小窑湾浮筏养殖区底质沉积物初步研究

20 0 0年 10月对小窑湾底质沉积物进行了 10个项目的海上调查 ,结果表明 :小窑湾底质重金属含量均为国家一类标准 ,符合渔业生产条件 ;硫化物、有机质含量虽然为国家一类标准 ,但已趋于上限 ,说明底质已被污染 ;油类已达国家二类标准 ,超出了渔业生产的许可范围 ;底质沉积物中每天向海水中释放的氮为 12 936mg/(m2 ·d) ,释放的磷为 0 4 95mg/ (m2 ·d)。     

Breaking seasonal limitation: year-round sporogenesis in the brown alga Laminaria saccharina by blocking the transport of putative sporulation inhibitors

Year-round induction of sporogenesis of Laminaria saccharina was performed by mechanically blocking the transport of the putative sporulation inhibitors produced by the blade meristem and culturing the plants in constant short days. Sporogenesis was successfully induced by removal of the blade meristem, either by cultivating distal blade fragments or by performing a transverse cut in the frond. The earliest sorus formation after artificial induction was 10 days. The age of the sporophytes used for induction was 6–11 months or 2 years in tank-grown or field-collected sporophytes, respectively. Zoospores were successfully released in all cases. Thus, by year-round artificial induction of sporogenesis, (1) sporeling production of L. saccharina and thereafter sporophyte cultivation could be achieved without seasonal limitation, and (2) the life cycle of L. saccharina (from spore to spore) could be completed within 8 months under controlled conditions.

紫山药为特色蔬菜新品种,营养价值高。南充作为川东北农业第一大市,首次引进紫山药栽培。我们设计正交试验对其株行距、施肥方案进行研究,形成适合川东北地区气候地理特点的紫山药高产栽培技术,每667 m2产量可达1 700 kg以上,推广前景广阔。     

高山阳荷笋软化栽培基质配方试验

随着生活水平的提高,人们对蔬菜的需求不单是数量上的满足,而是食物结构的优化以及营养与保健。阳荷作为山区特有的一种药食同源野生蔬菜,其春季初生笋芽肉质鲜嫩肥厚,香味浓郁独特,维生素C、粗纤维等营养物质含量较普通蔬菜更高,市场需求逐渐增大。文章从栽培基质、营养配方组成两方面对阳荷笋软化栽培技术进行研究,并检测其营养成分。以河沙基质为对照,河沙加有机肥产量提高53.8%,土壤基质产量提高30.9%;软化栽培使鲜笋中可溶性糖提高3.57倍,维生素含量提高7.55倍,但软化栽培的微量元素含量普遍比大田种植的低。

北虫草是一种药食兼用的大型真菌,近年来越来越受到广大消费者的青睐。文中概述了北虫草的生物学特性、栽培模式、栽培设施、菌种选择和室内栽培技术,包括菌种制备、配料装盒、灭菌、接种、发菌培养、促进转色、子座培养等各个环节。     

Effects of mechanical and chemical methods on weed control,weed seed rain and crop yield in maize,sunflower and soyabean

Eight field experiments with maize (Zea mays L.), sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) and soyabean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) were carried out in central Italy in order to evaluate the effects of mechanical and chemical methods (spring-tine harrowing, hoeing, hoeing-ridging, split-hoeing, finger-weeding, herbicides in the row + inter-row hoeing, herbicides broadcast) on weed control, weed seed rain and crop yield. The choice of chemical and mechanical treatments in maize and soyabean compared to sunflower, required to be managed more carefully in order to maximize the weed control reducing yield losses. A global rating of weed control methods, based on their weed control efficacy, was obtained as useful means to assist farmers and technicians to choose the more appropriate weed control method. The combination of herbicides intra-row and hoeing inter-row gave best efficacy (on average 99% of weed control), with a 50% reduction in the chemical load in the environment. Hoeing-ridging gave good results, both inter- and intra-row (on average 93% of weed control); this method was also effective in reducing competitive ability and seed production of uncontrolled weeds. Split-hoeing or finger-weeding showed some limitations giving satisfactory results only when combined. Harrowing gave lowest weed control, although when combined to other mechanical methods, can help achieve a better efficacy.

冷水江玉米高产施肥模式探索

以科玉3号为材料,运用“3415”（三因素四水平15个处理）试验方案进行玉米肥料效应试验,通过对试验数据进行回归分析,发现玉米产量与氮、磷、钾施用量之间有显著的相关性,经三元回归分析得出每公顷氮磷钾最大施肥量为N 238.31 kg,P 110.47 kg,K 106.46 kg,最佳效益施肥量为N184.06 kg,P 83.94 kg,K 79.72 kg,而一元回归得出的每公顷氮磷钾最大施肥量为N 187.921 kg,P 80.92 kg,K 77.03kg,最佳施肥量为N 169.79 kg,P 72.72 kg,K69.82 kg。从数据来看,采用一元二次回归得出的最大和最佳施肥量更接近试验施肥方案。
