利用雄性不育选育辣椒新品种农大082

农大082是以雄性不育系S200243A为母本，恢复系S200244C为父本配制而成的微辣型辣椒一代杂种。中早熟，从定植到始收30d（天）左右，果实羊角形，果纵径17—20cm，横径3-4cm，嫩果深绿色，成熟果红色，味微辣，果肉脆嫩，平均单果质量40—60g，667m^2产量3200-4600kg,抗TMV，耐CMV。已在北京、河北、四川、黑龙江等地示范推广逾400hm^2。     

加快淮北地区杂交粳稻发展的几个问题

回顾了淮北地区十多年来杂交粳稻示范推广的发展过程，分析了影响杂交粳稻发展的主要原因，并论述了加快该地区杂交粳稻发展的几个主要问题。     

Some coat protein constituents from strawberry latent ringspot virus expressed in transgenic tobacco protect plants against systematic invasion following root inoculation by nematode vectors

The coding sequences in RNA2 for the coat proteins (CP) of strawberry latent ringspot virus (SLRSV) were modified and amplified using polymerase chain amplification reactions (PCR) to facilitate their expression inAgrobacterium tumefaciens-transformedNicotiana tabacum Xanthi-nc. The coding sequences for the smaller capsid protein (S, 29kDa) and that for the theoretical precursor of L and S (P, 73kDa) had ATG initiation codon sequences added at the 5-proximal Ser/Gly (S/G) cleavage site in the unmodified sequence. The sequence coding for the larger of the two proteins of mature SLRSV capsids (L, 44kDa) had an ATG codon added at its 5 S/G site and a TAG stop codon sequence added at the 3-proximal S/G site. The P, L and S proteins were expressedin planta to a maximum concentration of 0.01 % of total extractable proteins but did not assemble into virus-like particles. When challenged by mechanical inoculation with virus particles or viral RNA, and compared with control plants, tobacco plants (primary transgenic clones or S1 and S2, kanamycin-resistant seedlings) expressing the virus capsid subunits separately, or their precursor, decreased the accumulation of SLRSV particles in inoculated leaves and fewer plants became invaded systemically. In experiments in which the roots of seedlings were exposed to SLRSV-carrying vector nematodes (Xiphinema diversicaudatum), SLRSV was detected in the roots of non-transformed control tobacco plants (6/20) and in transgenic tobacco expressing the L protein (7/40), but not in any of 25 tobacco plants expressing the S protein or in 35 expressing the P protein. This is the second example of CP-mediated resistance to virus inoculation by nematode vectors.

Resistance to bifenthrin and resistance mechanisms of different strains of the two-spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae) from Turkey

Nine different strains of the two-spotted spider miteTetranychus urticae Koch (Acari: Tetranychidae) were collected on cotton from Adana, Antalya, Izmir, Manisa and Urfa in Turkey. Their responses to bifenthrin were investigated using conventional bioassay and biochemical assays. LC₅₀ and LC₉₀ values of bifenthrin were determined for all strains by using a residual bioassay with a petri dish-spray tower. Resistance ratios were determined by comparing the samples with a standard susceptible strain, GSS. The resistance ratios of the strains ranged from <1 to 669-fold (at LC₅₀). Of the investigated field strains, only three (two from Adana and one from Urfa) were resistant to bifenthrin. There was a correlation between esterase enzyme activity and bifenthrin resistance according to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and microtiter plate assays in the three resistant strains. http://www.phytoparasitica.org posting May 17, 2005.     

早熟春甘蓝新品种春冠的选育

春冠亲本之一493是将国外引进的资源96011、9502杂交后，经系统选育，采用露地越冬栽培加大耐先期抽薹性的选择强度选育出的自交不亲和系。另一亲本711是从国外引进的资源B-21经多代自交选育出的自交不亲和系。该品种耐寒，露地越冬不易先期抽薹，早熟，叶球尖桃形，肉质脆嫩，品质佳。单球质量1.5kg左右，每667m^2产量3500kg左右。在南方地区可露地越冬栽培，已在长江流域示范推广。     

保护地番茄新品种苏粉8号的选育

苏粉8号系以GB9736为母本,TM9761为父本配制而成的适合保护地栽培的中熟番茄一代杂种.属无限生长型.果实高圆形,粉红色,果面光滑,果皮厚,耐贮运,品质佳,可溶性固形物含量5.0%,酸甜适中,单果质量200～250 g,产量6 000kg·(667 m2)-1以上.高抗ToMV-0,1株系、叶霉病,抗枯萎病,中抗CMV.已在江苏、山东、四川、浙江等地示范推广逾266.7 hm2.     

茄子新品种湘杂早红的选育

以南县紫圆茄的自交系92147为母本，陕西汉中紫茄的自交系96267为父本配制成一代杂种湘杂早红。从定植到始收约35d（天），果实紫红色，卵圆形，果肉白色，肉质细嫩，单果质量250g左右。对青枯病和绵疫病的抗性比湘早茄强。每667m^2产量3000—4500kg，适合春栽。     

西葫芦新品种济葫2号的选育

济葫2号是以QL0133和QLO119配制而成的西葫芦一代杂交种,植株生长旺盛、株型紧凑、矮蔓、早熟、丰产,抗病毒病、白粉病、蔓枯病.瓜浅绿色,嫩瓜长20.0 cm,粗6.0 cm,粗细均匀、品质佳.每667 m2产量达6 500kg,适于早春茬、秋冬茬及越冬茬栽培.     

硬肉大果型番茄新品种合作905的选育

合作905番茄是以89-336为母本,以76-5-15为父本配制的一代杂种。无限生长类型,中熟,红果、硬肉,果实圆形,VC含量109.4mg·kg-1,可溶性总糖2.44%,有机酸0.50%,可溶性固形物4.9%。耐贮运,常温货架期30d(天)不变质,抗ToMV、叶霉病。每667m2产量6000kg左右,全国各地保护地、露地均可栽培。
