我国有机水稻发展对策探析

阐述了我国发展有机水稻的积极意义，分析了有机水稻发展的制约因素，并提出了我国政府提高对有机水稻生产的支撑、扶持龙头企业的壮大发展、加强市场监管、采用合理的方式组织规模生产、实行科学种田等措施促进有机水稻良性发展。     

Synergism between potassium sorbate dips and brief exposure to high CO2 or O2 at curing temperature for the control of citrus postharvest green and blue molds

Synergistic effects and very effective control of citrus postharvest green and blue molds, caused by Penicillium digitatum and Penicillium italicum, respectively, were observed on artificially inoculated ‘Valencia’ oranges and ‘Clemenules’ and ‘Ortanique’ mandarins after a potassium sorbate (PS) treatment was followed by 2 days of storage in atmospheres of elevated CO₂ or O₂ at a curing temperature. A combined treatment consisting of 60-s dips in aqueous solutions of 3% PS heated to 62 °C was followed by 48-h exposure to air, 15 kPa CO₂ or 30 kPa O₂ at 33 °C. Control treatment was a 60-s water dip at 20 °C followed by 24-h exposure to air at 20 °C. Synergism was observed on citrus fruit either incubated at 20 °C for up to 22 days, simulating direct commercialization, or stored at 5 °C for up to 45 days, simulating commercial cold storage. This research offers potential new tools to the citrus industry for implementation of nonpolluting integrated postharvest disease management programs, especially devoted to high added value organic markets or export markets with zero residue tolerance.     

基于机器视觉的饲料生产智能包装系统设计与应用研究

为提高饲料生产订单的包装效率、智能化程度、降低包装成本,文章基于机器视觉,从硬件选择与软件设计两个层面设计饲料生产智能包装系统。采用AutoMod软件对饲料生产智能包装系统进行仿真试验,检验整个包装系统效果。结果表明,该智能包装系统包装效率高、关键设备利用率高、系统可靠性、可行性良好。     

Biocompatibility of Acellular Porcine Dermis

In vitro cultured vascular endothelial cells (VEC) and mouse 3T3 fibroblasts (3T3) on the acellular dermal matrix , which were made of porcine skins. We made the cell proliferation test with MTT assay and the histological observation after cells were seeded on the acelluar dermis for 1 week with histological section. The cell growth curves showed VEC and 3T3 grew much rapidly on the acelluar dermis.The histological observation revealed VEC had formed a monolayer, some places even had formed 2 to 3 layer. The results suggest that the acelluar porcine dermal matrix have good biocompatibility , it will be widely applied.     

玉米胚挤压膨化系统参数优化试验

研究了用于浸油的玉米胚挤压膨化系统参数(模孔孔径、套筒温度、物料含水率、螺杆转速)对各考察指标(粕的残油率、剪切强度及糊底程度)的影响规律．并对其参数进行了优选。同时对最佳参数的膨化玉米胚与传统浸油的轧胚玉米胚、原始玉米胚的显微结构进行对比分析。研究表明：玉米胚挤压膨化系统参数选择合适，浸出时玉米胚不糊筛底，残油率小于0．5％。     

聚晶立方氮化硼刀具的性能及其选用

聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)刀具已在切削加工的各个方面表现出了优异的切削性能,尤其是超硬特性被使用者所熟悉。为此,介绍了PCBN刀具的物理性能、切削性能以及常见的刀具结构形式;从刀具的几何参数、切削用量、使用条件、加工实例等几方面,论述了PCBN刀具的使用特点和要求。     

湿冷换热器的计算与试验

为克服普通冷库保鲜果蔬时半冷时间长和冷却排管结霜等缺点，采用湿冷系统保鲜果蔬。探讨了湿冷保鲜系统中湿冷换热器的设计计算方法。试验表明，设计方法合理．系统运行正常，适合预冷,保鲜效果明显。     

莲子脱壳机设计与试验

设计了一种实用的高效莲子脱壳机，对传统手工脱壳工艺进行改进，利用高速刀具对莲子外壳进行切割和挤压使其脱壳，同时增加了脱壳切割的刀具数量，使其更适合机械化生产，将莲子按大小进行分类脱亮，使莲子脱壳实现机械化，试验证明该机器技术可行。     

PLC在农产品称量包装控制中的应用

设计用可编程序控制器(PLC)来控制农产品称量包装的自动化生产.同时,介绍了系统的构成及工作过程,给出了系统流程图及PLC控制梯形图以及提高精度的各项措施.该系统不仅线路简洁、可靠性高,而且较好地兼顾了动态称量的精度和速度,满足了在线快速动态称量包装的要求.     

沼气池发酵原料配比及快速启动技术探讨

本文对沼气池发酵原料的配比、预处理、发酵微生物、浓度、CN比、pH值、温度等七个主要因素作了定量试验研究,并提出了较为合理的配方比例和沼气池快速启动的方法.
