、熏蒸温度33.3℃、熏蒸时间3.1h。按此优化条件进行验证发现接种草莓果实的腐烂指数为7.5%,实测值与模型预测值的相对误差在4.1%;将此优化条件应用于未接种的新鲜草莓果实,结果发现该处理能显著抑制果实的自然病害发生,还能减缓草莓果实失重率的上升和果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和花青素含量的下降。研究结果为茶树精油在草莓保鲜上的商业化应用提供参考。  相似文献

Abstract

The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of tea cultivation on soil microbial biomass and community structure. Soil pH, extractable aluminum (Al), organic carbon (Corg) and total nitrogen were considerably modified by tea cultivation. Long‐term tea cultivation resulted in the increase of microbial biomass C (Cmic), microbial biomass N (Nmic), and basal respiration. The metabolic quotient declined as the tea cultivation age increased. The adjacent citrus orchard soil showed a higher Cmic/Corg ratio than the tea orchard soils. Microtitration plates with 21 carbon sources and two different pH levels (4.7 and 7.0) were used to determine the substrate utilization pattern of these soils. The average well color development (AWCD) of the carbon sources in the plates did not vary in a consistent manner with the microbial biomass. Multivariate analysis of sole carbon source utilization pattern demonstrated that land‐use history had a significant effect on substrate utilization pattern. The pH 4.7 characterization medium can increase the discrimination of this technique and is more adequate than the conventional neutral medium for the tea orchard soils.  相似文献

为探究茶多酚(Tea Polyphenols, TPs)对辛烯基琥珀酸酐(Octenyl Succinic Anhydride, OSA)酯化淀粉纳米颗粒(Starch Nanoparticles,SNPs)及其稳定的Pickering乳液性质的影响,该研究在制备OSA-SNPs的过程中添加TPs,研究TPs对OSA-SNPs的理化性质和乳化性能的影响。结果发现,添加TPs使OSA-SNPs的平均粒径增加、表面Zeta电位绝对值下降、接触角减小(P<0.05)。通过傅立叶红外光谱扫描发现,TPs与OSA-SNPs之间存在氢键和疏水相互作用。在TP-OSA-SNPs稳定的乳液中,增加TP-OSA-SNPs的质量浓度(从0.5 g/mL至2.0 g/mL),乳滴平均直径明显减小(P<0.05);当TP-OSA-SNPs的质量浓度增加至2 g/mL时,乳液形成了油滴紧密堆积的界面结构,能够抑制油滴迁移。通过加速氧化试验发现,与OSA-SNPs相比,TP-OSA-SNPs稳定的乳液中氢过氧化物值(Peroxide Value, POV)相对较低(P<0.05),说明TP-OSA-SNPs具有延缓乳液中油脂氧化的作用。结果表明,这种新型具有抗氧化功能的食品级颗粒乳化剂,对构筑淀粉基Pickering乳液载体具有潜在价值。  相似文献

Abstract

It is generally recognized that the nitrification activity in acid soils is very low. Indeed, nitrification in mineral soils has been found to be negligible at pH values below 5.0 (Dancer et al. 1973; Nyborg and Hoyt 1978). However, it was reported that autotrophic nitrification occurred in some tea soils at pH levels far below 5.0 (Walker and Wickramasinghe 1979; Hayatsu and Kosuge 1993). An acidophilic ammonia-oxidizing bacterium has been recently isolated from strongly acidic tea soils in Japan (Hayatsu 1993). On the other hand, fertilization has-been considered to be an important factor influencing nitrification in agricultural soils. For example, several studies have shown that the addition of ammoniacal fertilizer to soils can lead to the increase of the populations of Nitrosomonas (McLaren 1971; Ardakani et al. 1974). Liming of acidic soils also tends to stimulate the nitrification activity (Dancer et al. 1973; Nyborg and Hoyt 1978). Although nitrification has been studied in a wide variety of agricultural soils, there is little information available on nitrification in tea soils. The effect of fertilization on nitrification in tea soils is poorly documented.  相似文献

Strongly acidic soil (e.g. pH < 5.0) is detrimental to tea productivity and quality. Wheat, rice and peanut biochar produced at low temperature (max 300 °C) and differing in alkalinity content were incorporated into Xuan‐cheng (Ultisol; initial pHsoil/water = 1/2.5 4.12) and Ying‐tan soil (Ultisol; initial pH soil/water = 1/2.5 4.75) at 10 and 20 g/kg (w/w) to quantify their liming effect and evaluate their effectiveness for acidity amelioration of tea garden soils. After a 65‐day incubation at 25 °C, biochar application significantly (< 0.05) increased soil pH and exchangeable cations and reduced Al saturation of both tea soils. Association of H+ ions with biochar and decarboxylation processes was likely to be the main factor neutralizing soil acidity. Further, biochar application reduced acidity production from the N cycle. Significant (< 0.05) increases in exchangeable cations and reductions in exchangeable acidity and Al saturation were observed as the rate of biochar increased, but there were no further effects on soil pH. The lack of change in soil pH at the higher biochar rate may be due to the displacement of exchangeable acidity and the high buffering capacity of biochar, thereby retarding a further liming effect. Hence, a significant linear correlation between reduced exchangeable acidity and alkalinity balance was found in biochar‐amended soils (< 0.05). Low‐temperature biochar of crop residues is suggested as a potential amendment to ameliorate acidic tea garden soils.  相似文献

基于西湖龙井茶主栽品种(龙井43和龙井群体种)开采期及气象资料,应用积温和逐步回归方法,分别构建西湖龙井茶的积温预报模型和逐步回归预报模型,并利用多元线性回归方法,对两个模型的预报结果进行集成,构建集合预报模型。结果表明:积温预报模型、逐步回归预报模型、集成预报模型均通过0.01水平的显著性检验;龙井43和龙井群体种的积温预报模型回代检验平均绝对误差(MAE)分别为3.6d和2.8d,2a试预报MAE分别为2.5d和1.0d;逐步回归预报模型的回代检验MAE分别为0.9d和1.4d,2a试预报MAE分别为1.6d和0.8d;集成预报模型的回代检验MAE分别为0.7d和1.1d,2a试预报MAE分别为1.3d和0.8d。3种预报模型对西湖龙井茶开采期预报均具有应用价值,集成预报模型较积温预报模型和逐步回归预报模型的预报效果更理想,具有实际生产指导作用。  相似文献
