Effects of paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides on non-specificity immune regulation in rats

AIM: To study the immune regulation of paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides. METHODS: After subcutaneous injection with 200mg/L paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides in the back of the rats fo17 days, the white blood cell (WBC) counts, and the levels of lipid peroxide (LPO) and reduced glutathione (GSH) in the spleen and thymus of rats were detected. The alveolar macrophages (AMφ) cultured with 10% fetal bovine serum-RPMI-1640 for 2 h in vitro, then the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and acid phosphatase (ACP) were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer, and the ability devouring neutral red in the AMφ were examined. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the WBC, the levels of GSH in the spleen and thymus, and the activities of LDH and ACP were significantly increased and the ability of devouring neutral red was also strengthened (P<0.01) in the AMφ of rats induced by paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides, while the level of LPO in the thymus was obviously decreased (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides has significant immune regulatory effect with increasing WBC and GSH.     

807系禽霍乱弱毒菌苗对水禽的免疫试验

经改进研制的807系弱毒菌苗除对火鸡和鸡安全有效外,对鸭和鹅也有良好的保护作用,安全性可靠。对鸭1～100亿活菌接种,经15天观察,既安全,又有较好的免疫性,2次免疫各1亿活菌,间隔15天,96天后攻毒,75％～80％保护。对鹅2～200亿活菌接种,经15天观察,安全性可靠,2次免疫各2亿活菌,间隔15天,80天后攻毒,100％保护。在禽霍乱流行鸭鹅群中作紧急接种,可迅速控制疫病继续发生,效果十分显著。     

有机锗对雏鸡免疫器官发育的影响

本试验通过对给父母代蛋鸡饲喂在定剂量Ｇｅ－１３２,获取富锗种蛋并孵化出雏鸡,取１８０只富锗雏鸡和１３５只普通雏鸡随机分成４组和２组,采取饲料中添加Ｇｅ－１３２和ＭＤ疫苗接种处理。     

球孢白僵菌不同菌株血清学的初步研究

应用免疫双扩散和对流免疫电泳的方法对２４株球孢白僵菌的免疫学性质进行了初步研究,结果发现菌株间的交叉反应较普遍,具有明显的抗原类似性。根据免疫测定结果可将供试菌株分为４个血清型,该结果与酯酶同工酶的分型基本一致。     

非洲猪瘟常态下猪日粮设计的几点思考

河源某猪场两种猪瘟疫苗田间免疫效果对比试验

通过在河源某猪场,对不同厂家两种猪瘟疫苗单独使用及混合使用后的的免疫效果对比,得出以下结论：首免和二免均使用猪瘟传代细胞苗免疫的效果最好;首免使用猪瘟脾淋苗,二免使用猪瘟传代细胞苗免疫的效果次之;首免和二免均使用脾淋苗免疫的效果最差。     

Update on immunological pathway of negative regulation in development of sepsis

Sepsis is not only a primitively systemic inflammatory response to presumed or known infection, but also closely related to the immune status. In the initial stage of sepsis, a phase of immune activation could be evident, but a marked apoptosis-induced depletion of lymphocytes and a series of impairments in nonspecific immunological functions following severe trauma and burns appear to be responsible to the susceptibility of subsequent septic complications. Presently, negative regulation has been shown to play a pivotal role in the maintenance of peripheral homeostasis and regulation of immune responses. Understanding the basic immunological pathway of negative regulation should provide novel insights into the mechanisms of sepsis and immune homeostasis. This review provides a summary of the negative-regulatory pathways that are involved in the pathogenesis of sepsis.

共轭亚油酸免疫学研究进展

CLA是一类含十八碳二烯酸次生衍生的共轭多烯的多种位置与空间异构体的总称,仅“c9,t11”、“t10,c12”、“t9,t11”、“t10,t12”异构体具有较强的生物学功能。免疫学方面已研究表明:能够增加外周血液和肠系膜淋巴结中的IgGI、gA和IgM的含量,降低IgE的水平;增加促有丝分裂原和促进T、B淋巴细胞增殖调控;提高T细胞CD 特异效应物的功能和淋巴细胞的细胞毒性;以及激活巨噬细胞表达iNOS-mRNA、IL-1I、L-6I、L-4和TNF-α等细胞因子能力等的参与对机体免疫系统的调节作用。这些缓解动物免疫应激功能表达的调控机理,可能与激活巨噬细胞核转录因子———过氧化物酶增殖体激活受体-γ(PPAR-γ)的反应元件,降低干扰素γ诱导的炎性介质mRNA表达有关。     

猪病毒性腹泻三联疫苗的免疫研究

用猪传染性胃肠炎病毒、猪流行性腹泻病毒、猪轮状病毒制备的三联疫苗对８头怀孕母猪进行免疫，所产７３头仔猪保护率８９％；对１１０头仔猪进行口服免疫，２１天用三种强毒混合毒攻击，免疫组保护９２．７％，对照组发病８４．８％，经测定疫苗免疫期为４个月，干燥阴凉条件下保存期为１２个月。田间受免仔猪２７４４头，免疫保护９０％。
