The application of atomic force microscope in clinic diagnosis of erythrocytes

AIM: To investigate the application of atomic force microscope (AFM) in clinic diagnosis. METHODS: Topographic images and some parameters of large range field and microstructures of erythrocytes in the blood of normal subjects, lung cancer and myelodisplastic syndrome (MDS) patients were examined by atomic force microscope. RESULTS: Many clear topographic images of many erythrocytes, single erythrocyte, and microstructure of erythrocyte membrane surface were obtained. Many erythrocytes in lung cancer patients were found to change into echinocytes. One erythrocyte had 10-20 protuberances, most of which, with a mean width of 589. 0 nm and a length of 646. 7 nm, were on the edge of cells. The protuberances on the center of echinocytes are lodged and embedded. The erythrocytes of MDS patients were biconcave in shape. Many apertures with different diameters of tens to hundreds nanometer appeared on the surface of cell membrane. CONCLUSIONS: AFM can be widely applied in clinic pathological inspection, including quantification of cells, obtainment and comparison of many parameters (such as diameter, thickness, volume, surface, surface area/volume ratio), observation of topograph of single cell, and observation and comparison of membrane surface microstructure of cells, and so on.     

不同裂荚特性箭筈豌豆裂荚力数字化评价

以美国种质资源库(NPGS)提供的541份箭筈豌豆(Vicia sativa)种质为基础,经过连续3年裂荚率评价,共筛选出高、中、低裂荚种质33份。以这33份箭筈豌豆种质作为本研究的试验材料,利用艾德堡HP-50数显推拉力计结合裂荚率对箭筈豌豆荚果水平放置时的裂荚机械力和垂直放置时的裂荚机械力进行分析,为选育箭筈豌豆抗裂荚种质提供精确、快速的评价方法。结果显示,1)箭筈豌豆高裂荚种质荚果裂荚机械力极显著低于低裂荚种质荚果裂荚机械力(P0.01)。2)箭筈豌豆荚果水平放置时的裂荚机械力极显著低于垂直放置时的裂荚机械力(P0.01)。3)箭筈豌豆荚果在水平放置下裂荚机械力大于9.286N的为低裂荚种质,裂荚机械力小于2.163N的为高裂荚种质。研究表明,利用推拉力计测试水平放置的箭筈豌豆荚果裂荚机械力可准确反映箭筈豌豆不同种质的裂荚特性,并为箭筈豌豆裂荚特性的标准化测定提供了重要的参考依据。     

蓝果忍冬成熟期结合力变化规律的测试分析

为了弄清成熟蓝果忍冬结合力的特性和变化规律、给机械化收获提供技术依据,在蓝果忍冬成熟期间对4个常见品种果实结合力进行了为期16天的跟踪测试。通过分析研究得出:所测试的4个蓝果忍冬品种的结合力分布在0.1~1.7 N之间(P0.05),各品种结合力分布区间略有不同,所测试的野生阿尔泰忍冬、蓓蕾的结合力高于蓝鸟和长白山野生蓝靛果忍冬;各品种结合力随时间呈现出不同程度的下降趋势;同一天内下午的结合力显著大于上午的结合力(P0.05);晴天与阴雨天的结合力无显著性差异。通过因子分析,可将影响结合力的因素测试时间、上下午、相对湿度、温度及天气状况转换成环境因子和时间因子。     

论生态景观吸引力空间异化模型的应用——以江苏环太湖国际旅游区规划为例

以江苏环太湖国际旅游区规划为实验对象,重点探讨生态景观吸引力空间异化过程,即从要素磁场分化开始,经由同质景观间的引力异化,导致同类景观片区间的引力空间异化,最终推导出另一种"同质相斥、异质相吸"的新型生态景观吸引力空间结构。     

基于仿人智能控制的长输管道新型退磁仪的智能化实现

对于年金的时间价值的研究,往往假定利率在整个期间内是固定不变的.但事实上,由于受到多种因素的影响,利率通常具有不确定性.因此,本文采用可逆MA(1)模型对随机利息力进行建模,在此基础上,研究了期末付虹式年金和期末付平顶虹式年金的时间价值问题,给出了上述两种形式年金现值的期望和方差的递推公式.通过数值仿真分析了相关参数对期末付虹式年金现值的期望值的影响,其结论对投资者的投资决策提供了参考依据.     

劳动力老龄化对我国农业生产效率的影响

针对我国农村人口老龄化现象不断加剧,致使农业劳动力供给质量下降等问题,以2009年农村固定观察点数据为依据,分析我国农业劳动力老龄化现状,并利用柯布道格拉斯生产函数研究劳动力老龄化对农业生产效率的影响。结果表明:我国农业生产中存在严重的老龄化现象,60岁以上的劳动力占18.42%;与年轻劳动力相比,老龄劳动力的生产效率明显较低,老龄农户不仅主要生产要素的边际产值低于非老龄农户,而且耕种面积以及其他各生产要素的投入水平也均低于非老龄户,这说明农业老龄化严重制约着我国农业的发展。     

Drag force and reconfiguration of cultivated Saccharina latissima in current

The design of aquaculture systems requires an understanding of the drag forces on cultivated kelp. This study measured the drag on line segments of cultivated Saccharina latissima in a towing tank. The drag on segments of farm line with full kelp bundles and with stipes alone (fronds removed) was measured at tow speeds of 0.10 to 0.50 m/s. The drag on individual fronds cut from the line was also measured. Video images were collected to evaluate the plant reconfiguration. Both kelp blades and stipes contributed to the total drag force on the line bundle. Within the velocity range of our experiments, the kelp blades were essentially horizontal. However, the pronation of kelp stipes increased as flow velocity increased. The reconfiguration of kelp stipes was observed to decrease the vertical extent of the kelp bundle. Due to this reconfiguration, the measured force, $F$, increased with velocity, $U$, at a rate slower than quadratic, and was consistent with scaling laws derived for reconfiguration. Specifically, $F\sim U^{\alpha }$ with $\alpha =1.35\pm 0.17$.     

边界滑移对螺旋槽上游泵送机械密封性能的影响

为了研究边界滑移对上游泵送机械密封性能的影响,建立液膜三维几何模型和计算模型,基于 Navier 线性滑移模型对液膜壁面边界条件进行修正,采用商用软件 Fluent 的 SIMPLEC 算法及层流模型求解三维 Navier －Stokes 方程,并分析相对滑移量对液膜静压分布、开启力、摩擦扭矩、泄漏量的影响规律。结果表明：相对于边界滑移发生的位置,滑移速度的大小对密封性能的影响更大;当相对滑移量较小时,存在边界滑移与无滑移的模拟结果无明显区别,能很好地解释宏观无滑移边界假设的应用,当相对滑移量较大时液膜动压效应随滑移的增加而减弱,开启力、摩擦扭矩、泄漏量都随边界滑移的增加而减小;相对于开启力的降低,边界滑移的减阻和降低泄漏的效果更为明显;当开启力较小,应避免边界滑移发生;当开启力足够大时,加工成超疏水表面形成边界滑移,可极大地减少摩擦扭矩,降低能耗。     

青核桃去皮过程的受力分析

青核桃在去皮方面不断进取的同时,存在着共同的问题是去掉的青皮被打成泥状,对核桃和环境都造成再次污染。为此,将通过模拟青核桃去皮过程的受力进行试验,分别从青核桃的尺寸、加载方向及加载速度等可能影响青核桃去皮过程的因素进行分析研究,为使青皮脱掉后不会被打成泥状,而是呈块状脱出奠定实验基础。     

Analysis of Radial Forces on the Seal Block in a Compound Gear Pump with 3 Idle Gears

By analyzing the pressure distribution between gears and sealing blocks in compound gear pump with three idlers,the resultant hydraulic forces acting on seal blocks are obtained.The conclusion is the unbalanced resultant hydraulic forces are relatively small in magnitude.In the pump,the inner sealing edges are long and so it s Sealing effect is good,but the outer sealing effect is relatively poor because of its short sealing edges.The little unbalanced force pushes the sealing block to te pumping chamber,therefore it is advantageous to meliorating the pump's sealing effect,thereby to improving it's volumetric efficiency as well.
