高效液相色谱法测定天女木兰叶中游离酚和结合酚

[目的]进一步了解天女木兰中酚类物质种类及含量。[方法]利用高效液相色谱仪对天女木兰叶片中游离酚、结合酚和酯化酚进行定性定量测定。[结果]在10种检测酚中,天女木兰叶片中含有香豆酸和绿原酸2种游离酚,含有咖啡酸、香豆酸、香豆素和表儿茶素4种结合酚及香豆素和香豆酸2种酯化酚;各种形式的香豆酸广泛存在于叶片中。[结论]该研究建立的高效液相色谱法测定天女木兰叶中游离酚和结合酚的方法准确、可靠。     

L'electrode potassium pour l'analyse des tissus vegetaux (The potassium electrode for plant tissue testing)

Abstract

A potassium specific‐ion electrode equiped with a “sensing module” was compared with atomic absorption for potassium determination in plant tissue. The potentiometric readings were stable and reproducible, and were of the same order of magnitude as those obtained by atomic absorption. The correletion coefficient obtained between the two analytical methods were highly significant; but it was higher for corn leaves, sugarbeet leaf‐blades and petioles respectively.     

Shelf-Life of Spanish Mackerel (Scomberomorus commerson) from Northern Australian Waters

Abstract

The shelf-life of Spanish mackerel caught by line fishing in Northern Australian waters was evaluated. Spiked fish were stored in ice either headed and gutted or left uncut and subjected to sensory, nucleotide, pH, histamine and microbial analysts and the rigor pattern recorded. There was little difference between the two product forms. Rigor in uncut fish lasted for 14 ± 9.8 hours and in headed and gutted fish for 19.6 ± 16.3 hours. Spanish mackerel retained good sensory quality for up to 14 days. The bacterial load reached 105 cfu/g by 18 days. K values were low for most of the storage time, < 40%. Histamine levels did not develop more than 10 mg/kg during storage. The pH of Spanish mackerel did not change much even though bacterial levels become high.     

噬菌体Bp7尾丝蛋白gp37的原核表达与鉴定

为了研究噬菌体尾丝蛋白gp37在识别宿主菌大肠埃希菌K12过程中的作用,PCR扩增获得gp37基因C端1 161bp序列,以EGFP为荧光标签,构建重组表达质粒pET-28a-EGFP-gp37,在大肠埃希菌BL21(DE3)中IPTG诱导表达重组蛋白EGFP-gp37,亲和层析纯化蛋白。SDS-PAGE及Western blot检测结果表明,重组蛋白EGFP-gp37在大肠埃希菌BL21(DE3)为可溶性表达,表达量占菌体总蛋白量的23%。EGFP-gp37融合蛋白与大肠埃希菌K12相互作用,激光共聚焦显微镜检测结果显示,尾丝蛋白gp37能够吸附到宿主菌K12表面,表明尾丝蛋白gp37参与宿主菌受体的识别和吸附过程。     

冬枣果园土壤非交换态钾的释放动力学

为了研究长期施肥条件下冬枣果园土壤非交换态钾的释放特征,以Ca Cl2和柠檬酸溶液为浸提剂,采用连续提取的方法对枣园土壤的非交换态钾释放动力学进行研究。结果表明,枣园土壤非交换态钾在释放过程中表现出快速释放和缓慢释放2个连续的阶段。快速释放阶段(188 h)的累积释放量占到总释放量的53.6%~59.2%,而在缓慢释放阶段(188~1244 h)的释放量不及总量的一半。在相同时间内,使用柠檬酸溶液浸提时,非交换态钾的释放量明显高于使用Ca Cl2溶液时的释放量。相比之下,冬枣果园土壤非交换态钾的释放量明显高于对照土壤。在5种动力学方程中,幂函数方程是描述冬枣果园土壤非交换态钾释放的最优模型。     

ICAI Realizaltion for the K-map Simplification of Logical Function

Based on the theory of the K map simplification of logical function(KSLF),this article releases a ICAI Realization for KSLF.Providing three kinds of teaching style:commonness, teaching, practice.This product,wich supports for the K map simplification with random item,is not only helpful to the construction of the curriculum of digital circuit ,but also to the design for digital application system.Under the practice method, This product's guides,checks,and corrects the student's whole process forthe proceeding of KSLF automaticly under the teaching method.     

液体射流泵空化噪声与振动试验

针对液体射流泵的空化噪声与振动进行了试验研究;运用B＆K加速度仪和水听器对射流泵各部位在不同工况下的空化噪声与振动进行了测量。结果表明：（1）射流泵空化噪声以单极子声源为主,随着流速和紊流度的增大,偶极子作用逐渐增大;（2）射流泵空化噪声与振动随空化程度加剧而更强烈,最强烈处也从喉管向扩散管转移;（3）射流泵面积比越小,达到临界空化前噪声频谱波动越强,临界空化之后噪声谱级趋于平稳,随频率增加而递减;（4）初生空化出现前后噪声在整个频域范围内都有一个较大的跃升,约5-10 dB,此跃升可作为判断初生空化的参考方法;（5）泵体3个正交方向振动并不相同,径向振动较轴向更为明显。     

Effects of naringenin on PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and endoplasmic reticulum stress and its related apoptotic pathways in rats with myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury

AIM To observe the effect of naringenin on cardiac injury in ischemia/reperfusion （I/R） rats, and to explore whether the role of naringenin is involved in PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and endoplasmic reticulum stress and its related apoptotic pathways. METHODS SD rats （n=48） were randomly divided into sham operation （sham） group, model （I/R） group, naringenin treatment （NAR） group and naringenin+LY294002 （NL） group. Myocardial I/R injury model was prepared by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery of rats for 30 min followed by reperfusion for 120 min. After reperfusion, the serum levels of cardiac troponin I （cTnI） was measured by ELISA. HE staining, TTC staining and TUNEL staining were used to detect the myocardial histopathological changes, myocardial infarction area and myocardial cell apoptotic rate. The mRNA levels of endoplasmic reticulum stress-related indicators glucose-regulated protein 78 （GRP78）, C/EBP homologous protein （CHOP） and caspase-12 were detected by RT-qPCR. The protein levels of cleaved caspase-3, GRP78, CHOP, caspase-12, p-PI3K and p-AKT were determined by Western blot. RESULTS Compared with I/R group, the serum content of cTnI, myocardial pathological damage, myocardial infarction area and myocardial cell apoptotic rate were significantly reduced （P<0.05）, the protein levels of cleaved caspase-3, GRP78, CHOP and caspase-12 were decreased （P<0.05）, and the protein levels of p-PI3K and p-AKT were increased in NAR group （P<0.05）. LY294002 attenuated the protective effect of naringenin to some extent. CONCLUSION Naringenin reduces myocardial I/R injury in rats possibly by activating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and subsequently regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress and its related apoptotic pathways.
