A Study on Characteristics of Elasto_Plastic DisplacementResponse of Structures Under Seismic Action

The characteristics of elasto-plastic displacement response of structures subjected to different types of ground motions are studied and generalized in this paper.     

In vitro effects of bethanechol on smooth muscle preparations from abomasal fundus, corpus, and antrum of dairy cows

Abomasal displacement has been associated with gastric hypomotility. The supply of prokinetic drugs available to address this problem is insufficient. The goal of the study was to investigate the effect of the muscarinic agonist bethanechol (BeCh) on contractility parameters of smooth muscle preparations from several regions of the bovine abomasum (fundus, corpus, and antrum). Cumulative concentration-response curves were constructed using BeCh in vitro with and without pre-incubation with antagonists targeted at M(2) and M(3) muscarinic acetylcholine receptor (mAChR) subtypes. In all preparations investigated, BeCh induced a significant and concentration-dependent increase in all contractility parameters investigated. The maximal attainable effect (V(max)) was more pronounced in circular specimens, and V(max) of antral specimens in circular orientation were significantly lower when compared to the other preparations. Both antagonists caused a rightward shift of the concentration-response curve, suggesting that the effect of BeCh is mediated at least partly by M(2) and M(3) AChRs.     

Optimizing Design of Displacement Ventilation in Cinema

In order to research the displacement air conditioning in cinem conditioning system with wall diffuser in cinema with the CFD. According a, the writer simulates the displacement air to the result of the computing, we can find that if we adjust the position of the openings and parameter of air-inlet in reason. It is useful to make good use of displacement air conditioning system with wall diffuser and extend the saving energy methods by using the CFD technology in designing the air condition system in cinema.     

Methods of Finding Special Solution for Elastic Plane Problem

The transformation of even dimension to non even dimension usually need the special solution of a certain problem. This paper discusses method to find special solution of elastic plane problem is worth for practical purpose. The methods of finding special solution of displacement and stress for elastic plane problem are given for non even limens ion displacement method and stress function method respectively, and the problem are transformed into even dimension. Several concrete special solutions and applications are included.     

酿酒酵母菌胞内海藻糖提取工艺参数的优化

建立了超声破碎酿酒酵母细胞和冷三氯乙酸化学浸提海藻糖的工艺,探索了离子色谱分析技术条件,采用响应曲面法(RSM),研究了液料比R、超声功率W、工作时间T1、超声总时间T2和浸提时间T3等5个试验关键因子对海藻糖提取的影响规律,并构建了动态控制的数学模型,得到了海藻糖提取最优工艺参数依次为:R为7、W为698W、T1为4.9s、T2为7.3min、T3为9min。结果表明:模型极显著,具有可行性和有效性,超声功率、工作时间和超声总时间对海藻糖提取量的影响最大,为生产中的应用提供了科学依据。     

真空预压中设置应力释放沟的现场

在总结真空预压工程中水平位移理论研究和现场测试资料的基础上，引入了应力释放沟。结合实际工程中设置应力释放沟情况下加固区外水平位移和附加沉降的测试，认为水平位移影响范围在加固区外27.5m以内，附加沉降的影响范围至少在加固区外27.5m。通过一般加固区外，打设水泥搅拌桩以及设置应力释放沟三种边界情况下现场实测数据的对比分析，认为设置应力释放沟可以大大减少加固区外的水平位移和附加沉降，起到一定的隔离作用，从而减小了真空预压对周围环境的影响。     

电感式位移传感器动态测试系统模型分析

用系统状态变量分析方法对动态测试系统建模方法进行研究。依据系统的工作机理进行建模 ,所建立的模型能反映系统内部各个单元的特性 ,得到的传递函数也含有系统各单元的参数。以电感位移传感器测试系统为例 ,探讨状态变量分析方法在系统辨识中的应用。最后给出了系统仿真实验结果。
